The accommodation is fine. It doesn't really match the photos of how it currently looks, but it's spacious and bright. Unfortunately, I didn't find it in the best condition in terms of cleanliness, but I think that was an exception and not the general rule. It has air conditioning, but the furthest room is very hot because the cool breeze doesn't reach it. The view from the balcony is very nice. I spent my entire stay going out every day for a while to sit on the chairs 😄

The location and the area surrounding the accommodation were very good. Unfortunately, there were several problems during our stay that significantly affected the overall impression. Although self check-in was possible, we were charged a late check-in fee of €30. In addition, we had no hot water until around 1 p.m. the following day. There was also an unpleasant sewer smell in the apartment at times, and the accommodation did not fully match the photos in the listing. In addition, there were repeated complaints from the neighbours about allegedly loud behaviour, even on an evening when we were not at the accommodation at all. As a result, we did not feel particularly comfortable during the stay. The good location and the pleasant area are positive points worth highlighting. Overall, however, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, which is why we can only recommend the stay to a limited extent.

This is a lovely spacious apartment with great views from the balcony. Would definitely recommend! It is next to a hospital so it may be a bit noisy at times, but this didn't bother us too much.

The location of the accommodation was very good and this was the main positive aspect of our stay. However, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. The apartment was not particularly clean, the walls were dirty and the cleanliness of the space seemed inadequate, as we even found crumbs in the living room upon our arrival. In addition, the tourist tax we paid was quite high, and we were also asked for an additional charge for check-in after 21:00, even though the process was self check-in without the host being present. Also, at the slightest noise, we received phone calls, even though we weren't making much of a fuss. Overall, we felt that the price was quite high in relation to the amenities and the quality of the accommodation.

Everything was clean in itself. It's sufficient for a trip where you just stay overnight. It could be improved again. Here and there, the flat is already showing its age a bit. Late check-in costs €50, even though there is self check-in. In my opinion, this is a rip-off. Otherwise it was ok.

Our overall experience at this Airbnb in Barcelona was good. The three-bedroom apartment is in an unbeatable location and is exactly as shown in the photos in the advert. I'd especially like to highlight the excellent work of the managers: communication was always very fluid, they were very responsive at all times, and the check-in process turned out to be extremely quick and simple. As areas for improvement, it's important to mention that the kitchen is very poorly equipped. There are practically no utensils, so it's best to plan on eating out most of the time, as it's not a suitable place for cooking. On the other hand, the interior design is quite peculiar and eclectic; the furniture is old and the style is a bit bizarre. It's a matter of taste, but it can be a bit of a shock when you arrive. I'd recommend it for groups looking for a good base to explore the city, who prioritise location and service, and who aren't planning on cooking at home.

Good flat in terms of location and price, although there were a few hiccups due to some vaguely specified regulations, such as the noise detector without prior notice. The neighbours were constantly knocking on the door; you could tell the walls were made of paper or something, as you couldn't talk or make any noise at all. Some appliances are in poor condition, such as the dishwasher, which does not work. Cutlery, or even, as we discovered on the first day, dirty plates with stains from the previous user's leftovers. They also had to come and change the door key, as one day it stopped opening.

Overall the place was great! The location couldn’t have been better. The house was very clean and the host is fast to respond and accurate with all the instructions. That shower though, was from our nightmares. Hopefully in the future they can do something about it, cause the water was going everywhere but the drain. But if you are looking for a great location and, how the host described “Barcelona vibe”, go ahead and book the place :)

The apartment is not like the photos, when we arrived it was dirty, stained walls and a garbage bag in the entrance, then I reported it and a man came to knock on the door very loudly, it has a noise sensor you can't talk, and they send their people to knock on the door late at night, without warning with a message, I do not recommend it the beds are full of holes, they only apologized to us and it is too expensive for what it is, nobody takes care of it, apart from charging a very expensive tourist fee, the neighbors are super annoying, the truth is I had to leave a day before because I couldn't stand the stay. I hope it works for other people, there are better ones.

Location was perfect for us, near a metro station. The flat was as described and roomy enough for six. Two rooms have a shared bed and one had two twins which is a perk. The kitchen has the basics but is small for navigating and has some electrical short comings. The hosts were quick at responding, but we did have to contact them regarding hot water and heating. The systems are connected and throughout the trip consistent hot water and room temperature were a problem. Some things that would make a longer winter stay better: Two bed pillows per person An extra blanket for each bed (the duvets were quite light) Two bath towels per person (hang drying takes too long in winter)

The location of the apartment is also great, close to the subway and the hospital. But unfortunately, the previous comment is correct. On the first day, the host asked if there were any complaints from the neighbours and if there was a problem. We were very quiet on the second day. But we were called again. We were never vocal. In my opinion, you are calling after 10 o'clock in the evening no matter what. I think the neighbours want to remove the house from Airbnb and disturb the guests. The host was very, very kind to us. It was as if he had to call. I don't think you should dwell on the calls and rent this house with a great location. My only real discomfort is the blackness of the curtains that should be white and a few stains on the bed sheet. And the mysterious doors that open out of the bathroom and the back room, but aren't in the photos. It makes you feel insecure. We didn't hang out because we were crowded, but it's good to know.

Our stay was great – the place is clean, cozy and very comfortable. The only thing we would note is the lack of noise insulation. The outside noise did not bother us, but even when we were having dinner quietly, doing the dishes or just talking later in the evening, we received calls from the host about the noise, probably because of complaints from neighboring apartments. Overall, however, we were very pleased.

I do not recommend this apartment. The place looked nothing like the photos — the bathroom had mold and cockroaches, some frames were empty, and one room had constant dripping-like noises. There were also strange exits to the outside that weren’t mentioned in the listing. Every night around midnight, an unknown man came to tell us we were “too loud" and telling us he is from the owner of the apartment. Even though we were very quiet. When we asked the host, they said they didn’t know who he was, which was extremely unsettling. On the last night, the host called us twice, waking us up, again about “noise complaints.” Meanwhile, the noise from the street (ambulances and traffic) was louder than our normal conversation inside. There was also a decibel meter in the apartment that was not disclosed in the listing. Overall, the stay was stressful and nothing like advertised. I would not recommend this place.

Positioned at a low average price, we could expect a shabby apartment, not a poorly cleaned apartment. However, the kitchen, dishes and cutlery were dirty. The dishwasher is broken. The sofas were stained (dirty) as well as the bed linen. The first night, we had a visit from a security guard for supposedly excessive noise... then a second time the next day... we didn't understand. In the morning we were awakened by the neighbours at 7:00 (TV and Radio on full blast). It was cold, and the apartment is poorly insulated, we were cold the whole stay. My daughter had to sleep with a jumper over her pyjamas. We contacted the company in charge of the rental, they replied but sent the intervention photos of another apartment, the caretaker came to see us twice instead of going to another rental. The heating was turned on the last night, we went from 17 to 26° without understanding how to regulate it, impossible to sleep.

We had a pleasant week in this well-located apartment, close to the metro and offering a very nice view of the Sagrada from the balcony. The apartment is original and well laid out, with 2 very practical toilets. Some points could however be improved: the cleanliness was not impeccable (cushions, bedside tables and a stained shower curtain), and some equipment should be repaired or replaced — including the dishwasher, the coffee machine filter, and the lack of cutlery for 6 people. There was also no hot water in the kitchen sink or gas lighter for the gas stove. Regarding the insulation, we received two calls from the agency because of noise-sensitive neighbours, while we were just having a normal discussion with 5 people. Conversely, we were sometimes awakened in the morning by their television. Despite these small inconveniences, we had a very good holiday and have good memories of it.

The apartment is in a good location in Barcelona, Which has supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and also very close to sagrada familia.but there are a few things future guests may want to know. The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos, and the bathroom is quite compact, so water can easily get on the floor after a shower. We often had to mop to keep it dry. The kitchen appliances are older, and the freezer and dishwasher were not working during our stay, so we washed dishes by hand. The sink and shower both spilled some water, which kept the floor wet. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, but not in the other rooms. The bathroom door doesn’t have a lock, and the sofa cushions could use a refresh. The neighbors are very sensitive to noise, so it’s best to keep things very quiet. Overall, this place may work for travelers who don’t mind a very simple setup.

There were two things that bothered me, apart from the lack of cleanliness, that they would charge me $40 euros for arriving late, however there was no difference because it was self check-in anyway, there was no one to assist me. The next day we were locked in because the door lock is old and we couldn't get out. We called the "emergency" number that the host gave us and no one answered. He told me that this is why they charged the extra 40 euros. I sent an email and he replied a day later saying that "I should have called that number". I don't know what we would have done if I hadn't been able to open it.

In itself a beautiful apartment. The balcony is great. The neighbors very friendly. Implement the instructions clearly and without any problems. Communication good, air conditioning works well, fans above the beds on the ceiling and in the living room as a stand-alone, enough hangers and towels, elevator + We received a message after the first night asking if we were satisfied. Unfortunately, the apartment is getting old and not clean. The bathrooms in particular have not been cleaned properly for a long time. I am someone who cares about this, which unfortunately made me feel uncomfortable in the apartment. Of course, we could have communicated that directly and maybe someone would have come to clean the apartment. But we were only there for 3 nights and travelled a lot. That's why we decided not to criticise the condition of the apartment on site.

The space was exactly as described, amazing view of Sagrada Familia, and in particular the hosts were incredibly personable and easy to reach the entire week. Stayed here with 6 friends and it was perfect! The flat is super spacious, all on one level with a nice balcony, and easily fit all of us. Having two bathrooms was also a big plus. Location is amazing - walking distance to Sagrada Familia and the Gothic Quarter, and the metro is right outside. The host was very responsive and helpful, especially when we had an A/C issue - it was fixed the same day. Overall would highly recommend for a group trip to Barcelona and would absolutely return myself!

We had a very great time staying here, the place is very close to the sagrada familia and you can even see it from the balcony which I loved. You also have really good connections to the metro and the bus. We also loved that there was a bakery in the building, so we could get something for breakfast really quickly. Position is simply perfect, metro station just in front of the building and close enough to move by foot to explore the city. We discovered while there that there is an automatic system monitoring the noise in the apartment. We received two calls and an automated message via WApp to limit the noise in the apartment while we were just quietly talking in vacation with a child that was already sleeping. Several furnitures requires maintenance like the rusted dishwsher and fridge full of yellowish ice. Sofa cushions were dirt and old, same for the two pouf on the floor. Also the synthetic grass was damaged. At least bathrooms and rooms were clean and all the sheets and towel were perfectly ok. For the pricetag I'm expecting a better overall experience.

Almost everything was great. Some issues were: There was a miscommunication about the check-in though it was resolved the very next day (the day after the check-in I mean). The only real issue was that everyday we received calls and messages regarding apparently being loud which didn't make sense since most of the time we weren't even home while they tried to reach us. A guy came one night at 3 o'clock knocking at the door without ever talking or stating who he was and why was there. Super creepy. Apparently he was a guy from the agency kindly telling us to be (even more) "quiet" if possible. I've never been called a "noisy" guest in my life before as I always try to respect the neighborhood, so that's a first. Definitely would recommend, though be prepared to get constant "reminders" about the sound levels... If I could give a specific rating, it would have been 90/100.

Everything is great, the location is nice, beautiful view from the balcony. The only thing we got every day about 11pm that we were too loud. When I responded and asked what the noise was, no one responded to me. We were just talking. There was a roach or other insect in my bed. In addition, the ability to do laundry is a plus, and a dishwasher, not enough tableware.

Good location, metro is right across the road.It is only ten minutes from the Sagrada Familia, there is also a lot of food around, and there are many supermarkets.The room is also large, and it is not crowded for six people, but the cushion is a little dirty, the shower curtain in the bathroom does not stop the water from flowing to the outside.

Our stay was ok, the apartmentsl is close to Sagrada and metro, however I will not stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone else: 1) couldn't checkin for an hour as incorrect code was provided, no apology from from the company.. even after confirming checkin time in advance, received a request for payment for late checkin... 2) the apartment block is extremely noisy, you can hear everything, had troubles getting night sleep, we also received a message that neighbours complained about excessive noise..all we did was watching telly and talking (before 11pm...) Also, the two bedrooms have windows looking onto the road with emergency department on the other side , so all night long lights and sirens time to time.. 3) bathroom was filthy, the deep layer of dirt between the tiles..disgusting 4) had to wash every single dish before using it..including cups and glasses.. 5)the photos are nice, but in reality everything is much more worn.. in bad need for refurbishment..

Positive: the apartment is well located, the beds were comfortable and they responded quickly to incidences. Negative: the listing has false information, there wasn’t any oven, nor a proper refrigerator only a small under counter refrigerator which is not sufficient for 5 people. In general the kitchen is not suited for a family and the utensils were not well mantained. The pots were scratched (teflon ones that when scratched are not safe to use) or they didn’t have a handler. Some of the kitchen furniture were unstable (and specially dangerous if you have kids) Also The toilet is right next to the kitchen and the door is a like a public toilet it doesn’t touch the floor which is really unconvinient Some of the furniture in the living room were also broken The apartment was not properly cleaned when we entered, the table was sticky. In a nutshell the price is too high for the service they offer.

Everything worked well. The place has a unique design. Not our style but I am sure there are people who enjoy it. Rooms were spacious. Beds were of good quality, bathrooms great. Only the kitchen is a bit small and some of the utensils could be "updated" but we did not mind. Overall would recommend to others as a nice place to stay in Barcelona managed by a responsive agency.

We had such a great time here. It was perfect for us (2 couples and a baby) and it was great to have a baby bed and high chair supplied. The area was super accessible and it felt easy coming in and out of the apartment. Overall we would definitely stay here again 😊

A clean apartment in a good location (side view from the balcony to Sagrada Familia). As you can see in the photos, the bathroom was awkward when someone used the toilet. The apartment is very ok, but it is not ok to keep the landlord - on the last evening after 22 calls and texts, that we are behaving too loud and that we will be charged additional fees. We really didn't have anything to complain about, the TV was quietly playing in the background, and we were just talking (family trip) . In our opinion, it was a willingness to extort the additional fee.

Overall looks like photos, a lot more worn than in the pictures. Some strange decor, badly stocked kitchen and broken air con. But comfy beds and was very clean. Enjoy we’re responsive and replaced the Britta filter but didn’t help at all with the broken air con. Over all recommend

This is a funky, fun and unique space. It worked well for the 4 of us: 2 couples. The kitchen had all the items we needed. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms had great storage space. The neighborhood was safe and literally right next to the metro! Very convenient.

We had a wonderful time at this place and can only recommend it! The location is very good – right outside the front door is a metro station, from which you can reach the center and all the main attractions of Barcelona in a short time. The apartment itself was very cozy and well appointed. The bathroom is somewhat provisionally furnished, but completely sufficient and functional for our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much, and we would definitely come back!

We had a great time in this unit. All times, some points weren't necessarily the best. Make sure to look at the entire photos because we haven't noticed there isn'T a bathroom. The toilet, shower and sink are in the hallways. We had a few dirty places in the apartment (nothing disturbing). The lights in one of the bedrooms kept flashing even when the switch was off. A repair was made 3 days after our arrival. Finally, the big worries about the apartment are the neighbors who call the body at the slightest noise! We were contacted twice as we talked, or even whispered, in the living room. We thank the organization that let us check out in the evening for the concerns we had.

Bonjour, We recently stayed at this Airbnb in Barcelona and here is our feedback: Positive points: - The apartment matches the photos, with 3 spacious bedrooms. - Very well located, metro and bus downstairs from the building, magnificent view of the Sagrada Familia from the terrace Needs improvement: - The apartment was not clean upon arrival (dishes, bathroom, toilet) - Not very functional for 6 people (very small fridge and dishwasher, little dishes) - We were constantly bothered by the owner who was complaining of noise, when we were not making it. There was no music and at 11pm we were not even in the apartment. We tried to resolve the situation by explaining to him, but the calls continued every night, sometimes even when we were not in the apartment... - Maintenance equipment in poor condition.

The worst nightmare we had for the entire 4 nights in this air bnb! It only has one air-conditioner in the living room to supply for the rest of 3 rooms in the hot summer. We couldnt sleep at all and thus we fell sick due to lack of proper rest. It only provides 2 standing fans for 3 rooms. How funny. Proper kettle only provided after we complained leaking when boiling. Basic thing in the house should be well prepared by a host, not to let the tenants suffer and had a bad experience in your country. Anyway thank your for changing a new kettle after we had complained.

Was a bit rebutted by the late check in fee (nobody wants to arrive late anyway and since the check in is automatic, I don’t get it!) but the apartmnt was exactly like in the pictures, clean, near the metro, walking distance from Sagrada Familia while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, airy and very clean, especially the bed and bath linen. Silent, but only with closed window, which required the use of air conditioning on the days we were staying. The back room got hot, and the doors had to be all open. The shower is a delight! The stove takes time to warm up and not enough to meet the demand for large family (we were in 5 people). We miss a large pan and a frying pan without sticking. The electric kettle was leaked at all times. We review with the hosts but have not received feedback. Other than that, our stay was very satisfying. High points: good metro line in front of the apartment, bakery underneath a building, nearby groceries and Sagrada Familia a distance away!

Other than that the communication was not so smooth when we checked in, everything else was perfect. It is possible to check in at 3 o'clock, but when we go to 3 o'clock, there is no key inside the lockbox.It took a lot of effort to get in touch with the staff and ask us to go straight upstairs to see and find that the cleaning person is still cleaning.

The flat worked well for our family of 5 (with 3 older teens and college student) for 2 nights. Great location across from the metro, which made it easy to get around the city. Check in and access was easy. Beds were fine. The kitchen worked for us , though we only used it for breakfast. AC is only in the main room, which will eventually cool down 2 of the bedrooms if you leave the doors open, but the back bedroom stays warm, so you’ll need to use the fan during hotter summer weather. There were two controllers for the AC. Some instructions would have been helpful to know which one to use and which buttons to press. Could be easily rectified.

It's a beautiful, quiet, and convenient place. It's located just next to a metro station. Everything went so well. It was clean, tidy, and well-prepared. To improve, one more fan is needed. There are 3 rooms but only two fans available. If there were one more fan, the overall experience would be perfect. An additional fan could help with better ventilation. The owner was helpful and responsive. When we asked for help operating the air conditioner in the living room, the owner offered to send someone to fix it, but we declined since we were going out. This didn't affect the overall positive experience.

Great location, over a good bakery, 2 min to a Metro elevator. Lots of space. Good if you need 3 bedrooms. Kitchen is OK for snacks, breakfast, not for serious cooking. Minimalist decor. Sofa is nice but other chairs not comfortable. A little short on some of the extra touches. Good at the price for the space and location.

Great location. Close to metro. Got pickpocketed at that metro station tho so be careful! Using their requested app was a little annoying but they followed up they airbnb when we were having problems downloading the app and we got locked out. Nice team!

Awesome location, great apartment with everything you need. Would have liked more than 1 dishwasher soap pod but it's not a big deal. Also note that even though AC is listed, it doesn't actually work - it's basically just a ceiling mounted fan. Would still recommend booking there without hesitation, unless you're very sensitive to heat.

Despite being close to the sacred family, the accommodation charges three times this in a space that is not worth much. No flexibility and extremely mercenaries. We arrived at 2:30 pm and did not anticipate the checkout that was at 3 pm. at the exit they already gave us the option to pay to leave the bags because they said they were inflexible. Check-in was straightforward and stress-free. Very convenient location, right next to the subway allowing you to get pretty much everywhere. We stayed at this place with our two kids and in-laws and there was enough space for us to be comfortable. Dishwasher didn't work and place was a bit dated with a dark colour scheme that didn't suit our taste, but overall we were quite happy staying here during our time in Barcelona.

The apartment is poorly soundproofed we hear everything from neighbors, and above all there is no oven, no pepper/salt oil, no coffee, no sopalin.... everything we would normally expect for this price!
