Really great place to stay. Sydney Fish Market is only a 5min walk. A beautiful scenic walk to Sydney Harbour. Super clean property. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay - easy walk to Darling Harbour and light rail station. Apartment has everything we needed and host was super-responsive. Little bit noisy in the evenings but really not an issue and would not stop us from staying here again.

The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offered a spacious living room and kitchen for comfortable living. It was especially convenient to walk to Pyrmont Bay and Darling Harbour, and the bus stop right in front of the accommodation was very handy. While the road directly in front of the apartment was noisy during the day, it was quiet at night. This wasn't a major issue unless you planned to stay indoors during the day. A small outdoor space outside the bedroom was also convenient. A grocery store was within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Great flat in a perfect location, loved the little seating area out the back. Really comfortable bed, good kitchen, and a wonderful shower!

Our stay in the apartment is well liked. The apartment is nicely decorated and is located in a nice neighborhood with a bus stop in front of the door. With a 15-20 minute walk you are at Darling Harbour and in the neighborhood itself there are also nice bars, restaurant and several supermarkets. The apartment is noisy, a somewhat older, wooden house and you we hear the upstairs neighbors well. However, a comfortable bed and the apartment is fully equipped. However, dusty under and behind the nightstands and the bathroom additions need to be replaced, due to moisture and mold it looks a little dirty. The accommodation was otherwise good and the hosts are quick to respond to questions!

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
