POLICIES: - As Elements is a nature and game reserve no loud music is allowed at any time and no music at all after 10pm (Elements Management). Elements issues fines for noise transgressions. - No smoking is permitted in the property. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts into the bushveld as this could start a fire. - Please adhere to the maximum guest limit for the property. - No parties. LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES We require all outstanding documents and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
