The space
As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the abundance of natural light that fills the apartment, highlighting the beautiful wooden floors and contemporary decor. The living area features a spacious grey couch, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring the city. The open layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal space for socializing with family.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, with three bedrooms and a sofa bed. The sleeping arrangements include two cozy double beds, two single beds, and a convenient sofa bed, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable space. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated to create a serene and restful environment.

Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favourite meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table or the breakfast bar. The apartment also includes modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to enhance your stay.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 10,45 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.

- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

This was a good central place for us. Company was very friendly. The agent who met us to check in was flexible with our taxi being late. He was very friendly and showed us in. The place was good. Clean but could use some attention. The bathrooms could do with a refurbishing some peeling paint, the shower door didn’t close, so water leaked out. The balcony has bird poo and cigarette butts. Overall a great stay, though. Would recommend for a group.

We were 3 couples with girls aged 1–2, on an Easter weekend getaway. When we arrived, we didn't know that the lift wasn't working, so we locked all our suitcases inside. Please note, these are cabin suitcases that don't weigh more than 6–8 kg. We called the host, and their only response was that the lift is beyond their control and that, on top of that, it's a public holiday, so they can't do anything. We had to wait all day, calling the lift maintenance technician over and over again, and in the end, at 8:00 pm, the technician came to rescue our suitcases. We had everything – a bottle, nappies, everything the three babies needed – all locked up inside! We've come to enjoy Barcelona, not to stay cooped up inside the house waiting for the technician to come. What I find worst is the host's attitude! We understand that there is not much you can do in this situation, BUT the customer could at least have made a phone call or shown a bit of concern. NOTHING!

Location is great. The apartment is very spacious. But there are couple things I would like to share : - check in process , even we have verified ourselves via Airbnb app and communicated our arrival time with the officer. There were still some miscommunication and we have to verify ourselves again through the phone which taking long time. - This apartment is required check in on site but the person who checked you in did not actually show you the apartment throughly. Because it was late so we could not locate the bathroom in the master bedroom which located behind the wardrobe door🤣. - Noise , I was sleeping in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is right on the street side so be prepared for the noise from the vehicles. Even I had my ear plug on. - No parking, If you come with the car or Taxi, you would have to do well plan. - The bathroom in the living area. The door can’t be locked. - The wash basin in master bedroom. It was blocked , cannot be used.

A fantastic flat, spacious and wonderfully bright. The flat is very suitable for a family with children. We really loved it and will definitely be back.

Our stay in the flat was very pleasant. The area is well-developed, with excellent access to public transport. Everything matched the description on the site. There were no basic cooking ingredients in the flat at all, such as oil or spices. There was one tablet for the dishwasher and one tablet for the washing machine. Adding these essential items would have made the flat more welcoming and made things easier for us.
