The house is beautiful and is situated in a very serene & picturesque location. Our stay at this Airbnb was pleasant, however, could have been better had a few issues been resolved: - Wifi is extremely bad, and we could not load most apps and watch shows on the TV resulting in us having to buy our own data - Housekeeping does a really substandard job, the house wasn’t thoroughly cleaned on most days, towels were not changed, dishwasher was not offloaded - The shower in the 3rd bedroom kept flooding and wasn’t resolved over our 5 day stay - The hot tub takes around 4-5 hours to heat up - The geyser capacity needs upgrading as the last 2 people always had a cold shower - The outdoor area is not under cover and is not usable on a hot day - Seating in the lounge is limited and not sufficient for 6 people - The bedrooms were much smaller than expected We loved the pizza oven, hot tub, views of the mountain, layout of the living spaces, outdoor showers. The host was also responsive.

The house is very specious and perfect for a group (3 couples for example) traveling. It’s nice located and has a beautiful view over the Drakensberge. The Estate is very safe and very well managed and we felt very secure there. It was very clean and the cleaning lady did a very good job. The hot tub took some time but we also enjoyed it. However there were a few hick ups we hope to solve with the owner / agency. Because some furnitures were replaced or were missing. The room pictures are also not all correct. But over all it was a nice stay.

Incredibly beautiful location, even zebras walking by and beautiful house! Only a pity that there are no basic things in the kitchen such as coffee, pepper and salt etc. Pizza oven & hot tub unfortunately defective. Furthermore, a beautiful house in a beautiful environment

Beautiful view and gorgeous holiday home. Felt exactly like home. Bedrooms could use with some chairs and the jacuzzi didn’t warm up(clearer instructions would’ve been better) Overall the experience was exquisite.

We had a great family getaway in this very comfortable holiday home. The Mountain View’s and surroundings are spectacular. Great braai and pizza oven, lovely central fire in living area and kids had a great time having a jacuzzi sundowner. Definitely a place we would do again.

Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The house looks exactly like the photos—beautiful and true to description. We made full use of the great amenities, including the pizza oven, braai, and hot tub. While the hot tub took a while to heat up, it stayed warm for the rest of the weekend and added a fun, unique touch to our experience. The house was spotless; the housekeeper clearly does a very thorough job. The views are stunning and ever-changing with the shifting cloud cover, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. We also loved exploring the area—it's perfect for cycling and running. For golf lovers, the nearby 9-hole course was a great option, especially if you're not up for the more challenging Champagne Sports course

We took a spontaneous weekend away with friends, and the location was exactly what we needed. The house is situated deep in the central Drakensburg right, so the first thing you see as you walk into the house is the phenomenal vista. The house was extremely clean and modern. It’s difficult finding a house with both a swimming pool and a wood fired hot tub - so this was perfect! The Zebras came to greet us one of the morning. I was helped by Zaz who was extremely responsive explained everything clearly even allowed us a late checkout so we could a few final dips in the pool. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone interested in hiking and some quiet time.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here , the place looks like pictures . And they had everything in the kitchen for us to work with . I would suggest you bring your own toilet paper as they only provide 3 . Also the wifi was slow but doable. Beautiful views and lovely surroundings . We were a group of only ladies and we felt really safe !! Will definitely be going back

Amazing place with amazing views! We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We were a bit disappointed with the hot tub as it did not get to a point where it heated up. We tried on the night we arrived & the second day and waited for 3 hours plus but it only got a little bit warm on the surface, i understand that it was a newly installed Wood fire hot tub but it didn’t work on our stay. With that being said, it didn’t completely take away from our holiday experience 👌🏽

Really enjoyed our stay at the Twelve Tumbleweed Cathkin Estates. If i had to visit the place again i would definitely visit a 100 times again, beautiful, clean, everything was visible. An a big thank you to "Tee" who guided us through everything 🙏

This place has so much potential to get a 5 star review, but it is poorly maintained and amenities are falsely advertised. The hot tub was not working, as per previous reviews online. We were told it was damaged by previous guest (we received a partial refund). Hanging chairs on the photos was missing (went in for repairs and we did not find them). It was a hot day at the pool, and there was no Umbrella outside ( we were told it was also damaged by previous guests and was in for repairs). We therefore could not lay outside after a swim. We had a gala dinner to attend, and could not even find an iron. We were told it was locked in another room. The owner told us she asked for us to be booked into another accommodation and the request was rejected by Euphoric. Attention to detail is not good. We did enjoy the outdoor shower, the clean bedding, and clean pool. Bring wood, maybe some pots if you’re a big family. Shampoo and lotions were brought in by the owner day 2 of our stay . Not happy

Pictures are exactly what the house looks like. We had a seamless check in and found the house mint clean , everything about the was well kept and in its place. We will definitely revisit again.

What a great house to live in, I wish my stay was longer. My family and I felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Highly recommend Twelve on Tumbleweed, I know I'll be back.
