The space

Situated in a vibrant neighbourhood, guests will be within walking distance of local shops, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore all that Barcelona has to offer. Please note that all legal and licensed apartments in Barcelona are obliged to pay a tourist tax, which is excluded from the prices.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay: All guests are required to fill out a pre-arrival form, send over IDs of all guests before arrival, and sign a rental contract before their stay, as required to ensure a smooth check-in process and comply with local regulations. When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract. Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before check-in. The building does not have a reception. For your comfort, we will answer in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours, our call center is available for urgent phone calls, and all other matters will be handled as soon as possible or picked up the next working day by our team. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in fee (upon request): 25€ for arrival after 11:00 AM. If it is past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, a key drop-off service is available. Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00. Guests must call about 30-45 minutes before arrival; no app calls or texts, please, only a regular call. Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue. The building has a small lift with space for just one suitcase per ride, so when travelling with multiple suitcases, please keep in mind that the elevator may require a few trips. Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - they can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00, so you can explore the city in the meantime. Don’t forget about the tourist tax: 10,45 € per person per night, not included in the initial booking payment. Free baby cots are available on request when booking. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots. It is not allowed to bring baby strollers upstairs; they can be stored downstairs and guests will be given a key.
