The living room features a plush greywhite sofa that serves as a bed, offering a restful nook for relaxation or additional sleeping space. The elegant wooden dining table with industrial black coloured chairs provides a chic setting for dining or working.The bedroom is a private retreat with a comfortable double bed adorned with crisp linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern decor flows seamlessly throughout, characterized by clean lines and a soothing color palette, enhancing the apartment's serene atmosphere.
The bathroom is outfitted with contemporary fixtures and a walk-in shower, perfect for starting your day refreshed or winding down in the evening.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 10,45€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

I stayed two nights at the apartment and I really had an amazing time there ! The photos matched perfectly reality and the neighborhood was amazing - super walkable place at 5min from Sagrada Família on foot. Communication with host agency was exceptional as they always responded quickly, with a super friendly and professional attitude to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. I definitely recommand the place !

At check-in, we had to wait outside the door for about 40 minutes for someone to come, even though we had followed the instructions (call 45 minutes before the scheduled arrival time and provide our arrival time). The apartment is very audible. The area is noisy and full of construction sites. While it's true that the host can't do anything about it, the windows and the wall are as thin as tissue paper. Furthermore, every sound within the stairwell was very clearly audible at all times. The flat is very, very dark. Hardly any daylight or sunlight gets in. To top it all off, there was mould in the bathroom, a persistent unpleasant odour coming from the drain, and bloodstains on the bedspread. The only good things were the excellent location and the size of the flat.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
