This gorgeous, spacious property has been designed to embrace the outdoors; both levels open to a series of intimate outdoor spaces for relaxed living and entertaining, ensuring you can enjoy the sun as it moves throughout the day. There are two living spaces in this sumptuous home, making it the perfect choice for a large group, as everyone has plenty of space to relax. The second floor is host to a cosy living room, adorned with books framing a classic black piano - a modern take on a luxe study. The ground floor boasts a modern open plan living and dining area, doubling in size as you throw open the doors to the terrace. Sleek clean lines and rich wood tones deliver an exciting space, connected to the landscaped gardens beyond. Many leisurely mornings can be spent preparing a delicious brunch and relaxing in the dramatic alfresco seating with an aromatic coffee.

The ground floor also hides two of the impeccable, high-aspect bedrooms with built-in robes. A gorgeous family bathroom is here, featuring calming mint tiling and a palatial freestanding bath. The second floor houses the final two bedrooms, as well as a private laundry room and the final bathroom, which boasts a refreshing shower.

Stroll through the quiet friendly neighbourhood to explore Randwick or Clovelly village, where you'll find fashionable dining spots and boutique shops as well as stunning scenic walks along the coast. Idyllic Gordons Bay, popular Clovelly and surfers' paradise Coogee are all ready and waiting to be explored.

The Neighbourhood

- Some of the best beaches Australia has to offer are right on your doorstep. Exploring them all is a holiday well spent. Gordons bay is your closest, with Clovelly and Coogee just as easy. You should also take the Coogee to Bondi coastal walk to really discover the beauty in this excellent coastline.
- For an unforgettable and much needed cool-off, head for a dip in Giles baths - a natural rock pool and popular swimming spot for locals.
- Foodies will delight at the vibrant choice of buzzing bistros, relaxed restaurants and trendy cafe's dotted around Coogee beach. We'd recommend Mimi's for an exquisite example of high-end, waterfront dining.
- For the best coffee around try the single-origin roast served at Coffeeroom Coogee, a welcoming cafe that knows exactly how to serve up a formidable coffee (and the paninis are great too!).

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.

This was an unpleasant and unhelpful stay in Coogee in many ways, not the place itself but the service by L' Abode Accommodation. Prior to arrival they were very helpful and assured us of many key things, some important ones we had asked about before booking. Upon arrival a string of significant experiences, poor understanding and engagement meant I would never let from or recommend L'Abode to anyone. The most important and significant event was that on arrival there was no baby cot, despite being reassured and sent pictures of where it would be. Once identified, all we got was 'let us look into it'. we had to rush out to but one and only got a partial refund. Next, the pool was not covered or filter on. We couldn't use for 3 days until someone fixed it. Next, the bin area was disgusting. All bins were full and bags of rubbish including a fire pit left in trash area, it stank;took 2 days for guys to arrive to clear area and empty bins. The outdoor dining area, we had to clean. Yuck

Staying in Sydney with my production team was made absolutely seamless thanks to L’Abode Accommodation. The property was beautiful — everyone had their own space to sleep, unwind, and recharge, and the whole place genuinely felt like home. The high-end finishes and quality products in the bathrooms and kitchen added a real touch of luxury. The outdoor areas were a highlight, offering plenty of shade and relief from the hot summer days. The garden is stunning, and the large trees throughout the neighbourhood are full of incredible bird life. Waking up to the sound of birds calling and singing at sunrise was truly magic. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend.

Spent a week at this property with my husband and 4 children. We all thoroughly enjoyed this clean and spacious home. The kitchen was perfectly set up for families and the pool was lovely. The location was great, being close to Coogee Beach and local restaurants. A favourite spot for me was enjoying a morning coffee sitting at the outside terrace and enjoying the greenery views. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay :)

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
