The space
Cleaning is included Monday to Friday (excl. Public holidays).Additional cleaning can be arranged at R380 per day subject to availability and must be arranged prior to your stay. If you require a clean on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, you will need to collect the cleaner from the gate and drop her off as no transport is provided on these days. Additional Sunday or Public Holiday cleans are double the rate.

DAMAGE PROTECTIONThis property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R800 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R10,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.
Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.
While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The house looks exactly like the photos—beautiful and true to description. We made full use of the great amenities, including the pizza oven, braai, and hot tub. While the hot tub took a while to heat up, it stayed warm for the rest of the weekend and added a fun, unique touch to our experience. The house was spotless; the housekeeper clearly does a very thorough job. The views are stunning and ever-changing with the shifting cloud cover, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. We also loved exploring the area—it's perfect for cycling and running. For golf lovers, the nearby 9-hole course was a great option, especially if you're not up for the more challenging Champagne Sports course

We took a spontaneous weekend away with friends, and the location was exactly what we needed. The house is situated deep in the central Drakensburg right, so the first thing you see as you walk into the house is the phenomenal vista. The house was extremely clean and modern. It’s difficult finding a house with both a swimming pool and a wood fired hot tub - so this was perfect! The Zebras came to greet us one of the morning. I was helped by Zaz who was extremely responsive explained everything clearly even allowed us a late checkout so we could a few final dips in the pool. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone interested in hiking and some quiet time.

LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES We require all outstanding documents and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350.
