Really great place to stay. Sydney Fish Market is only a 5min walk. A beautiful scenic walk to Sydney Harbour. Super clean property. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay - easy walk to Darling Harbour and light rail station. Apartment has everything we needed and host was super-responsive. Little bit noisy in the evenings but really not an issue and would not stop us from staying here again.

The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offered a spacious living room and kitchen for comfortable living. It was especially convenient to walk to Pyrmont Bay and Darling Harbour, and the bus stop right in front of the accommodation was very handy. While the road directly in front of the apartment was noisy during the day, it was quiet at night. This wasn't a major issue unless you planned to stay indoors during the day. A small outdoor space outside the bedroom was also convenient. A grocery store was within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Great flat in a perfect location, loved the little seating area out the back. Really comfortable bed, good kitchen, and a wonderful shower!

Our stay in the apartment is well liked. The apartment is nicely decorated and is located in a nice neighborhood with a bus stop in front of the door. With a 15-20 minute walk you are at Darling Harbour and in the neighborhood itself there are also nice bars, restaurant and several supermarkets. The apartment is noisy, a somewhat older, wooden house and you we hear the upstairs neighbors well. However, a comfortable bed and the apartment is fully equipped. However, dusty under and behind the nightstands and the bathroom additions need to be replaced, due to moisture and mold it looks a little dirty. The accommodation was otherwise good and the hosts are quick to respond to questions!

We enjoyed our stay at this location very much. The place was clean and well kitted out for your needs. It’s close to many attractions, such as, Fish Market, Darling Harbour, The Star. Etc The bus stop is right outside the door. Great pub on the corner called the Dunkirk, which has tasty food. It’s also close to Woolies for groceries. We felt very at home at this location. We would stay here again, if we return to Sydney. Management was also quick to address a small issue we had. I would rate A+. Thanks for making our visit to Sydney so comfortable.

Disappointed by blocked vanity that LaAbode expected us to try to fix. They wanted us to try boiling water down drain and when I emailed them saying it didn’t work, they wanted me to buy drano and try that. They should have just arranged a plumber. I am here on holiday, not run around buying drano and spending my valuable time trying to fix their apartment. Also very noisy from people in apartment above, as no sound insulation, although other reviews stated the same, so we were expecting some noise. Floors were sticky to walk on in bear feet, actually dirty as my socks were always filthy. Otherwise, just as expected. With a little maintenance and cleaning this would have been a really nice stay. - 3 star review , could have been a 4 star with a little effort.

This place is very well designed and well-curated with the necessary amenities. The place looks minimalist with fixtures concealed well. The bedroom is tucked away at the back of the house with access to a patio. Once you step into the house, you find instant peace and coziness. Location of this space is a big plus point! It's walking distance to the Piramma park, Sydney Fish Market, great bakery nearby and many great coffee joints. There's a direct bus to the city/Townhall. It's close to the Light Rail which brings you to Chinatown and many other places. We really enjoy our stay there!

The flat was perfect for our needs whilst in Sydney. We liked the location and it had everything we needed for a short city stay. Communication was great too. There was some noise from the flat above, nothing crazy, just people going about their business but there must be poor sound proofing between floors meaning you hear a lot.

Excellent location in Sydney, just off the Pyrmont Bridge, but in a quiet street with a great cafe opposite and supermarket etc... nearby. 5 min walk from L1 tram.

The place is super central. It has everything to have a pleasant stay. You can still hear the footsteps of the people upstairs, but everything is very nice and clean. I would gladly return apart from the fact that they received us a bottle and cookies, super nice detail

it's just like the photos. Comfortable and has everything, even a small private patio that you can't see in the photos. for the area in value for money, it is recommended. the only downside was that I ran out of wifi and it took them two days to fix it

Lovely flat in a great area. I really enjoyed the walk over the bridge into the city and there is a lovely walk (and coffee shops!) around the wharfs down by the bay. I would definately stay here again.

The property is a wonderful little place in a very good location. There were a couple of issues on arrival however these were quickly resolved when brought up. Anyone we contacted was incredibly polite and professional, and we would recommend staying here to anyone.

Nice part of town, bit unfortunately not a very well kept place. It's on a noisy street, first floor of a two story building, trashy entrance area, annoying noise from the top floor. Occasionally huge cockroaches show up (apparently this is a common Australian problem?). Unresponsive management company. I don't have much experience with AirBnb in Australia, but this was definitely not on par with occasions in US, Canada and Europe.

Convenient apartment located very close to City. Well equipped in terms of cutlery and crockery. It is quite noisy as it is located on a busy street. It would have been nice if the apartment stocked simple grocery items, such as salt, pepper, olive oil, tomato sauce etc. I’d also expect given the price it would include some kind of breakfast basket for the stay as the room is pretty expensive for what it is. Other than that feedback it was convenient and reasonably well appointed.

Very clean and presentable studio apartment in good location not far from the light rail. Plenty of local restaurants and pubs to choose from and an extensive supermarket just around the corner. Pyrmont is very close to the city , so I had planned to use public transport or ride share to get around, however if you wanted to bring a car then you'll need to take account of the high parking charges in the area. Communication with Abode was straightforward and I'd happily stay again.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location. Very accessible (10 minute walk) to the ICC, close to all amenities. I would stay there again without hesitation. Check in and access is seamless, communication clear and helpful.
