The accommodation is located very close to the Sagrada Família and other places of interest. Very nice, although it could do with a bit of maintenance and a fresh coat of paint for the asking price. We had requested a cot and baby dishes, but they were not available at the time of check-in. They brought it promptly afterwards, but it was not of the highest quality. We had a problem with the electricity, but they responded to our request very quickly. Overall recommended!

All in all, it's a nice place to stay. There were a few issues with the flat, but fortunately, they were all resolved quickly. Someone is available 24 hours a day, which is really very good. I would come back!

This place was really pretty and it was in a great location close to the metro and the Sagrado Familia. However, the host takes up to 5 to 8 hours to respond to everything. They made me pay for a late check-in, but then left me on the street for over 30 minutes in the dark all alone with my luggage. After a long day of traveling and just in general when you’re on a trip like this, you want to be able to take a hot shower and I read that the pipes could be a little slow to drain but no exaggeration I took 180 seconds shower and in the entire bathroom was flooded. Could not wash my hair and just hard to like unwind and wash off from the day. I wouldn’t stay here again. Also, you need three keys to get into the building and the second key is almost impossible and all these good stuff. You can’t lock the door from the inside without the key overall getting in and out of the building with the keys, took an excessive amount of time. I appreciate that it was clean, but that doesn’t offset it

the apartment is located of the road and the window was just single frame so it was a bit loud but in general we enjoyed to stayed there. To communicate with the host company was very responsible and helpful. Recommend

Unfortunately we had a different problem every day (as others below in the reviews already mentioned) the doors didn’t close, the shower handle came off immediately, the water didn’t go down the drain, there were ants everywhere… Once I called, the service was friendly and wanted to help with the issues but the photos really don’t make up for what’s offered and the price is not fair for what you get. the flat needs a proper make over.

Beautiful location and perfect communication. The house is large, impeccable linen, but the apartment needs maintenance. We fell into the ridiculous and grotesque with the bathroom door that did not close, swollen by the loss of water outside the shower. We organised ourselves with the broom or the chair to be able to have a minimum of privacy in the bathroom... in short, a shame given the potential of this apartment.

Terrible experience. The apartment is completely misrepresented and looks nothing like the photos. There is a constant strong smell of cooking and garlic in the bedroom, ants in the bathroom, mold in the shower, and the bathroom door does not close due to humidity damage. Everything is old and worn out. The apartment is on the first floor on a busy street, making it impossible to open the blinds without being fully exposed. It is very dark and uncomfortable. This place needs major renovation. I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed with my family; the apartment is perfect for three people due to its generous size. The location was also fantastic, with everything within walking distance: shops, the metro, buses, and most importantly, the La Sagrada Familia, just two minutes away. Check-in was also quite pleasant, and everything was super fast. The only downside was the shower, especially if there are three of you. The drain doesn't work very well, and you have to wait a long time for the water to drain before you can shower completely. Otherwise, the entire bathroom would be covered in water. Overall, that's the only issue.

Stunning apartment and really good hosts, the flat was exactly as described in a great location and fitted out to feel just like home! While there there was a plumbing issue that made the place smell slightly damp but they were really response and tried to fix it instantly. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back.

Good but the location is not great. You can go by metro wherever you want (5-10 min walk) but hey, you might as well take it in the old town directly, where there are all the things to visit (except sagrada of course)

We were super happy about everything! The location was good in relation to the church and close to both metro stations and buses, so you could easily get around to the different parts of Barcelona. Please note that there is no salt, pepper or oil even though it is in the description. For us it did not matter, as there is a supermarket just across the street. The apartment is also very noisy, but again not a problem if you are out a lot.

​This was an excellent choice for our Barcelona trip! The location could not be better; being right next to the Sagrada Familia was a beautiful start and end to our days, and the neighborhood is very well-connected to the rest of the city via public transport. The apartment is cozy and a great place to relax in the evenings after a long day of exploring. ​We visited as a family with a baby and had a really great time. We found it to be a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. ​A note for future guests: As this apartment is in an older, more established area of Barcelona, it does have older piping. This means the water flow/pressure isn't what you might be used to in a new building. Please keep this in mind when reading other reviews... it's a characteristic of staying in an older, more authentic part of the city, and we found it to be a small compromise for the overall excellent experience. Highly recommended for explorers!

The positive: the communication was attentive and helpful. They were flexible with check-in time. The negative: the apartment is much more deteriorated than it appears in the photos. The apartment has several shortcomings that affect the overall experience. The floor is quite worn and stained, and some walls need repairs and a new coat of paint. The shower tray does not retain water properly, which forced us to constantly use the mop to avoid flooding. The shower curtain is in poor condition and does not match the advertised image of the apartment as "premium". Both the structure and the details leave much to be desired, which does not match the description promised. The value for money is not worth it.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the Sagrada Família, metro nearby and a supermarket right across the street. Everything was incredibly convenient. The apartment looked exactly like the photos: modern, bright, and stylish. I also felt very safe in the area, which made the stay even more comfortable. One small suggestion would be to consider updating the bathroom — the shower did leak a bit during my stay, but the host was very responsive and came quickly to fix it, which I really appreciated. Since I stayed for a week, it would’ve been helpful to have a bit more of the basics provided (like toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels), this ran out quickly. Overall, 10/10 — I’d absolutely stay here again if I return to Barcelona. Thank you so much for hosting me!

We had a great stay in the apartment, there was everything that was listed in the description, great location, we had a supermarket close by and the metro was easily reachable by foot in a couple of minutes. The check-in went smoothly even though we had a delay on our flight, the host is super friendly and responsive in case of any complications. All in all, we would definitely recommend this Airbnb :) .

It was a very nice and modern apartment, easily accessible by metro, tram, bus, etc. The apartment is more suitable for two people, we were three. (All adults) Additional amenities that were not in the description, such as a hair dryer, were available. The cleanliness left much to be desired – hair everywhere under the beds, carpets and sofa. The windows were very thin, so you could hear everything from outside. The bathroom should be urgently reworked: the water quickly accumulates in the shower, and the toilet flush only works with difficulty and is almost broken. Since there are no windows or ventilation, everything can quickly become mouldy. Communication because unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. But I am still grateful to have had a nice time in Barcelona and we were also very warmly welcomed🤗

This Alrbnb is highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay a few days in Barcelona and experience the atmosphere of the city. The accommodation was excellently located in Barcelona! You were at all the sights in no time. The accommodation also matched the photos so that was very nice. The host always responded quickly and kindly and there is a professional organisation behind the host. In the future, I will definitely look at other accommodations of the host.

The location is just perfect, the place itself has a really nice design, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. The only disadvantage is that the bathroom needs a little renovation, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Location was good, however the apartment was not clean. There was hair and mold in the bathroom and the dining table + chairs were full of crumbs. In addition, the neighbors were very sensitive and complained about noise directly to the landlord (not with us) at 6 pm on a Saturday. It was good that we were able to check in a little earlier than planned and the staff were friendly.

The flat location is very convenient. The flat is nice and clean. The person who gave the keys was very friendly and helpful. The only observation is that the tax form to fill in needs some work. Also the tax is charged via Airbnb as a service, no tax receipt is provided as such which is worrying as there is no way to prove you paid for it.

After initial communication issues regarding check-in, we were able to enjoy our stay at this lovely apartment very much. It is an old house from the outside, but the apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, you can walk to the Sagrada Familia in 5 minutes and have optimal bus and metro connections on site. Supermarkets are also right across the street. The only thing to complain about is the fact that the apartment is actually more designed for 2 people. The sleeping situation for the third person on the couch was quite uncomfortable as you sleep on the side towards the street and the windows are poorly darkenable as well as poorly insulated, so the street noise was quite present.

The apartment was basically ok, but far from as bright & flooded with light as the pictures from the listing suggested. The apartment is a little outdated, especially the bathroom could use a fresh-up. Overall very clairaudient, where you could easily exclude the street noise through closed windows, but hear every little noise from the (staircase)house. The communication on site for check-in was a bit cumbersome, it had to be done by phone, which was very strenuous when arriving by public transport (airport,, metro) and, from our point of view, unnecessarily complicated nowadays - a short text message or SMS would have been much easier. The check-in at the place was short and painless and more efficient than warm. However, the location of the apartment is top, restaurants, cafes & supermarkets just outside the door, Sagrada Familia and Metro minutes away.

Overall, we loved staying here! Excellent location, one block away from the Sagrada Familia. The space is curated nicely with cool art on the walls. It’s nicer in real life than in the pictures! Bed was comfortable, and the host was accommodating enough to bring us extra towels. It’s a little loud in the morning if you sleep on the sofa bed, but that’s expected in a busy area. We only had 2 issues. When we arrived, there was a cigarette butt on the bathroom floor and some ash. The bathroom reeked of smoke, and it was super overwhelming. We threw the butt away, but when we showered the smell would get extremely strong. We found floor cleaner in the back closet and mopped/scrubbed the floor which fixed the smell. We understand everyone smokes in Europe, but it was hard for us Americans to stomach. The shower also leaked like crazy. The drain was plugged and drained slow. They need more caulking on the shower doors. Those things aside, we would absolutely stay here again!!! :)

The best part about this apartment is the location if you want to be very close to the Sagrada Familia and a Metro station. There are a decent number of good restaurant/coffee/bakery options and multiple grocery stores are very close, as well. The listing pictures oversold the actual appearance of the apartment as it wasn't as quality or well-kept as the photos led us to expect. We stayed in a couple other properties during our time in Barcelona, both of which were of much better value for the price paid. We experienced some problems with the shower during our stay. The plastic barrier/dam near the shower door had been installed incorrectly so whenever we showered, water pooled outside on the main bathroom floor which we had to mop up each time with paper towels we bought (since none were provided). This issue was not able to be resolved during our stay, but hopefully it has been taken care of by now.

The apartment is extremely well located 2 minutes from the Sagrada Familia and the metro. The downside is that the apartment is dark and noisy (car noises) despite the double glazing, especially for the one sleeping in the sofa bed on the street side. The people of the platform that manages the apartment are responsive.

Excellent hosts, always well arranged. The building is not well maintained, the apartment if it is , the only thing a little in disagreement is the bathroom. It's a first floor and if you like to be in an area of high tourist attendance, it's perfect. Good availability of metro and bus and restaurants nearby.

Great location, felt safe walking late at night. Responsive host. Had no tv remote but host was able to bring one over on the third day we were there. Apartment was as described however bathroom door did not close due to water damage that was already there when we arrived. Contacted host and offered solutions but was not fixed during our stays , so unable to close the bathroom door during our stay making it a bit uncomfortable not having privacy in the bathroom.

There were three of us with our daughter. A crib and also a high chair were provided. The welcome was super nice! Location is fantastic. 2-3 min to said Sagrada Famalia. Right in front of the property there were shops, restaurants, cafes, and much more. It was all wonderfully within walking distance. The apartment is a bit noisy, but didn't bother us. I'm sure we'll be back! :)

We reached night 11:30 pm. Agent showed up within 15 minutes and gave us clear instructions. ITs very neat. Had a/c in living room and bed room. We cooked food, everything was fine.
