Well-appointed and tastefully furnished, three-bedroom apartment with three bathrooms (main en-suite). There is a double shower and the main bedroom has a jacuzzi bath. Lounge and main bedroom open onto an extra-large patio that has an 8 seater dining table with spectacular beach and breaker views.
Serviced daily except Sundays and Public Holidays.
No Netflix but there is DSTV and WIFI. Airconditioning is the main bedroom, kitchen and lounge. The other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The apartment is in a secure gated complex with swimming pool, ablution, and braai area set in a landscaped garden. Undercover parking is included plus 'manned' reception. Laundry and servicing facilities are available on-site. The walk along the promenade leads to beaches, nature trail to Umhlanga lagoon, hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, and Umhlanga shopping centre. Just five minutes drive from Gateway (South Africa's largest shopping/entertainment center), and La Lucia Mall (a very upmarket shoppers paradise).
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R7,500 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Pros: Host (Euphoric) very responsive all the way through pre booking and post booking. The place was exactly as described and where there were a few issues ( ie: bathtub not in use due to leak, loose toilet seat) I made it known to the hosts. the location and views are amazing!! the place is super clean. We had lots of luggage as we arrived from UK there was a lift to the apartment which was very helpful for that and for my aged parents who could not use the steps. Staff on site were friendly and the apartment was cleaned daily for the 4 days we were there. close to the beach and amenities ( all within walking distance). Will definitely recommend the place. there was parking for 2 cars for number 41 apartment. Cons: bathtub could not be used due to a leak. the signage to the property is obscured by a plam tree leaf so we drove past it when we first arrived.

RULES - Strictly no parties allowed. - Music to be kept to a minimum and no music after 10pm. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. - No smoking inside. - In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10 pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. - We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
