The apartment has great potential and is in an excellent location. The metro station is downstairs, the neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and the bathrooms were clean. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was not. It was very dusty, with dirty walls, stained curtains with holes, dirty carpets (the white rug shown in the listing was grey in reality), sticky dishes (one glass even had someone else's hair on it), a sock left in the washing machine, and stained sofas, chairs, and pillows. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the master bedroom. The bunk bed looked old, and the loose safety rail on the top bunk didn't feel safe for a child. There were also no proper blankets, only thin sheets and one blanket with holes. During our stay, we lost both hot water and electricity, although the host had both issues fixed within a couple of days. The host did try to arrange additional cleaning, which we appreciated, but spot cleaning wasn't enough. The apartment needs a deep clean and regular maintenance.

We stayed 4 nights in the apartment and I can only highly recommend it! It's placed in a central part of the city, 7 min walking from Casa Battló, yet very quiet and residential. The metro station is exactly opposite to the apartment, few meters away is a Mercadona supermarket and below the block of flats there is a 24H mini market, an excellent tapas and brunch place, coffee shop, ice cream shop. Few other restaurants are also around the corner. All anyone can ask for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well designed, accessible through a lift, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with shower or bathtub, a nice living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The air-conditioning which was life saving during the hot days of our visit, is central and really strong, yet adjustable. Our host was responsive and helpful which made our visit stress free.

If I could give zero points, I definitely would. I was asked for €60 to hand over the keys. The house was incredibly dirty. The towels, beds and carpets were full of hair. There was no shampoo, etc. My messages were answered very, very late or not at all. It is absolutely not worth the money you pay. The chairs and television were not in good condition. We were asked for an extra €300 deposit. If you don't want your holiday to be a disaster, don't come. If there is an emergency, you won't be able to contact anyone because they don't reply to messages unless they want to.

The place was in a great area and the shower pressure was good. That’s where the good review ends. It was dirty, mold in the bathrooms, the washer flooded and has clearly done it before due to the water damage on the bathroom door. The curtains were disgusting, and everything in general just felt dirty.

I stayed with my mother for 9 nights and it was the perfect place to stay in Barcelona! It’s at a great location and we walked everywhere, even though the metro station was just downstairs. The super market was across the street which was another huge plus! Although the place shows signs of wear and tear, the space was light, private, and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

We only stayed one night in the well-located but rather basic, simply furnished apartment. The beds were clean and OK, and the kitchen had basic equipment. Unfortunately, the roof terrace is not so nice, and it also lacks lighting. Communication was good and flexible: we were able to pay the tax in cash. Check-in was very quick and straightforward. However, an online form for the tax had to be filled out in advance for each guest, which we were not familiar with from other apartments in BCN. Nice area, lots of restaurants and small 24-hour mini-markets, all within walking distance, metro right outside the door

NEVER BOOK WITH Enjoy Apartments! They forced me to pay an extra €46 through a third-party website, claiming it was a "city tax." However, Airbnb support confirmed that all such fees should already be included in the booking price. The communication was abysmal. They require a phone call 45 minutes before arrival, which I did. I spent over 10 minutes on the phone giving the call center agent every possible detail. Despite this, when I arrived, no one was there. I waited for over two hours, constantly calling support. This is their only method of contact—they completely ignore the Airbnb chat and only respond to phone calls, which is incredibly inconvenient and expensive for an international tourist. I spoke with five different managers; every single one of them asked for my information all over again, yet none of them could actually help. I ended up having to cancel the reservation. The whole setup felt like a total scam. I do not recommend dealing with these people unless you want you

The ad did not match what we found in the house, and we regretted the choice. The biggest inconvenience was the cleanliness, especially in the living room. We have limited the stay inside as much as possible to avoid dust disturbances. The carpet was very dirty, it was probably the cause of the bad smell. In the kitchen, 1 very small tea towel and the knives did not cut. The soap, bath foam and toilet paper were insufficient for four people and for seven days. Two bidet mats for four people. We did not enjoy the terrace, we were not explained how to access it even after asking you with a message. In the large bedroom, the light came in at night because the shutter was not working. The intercom was broken, so much so that we had to go downstairs to open the door. Chipped sink. We were offered to fix the faults, but given the many faults I gave up on having a construction site in the house, I had paid for something else.

A spacious and roomy apartment in an excellent central location, in a quiet, green, and cozy neighborhood of Barcelona. The metro station is literally right next to the building, and all of Barcelona’s “gems” — Sagrada Familia, Casa de Batlló, the Arc de Triumf, and other sights — are within a 20-minute walking distance. Many restaurants, superb bakeries and supermarkets just near the corner. The apartment is in very safe area, it has even a rooftop terrace, although we didn’t use it. The children had a separate bedroom, and the parents had a separate bathroom, which was very convenient. Overall — a cozy place perfectly suited for a family of four. The host was responsive and provided us with all the necessary information. Highly recommended.

The three of us had a great stay. The location is fantastic. Many restaurants and bars and cafes in the area. Metro in front of the front door and otherwise a lot within walking distance. The apartment is large and very well air-conditioned. The only downside would be that the photos were taken at least 5 years ago and it would need a renovation again.

We had an amazing stay here ! The location is perfect- central to everything, walkable , has a convenient store across the street, coffee shop next store , and a great restaurant across the way! Bunk beds are on the smaller side but we made do. Wish there were more blankets, and a broom would help to keep maintenance easier but we just used the vacuum. Rooftop is awesome, also has 2 amazing balconies that aren’t even shown on listing! Walls are thin , so expect to be heard / hear neighbors. Barcelona has strict curfew rules related to noise , so just something you need to keep in mind. Would definitely stay again !

We are a family of 4 and were very happy with our stay. We felt really comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location is perfect, you could easily walk to many places of interest in just 20 minutes: Sagrada Familia, Old town, Passeig de Gracia, Casa Battlo/La Perdera, Placa Catalunya, Rambla... The neighborhood is really nice, not overcrowded, a walking zone, metro station (line 4), a Mercadona supermarket, a bakery just in front (and many more stores, bars and restaurants nearby). Bedrooms are quiet and and living room has a nice view to the street. The host was nice to arrange early check-in for us. We would be very happy to come back.

When we arrived, we found the toilets and kitchen dirty, and there were hairs everywhere, including on the bed linens. After raising a dispute, the host sent a cleaning lady the next day. She changed the beds but didn’t have the necessary equipment to clean the bathrooms. I had to clean the dirt myself, which was very disappointing. The apartment requires some renovation and definitely needs a different cleaning company. On the positive side, it was warm, quiet, and located in a great area.

Although the space and location were good, there was a very apparent issue with communication. I contacted the hosts and did not receive a message back for about a day even after sending multiple follow up texts. Upon arrival, a friend, who I was traveling with, called the appropriate number to let the hosts know that we'd be arriving soon. They did not answer and when they did call us back, they told us that they thought we were no longer coming (I'm not sure why). There were also a few maintenance issues: One of the showers was very clogged and water would flood easily, one of the outlets didn't work, and one of the bathroom windows wouldn't close. Although the host was very friendly and caring when these issues were presented, it was clear that the place wasn't well kept up. It's also slightly inconvenient completing the same information for both Airbnb and Enjoy Apartments. Nice hosts but bad communication.

the place is super located, it's comfortable, nice , well decorated ( some renovations like painting in some rooms), the bad thing: they took a long time to answer, they took too long to arrive even when we warned early on the hr of arrival, the wifi was bad and we could not connect like 1-2 days after a very kind Argentine srita was to tell us what the key was ( different from the one we had been given).. and to bring us shampoo that despite I asked in advance if I would have.. there, they did not send clear instructions for using the washing machine, the oven and the heating in general it was good but things would change a lot, a good and fast communication, less wait for us to open the depto or another system to enter and more tolerance, we ask for extra time to go out, we were not given and I understand it, but before 11 that it was our check-out, someone was already waiting for our departure...

The location is perfect and the accomodation is acceptable at this price, although it could benefit from some refurbishment. A star was lost because despite informing the host our arrival time 4 times* they were still 20 minutes late with the keys (*at booking, a follow up online questionnaire, a text message the morning of travel and a phone call 1 hour before arriving at the appartment!) The host responded positively and quickly to our communications and requests. Overall I would recommend this appartment. It is a decent size and the location is great.

The terrace is accessible from the outside, it did not present from our point of view of interest but the apartment is enough for itself! Very low quality bed and mattresses! Bunk bed is not for adults while they ask your age and charge the adult prices for staying on that low quality small bed! Kitchen facilities are almost all broken! The place is really not suitable if you plan to cook your own food during your stay! The apartment is very poorly maintained in general! The only positive thing about this place is its central location.

Our stay was great. The flat is really nice, the main bedroom is really comfortable and the AC worked amazing too in the entire flat. It has an excellent location, the neighbourhood is quiet but you have many places to go out for dinner nearby and you have the tube just at the corner. The agency was responsive, replying quickly to any messages and checking with us if everything was OK. The only downside was that the bunk bed is quite small, it's more suitable for kids. But overall the flat was clean, nice and well located. I would stay there again! :)

Very good location! We walked to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas from the Apt. We went on hot days and the central AC was a blessing. We felt safe and the area is very quiet. Our host was very friendly and very quick to respond to our messages. There is a Mercadona steps away and two shops. The Bar on the corner and the Sushi Rest that are right in front of the more recommended Building.

The check in and out were straight forward. The team communicated well few days before and during the stay. They allowed us to check in early and even accommodated our request to leave our bags after check out - more so allowed us to stay late until we are ready for our evening flights which we thought was really kind. Although, we had some minor issues with the electricity when on 2 occasions we tried to use the toaster and it caused the electricity shut down, however the husband found the electricity panel and was able to switched it back on (tripping). It was reported to them and an electrician came over even after hours but we had it sorted anyway. They are getting a new toaster to avoid this happening again. Thank you so much!

The location was fabulous — it is on a walking street surrounded by really nice cafes & restaurants. Everywhere in the city is walkable. It is right across from a metro, but this was not working for the summer and we only discovered this when we arrived. EnjoyApartments understood our concern (one person in our party has mobility issues, so we ended up needing to take taxis more than planned). They comped us a ride back to the airport to offset this, which we appreciated. The only other complaint, which they responded to by comping our cleaning fees, was that the apartment was not very clean when we arrived. We ended up spending the first hour vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and putting stained or dirty pillows away. After that, we enjoyed the beautiful location and view! The private terrace is upstairs and does not have a view of the street, but it is peaceful. The washing machine was so useful, and the A/C cold. We overall enjoyed our stay!

Lovely, well-maintained apartment, good location, pleasant surroundings. A well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms add to the comfort. We were, however, very disappointed with the roof terrace – very difficult to access, an unpleasant space between the air-conditioning outlets, and an unattractive view. It would be better not to mention the roof terrace on the website as a plus point anymore, as this is highly misleading. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

Wonderful location.., metro access is very close just about 2 mins. Rooms were well kept..,restaurants,breakfast place and supermarket is right on the same road. Best place for easy access to main places like Catalunya, Rambla etc. Just mention the right time of arrival.., and keep the apartment informed about the time of arrival. It’s a company and gets difficult to access the key holder at ease. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

Loved our stay in this apartment. The owners are very helpful with any queries and very quick to respond. Reasonably priced for very central Barcelona, walking distance to most places, and its very spacious accommodation. The aircon is decent. All very clean. Suited our family of 4 perfectly. Easy to get around the city and theres a metro across the street. Make sure you let the keyholder know you have landed so they can meet you at the apartment. We read reviews other people had to wait for a while to get in but we arrived in the evening, informed keyholder we were 30 mins away and they were there waiting to let us in. Apartment really well furnished with all the things you need incl washing machine, toiletries, (maybe just some complimentary bottled water would take it to the next level as were arrived late and were thirsty) We felt really safe here, very quiet too even with roadworks outside. EatMyTrip cafe across road is heavenly, a must visit! I would definitely stay here again.

But nonetheless the sheer amount and the variety of channels they used was overwhelming (airbnb, sms, messenger, call). Probably with good intentions, but a bit too much for me being on vacation.

He was apologetic but they had our mobile number they only had to say we’ll be there asap and it would have saved us a lot of stress. We cannot fault the apartment or the communication with our hosts. The apartment is everything you could ask for;comfortable, clean, very well equipped and furnished. Contact with our hosts, outstanding. Unfortunately coming out of the metro, Passeig de Gracia, we were mugged and robbed. My hand luggage was stolen along with all our money. My partner's bag was then taken, he pursued the robbers and sustained severe injury. No Police anywhere. We will never return to Barcelona, it is not a safe city. All thanks to Enjoy Apartments, they really helped us through this horrible experience.

The apartment was great for a short stay in Barcelona. During the night it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, it took about 15 minutes to walk to Sagrada Familia and even less to the city centre. Great bakery across the street and two grocery stores within a minutes walk of the apartment. Definitely recommend!

Overall the apartment did not meet expectations. The carpet in the living room, and the 1st bedroom was not cleaned. They had a washer but no dry hanglines outside. The curtains, had some stains on them. The apartment building itself was some trouble to get in, it had 3 different set of keys, for 4 doors before you get inside. The view was decent, but a lot of construction was going on at the time of my stay. The linen did not feel fresh and didn't make you feel at home. The only thing good about this airbnb is that it has nice spots to eat. If you are traveling using the metro, bus, it's not in the best location as they are doing construction on the metro line entrance. The T.V could only be turned on manually, the remote didn't work. Overall it lacks in presentation, and does not make you feel inviting.

We've had a fantastic stay at the apartment, very clean and with all amenities you can think of and need. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and good pressure and water temperature in the showers. Great location too. Enjoy Apartments were great in communicating with us throughout our stay and check in and check out was a breeze. Will definitely consider it for any future trips to Barcelona. Was a nice spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in a great area of Barcelona. Stones throw from anything you might need and literally across the street from Girona Metro station. Can't recommend enough.

We were in discomfort in the main bedroom because the window did not open what keeps the room very dark, the air conditioning worked only in the living room and the stove did not even call, among other things, such as also the intercom does not open the door below for the delivery person to enter. These are details that made our stay that even nothing cheap is not worth the cost-benefit. And the TV too Only ONE CHANNEL worked! People wouldn't mind paying for Netflix, but also tv is not smart which makes it very difficult any entertainment in From home

The apartment's location is the best. There are a number of restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. It is easy to walk through the sector and also has the Girona metro station at the front and a few minutes away by several buses. The condo features an equipped kitchen and an area where the dining room and a sofa has. There's also a TV but it's very small. It has two bathrooms and a washing machine. It has two bedrooms, the main one with a large bed and a desk, and another with a bunk bed but it is very small. The building is beautiful. I thought it was a bit expensive since the apartment hasn't been renovated. But overall, it's fine because of its location.

This is a fantastic two bedroom two bathroom spacious Airbnb. It’s extremely clean, super super quiet, in a very tranquil and safe building. I honestly did not see nor hear any other neighbor our entire 6 night stay. It’s about a 15 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia, a 20 min walk to La Boquita which is the big food market at Las Ramblas, and a 45 min walk to Barceloneta Beach. We liked walking and exploring. We got brave and figured out how to use the metro and there’s a metro stop literally in front of the front door of the building. Extremely convenient. There are also two well-stocked supermarkets within two blocks in either direction of the apartment as well as a tiny mini mart directly in front of it. The communication with the management company who manages this rental was absolutely excellent from start to finish. They went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure we loved our time and that the apartment was perfect for us. We are a 40-something couple traveling with a teenager.

I had an enjoyable stay with 3 friends. The best thing is the location: right next to metro stop Girona and in a nice neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, however be aware that the second bedroom only has a small bunk bed with less comfortable mattresses. Master bedroom has a large and comfy bed. Kitchen amenities were OK, but not adequate if you want to be able to cook full-on meals (not too many pans and utensils). Communication with Enjoy was efficient, they responded almost immediately via WhatsApp and kindly let us stay longer on our check-out date because there was no new booking that day. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, it was nothing spectacular (a lot of AC fans) but nice to have an outside space. The AC worked well through the entire apartment, but a little bit less well in the second bedroom. The living room is nicely decorated.

We had amazing stay at Barcelona at this Airbnb. It was clean and an open space with 2 balconies with an amazing view. The location was great as it was close to many tourist attractions and the check in was smooth. The host was very kind and gave us a tour of the apartment and was easy to reach when needed.

We truly loved staying at this appartment. Felt like a home away from home. Spacious with the 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and well equipped. Safe with security locks and overall nicely quiet in the building. Plenty of cozy bakeries, coffee places and restaurants in the area. Recommended!

We were not shown the 'private rooftop' and when we asked the person who greeted us to give us the keys he was not aware there was one. This was one of the reasons we booked this apartment and so this was not a great first experience. Overall the apartment was in a great location and was clean.

In the listing they do not inform about the fine of 30-50 euros for check-in after 9:00 pm and they still require that you call those who have the key to be able to check in, not every foreigner has a cell phone available to call! They take a long time to respond in the AIRBNB chat, more than days/weeks, there is no hairdryer as stated in the ad. Excellent location. Cleanliness ok.
