The space
A fully furnished apartment designed to meet the expectations of any traveler visiting the city!The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and all the appliances you need to cook and prepare a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore the vibrant streets of the Ciudad Condal.
The apartment features a full bathroom and two bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements: two single beds that can be converted into doubles. By default, one room is set up with two single beds and the other with a double bed. If a different arrangement is required, it is MANDATORY to request it at least 24 hours in advance.
Following the bedrooms, you’ll find the spacious living room and a dedicated area for work or study.
A few steps further, you’ll discover the large garden—a bright and cheerful space that adds a special touch to the apartment. It features a cozy chill-out zone as well as a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The has terrace with an awning and parasol. Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 10,45 EUR. per person per night
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

The house is located in a very quiet spot in the residential neighbourhood of Les Corts. There is a lot of space available; 4 people can stay there comfortably. The terrace is definitely the highlight: it is spacious and equipped with tables, chairs and sofas, and is located on the side of the inner courtyard, which is very quiet. Being on the inner side, some parts of the house have little exposure – the kitchen and bedroom face a small, enclosed outdoor space where the washing machine is located and from which little light and air enter. I think there are some pipes belonging to the building on that side, because there is often a strong, not very pleasant smell. The bathroom window also faces an enclosed space (the back of the building lift), and whenever the lift is activated, you can hear the noise in the house, as well as the noises from the building's drainage system. However, the host was generally always kind and responsive, always offering support for any problem.

Great location if you have children (a very large and nice playground beside and a calm neighborhood). Clean and professional. Well equipped kitchen. Why not top score for us: Water from the shower too easily flood the bathroom. Our child wet the bed and we contacted the agency in the morning The response on request of new sheets was slow (in the evening when service team already finished the day). But it was in the end solved by us getting access to the locker with spare sheets. Overall good experience but maybe not 5 stars given high price.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
