Our units are located in the core of the “Eixample” area, a beautiful and lively neighborhood in the center of Barcelona, close to favorite tourist sights and the congress centre. Guests can enjoy Tapas Bars, a supermarket, public transportation, parking, and the recommended by NY Times “Morro Fi” bar, all within walking distance. The property is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The space

The building has an elevator for easy access. Public transportation is easily reachable, with the Urgell metro stop nearby and bus lines N12, H10, 20, and 37 available.

During your stay

Guests will be welcomed in Barcelona by me or one of my confidants, and I will be in touch before and during the stay to keep the process as simple and professional as possible.

Other things to note

Important information for guests: all guests are required to fill out a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract before their stay, and IDs/passports for all guests must be sent before arrival in compliance with local regulations. For monthly rentals and stays over 32 nights, proof of the accommodation need and duration of stay, such as studies, medical treatment, or contract, must be provided, and without the required proof and documents the rental contract cannot be made. Our units are for monthly rental only, strictly for stays over 32 nights, and are seasonal flats only for leisure, holiday or recreational purposes. Included are utility bills up to 200 eur / month; overconsumption may be charged, so guests are asked to use electricity and water responsibly. All guests must be over 21 years old. The building has no reception. Guest communication is handled through the booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm), while a call center is available by phone for urgent matters outside those hours; other matters will be handled as soon as possible or on the next working day. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in, upon request, is available from 11:00 AM for 25€. If arrival is after 6:30 PM on weekdays or on weekends/holidays, a key drop-off service is available. Late mandatory check-in fees apply after 21:00 and after 00:00. Check-out is by 11:00 AM, and late check-out before 14:00 is available upon request for 25€. Guests should call about 30-45 minutes before arrival; no app calls or texts, regular calls only. Outstanding amounts must be paid before check-in. Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue. Paid parking is available next door and can be arranged for approximately 20-25 euro/day. The building is located in a quiet area within the busy city center of Barcelona. Barcelona tourist tax is not included in the booking price and applies where legally required. Free baby cots are available on request at the time of booking; for safety reasons, cots include only the regulated mattress and do not include sheets, pillows or an additional mattress.
