The flat is in a very good location; the area is very nice and full of good places to eat. However, the apartment leaves a lot to be desired – it is very poorly maintained; you can tell that it receives very little or no maintenance. We complained that one of the showers wasn't working, and they ignored our complaint. This problem was holding up our plans, as there were six of us with only one working shower. The bathroom floor and the kitchen chairs were dirty. In addition, there was a severe damp stain on the wall in one of the bedrooms.

The apartment is very close to Sagrada Família, which makes the location extremely convenient and practical. However, the photos on Airbnb seem to be from about five years ago. While the apartment still looks similar, everything is quite worn out and feels a bit grimy. At first glance, it appears clean and tidy, but the cleanliness is only superficial. Another major issue was the very thin walls and single-glazed windows. There was constant street noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep, and even normal conversations from neighbors could be clearly heard inside the apartment. One of the rooms had mold, and in the other room the mattress was worn out—the springs were very noticeable and uncomfortable on the back. Additionally, it was not mentioned in the listing that there is a €30 extra fee for check-in after 10 PM. This felt unreasonable, especially since the check-in process was fully automated with a code and I never met the host in person.

Arrived and the place was in a bad state. There was what appeared to be a large mold stain on the wall in one of the bedrooms. There were stains and hair on furniture and marks on the doors and walls. The showers were not clean and had chips in them. Overall not at all safe or clean for guests.
