The apartment is as shown in the photos. It was clean and tidy. The directions said to call a number to let them know that we were on our way 45 minutes before. We called and they told us that there would be someone waiting, but even so, when we arrived there was no one and we had to wait about 15 minutes more. The bathroom had problems with the shower door and the whole floor got wet. The elevator is small. The baby stroller didn't fit, luckily the apartment is on a mezzanine floor so we went up the stairs. Otherwise very good, good area, nice decor and spacious spaces.

When we were looking for a place to host my family for a week in Barcelona, we wanted a place that was well located, cozy and comfortable and that would accommodate us all well. We chose the apartment, which matches the images, is charming and cute. The images are just a little out of date, and should have been taken shortly after the renovation was completed. We had some practical operating issues that needed to be resolved quickly and we were very well attended to by the site administrators. They always responded promptly and willingly to resolve all issues and everything went very well, giving us a wonderful week's holiday. The administrators have committed to taking care of the apartment, which will undergo a small renovation and will certainly be amazing again and highly recommended for families who want to enjoy the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Our stay here was a disappointment... what starts badly, ends badly... we were asked to notify the time of arrival at the apartment in advance to arrange the check-in. We give 3 hours' notice of our arrival time, and they ask us to give another notice when we are half an hour away. So we do it again. Despite confirming our arrival time with 3 calls and messages, we had to wait 1 hour and a half at the apartment entrance for them to come and give us the keys and open the door. We had to cancel other plans we had for this reason. The apartment was not very clean either, unfortunately, we found earplugs on the bed, and when we opened the sofa bed, a sock... and finally the bathroom, apart from smelling like a drain, the shower door did not close properly as it was not sealed well, and every time someone showered, a pool formed in the bathroom. If the accommodation was cheap, then fine... but 470 euros for 2 nights, and everything being a chaos is totally disappointing.

I stayed here with 2 friends and we felt safe and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is quite nice and looks like the pictures, though a little smaller than it looks but it did not matter. Everything was as described and there were towels and bed linen as well as a duvet rather than just a sheet which was nice. The sofa bed was also good to sleep on :) We had been a little worried about whether there was a smell due to other reviews, but we didn't think there was a problem. Check-in went well - we arrived late in the evening and got good service to get in. It's a very nice neighborhood, right by the Church, however, a bit of a walking distance if you want to go to the shops and the very central city, but otherwise the metro goes and it's very easy. All in all, we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay here!

Close to attractions and easy to find. Street noise is a small downside. Shower drainage was a bit slow however aircon was great.

Good accommodation for the location but with a bad smell of drainage in the bathroom and kitchen. I read previous comments about that problem and that the bathroom floods, but I thought it would be solved, but it is not. The problems continue. Apart from that, everything is acceptable.

Extremely old and dirty apartment. The noise was unbearable. Every day, there were big cockroaches at the entrance. Bad smells. Worst experience

Really enjoyed this place. The only problem we had was with the shower and the drainage not working properly but a few towels on the ground did the trick. The place was very convenient and walkable to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Would stay here again

The location is exceptional, just a few steps from the Sagrada Familia, which makes sightseeing in Barcelona much easier. The room is comfortable and well equipped, ideal for resting. However, the kitchen had a persistent smell coming from the pipes. The most problematic thing was the shower: every time we used it, the water overflowed, which caused several inconveniences during the stay. This detail affected our overall experience, although the environment and location are certainly remarkable.

I was disappointed with this place. There was a strong smell of damp and mold in the apartment, and even with the windows open, it didn’t get much better. The shower had mold, and the floor was sticky - it just felt dirty and gross. It was also super noisy at night, especially on weekends. I had a hard time sleeping. The apartment does look like the photos, but those pictures were clearly taken when it was freshly renovated. Now it looks older.

Great Location with Friendly Hosts This apartment is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Sagrada Familia and central Barcelona. The airport transfer cost €43 for a 40-minute taxi ride, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The management team was excellent—exceptionally welcoming and quick to respond. Thank you for making our stay so smooth! While the apartment is budget-friendly for families, it is a bit dated. A deeper cleaning would enhance the experience (e.g., microwave stains). Additionally, the shower room lacks a curb, causing water to flood out of the bathroom floor, but the management team promptly provided us with extra towels to deal with the problem. This is a great choice for travelers who prioritize location and value over modern amenities.

This place is located at a few minutes from Sagrada, which is both a plus and a minus. You have all you need at a couple minutes, from cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The business is run by a company and they have support which is pretty responsive. They instructed us how to get to the location - although not easy to see the entrance because of lack of signs. Now, for the bad part of being in the center, the apartment is exposed to a lot of traffic noise. The windows don't do a great job at sound insulation and I had to wear ear plugs after our first night in - I am a little sensitive to noise when I sleep. The shower cabin makes a lot of water around so you'll have to use the provided mop probably. The boiler is on the smaller side, so for us, 3 people, we were having a hard time showering around the same time, getting cold water at some point. We didn't have enough toiletries, but the host fixed this promptly. With the aforementioned culprits, we recommend this place.
