Great for exploring the city and for enjoying plenty of Convenient location, spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms. The kitchen also has everything you need, but who wants to cook when you're in Barcelona with all the tapas on offer? Contact the host was fine!

The worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. First of all, since we arrived late, we were instructed to call an external company for check-in. It took a very long time just to get through on the phone, and even after that, the process was extremely inefficient. We ended up waiting outside the building for over 30 minutes without being able to get in, and only managed to enter because another resident happened to come out. Secondly, the apartment looked nothing like the photos. The actual condition was very old. Basic amenities that were promised, such as shampoo and body wash, were not provided at all. The washing machine was located in what seemed to be a storage room, and we only found it on our last night. Lastly, the host’s response time was unacceptable. We messaged on the first day to explain the issues we encountered, but never received any reply throughout our entire stay. I would not recommend staying here at all👎

The apartment is very nice and spacious. Communicating with Ralph and his company was very easy and straightforward; interactions with him and his team were always friendly and respectful. We arrived at the property before the actual check-in time and were allowed to take our luggage into the accommodation straight away. That was really handy, as it meant we could explore the area beforehand! The flat is also very well located; Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia are about a 15–20-minute walk away.

Overall a great stay. We could have done with some more towels and kitchen cutlery, but it was generally good. On the day of our trip back home, we were told we could store our luggage for free at their office. First we were told it would open at 10:00, so we went there. Then as soon as we arrived, we got a message saying it would open at 11:00. However, that also wasn’t the case. We waited for some more minutes, but no one arrived. We then decided to wander around with our luggage on our last day in Barcelona, which was pretty annoying and it cost us some valuable hours. Neighborhood is very beautiful and peaceful. Apartment building had very thin walls, so we could hear everything from the other apartments.

**Noise issue** This was in a location with plenty of shops around and places to eat, it is however, around a 40 minute walk from some of the key areas to visit. The accommodation perfectly matched the description and images provided on Airbnb, it was clean, comfortable and contained everything needed. Regarding the noise.. as there is ‘quiet hours’, I expected this to be the same for neighbouring apartments.. I was wrong. The walls are extremely thin meaning loud neighbours cannot be ignored and that was unfortunately the case on my trip meaning a huge lack of sleep. Further to noisy neighbours, there is a small lift which runs up the middle of the complex. This is very loud and clanky and is in use until the early hours of the morning. My friends and my sleep was hugely disrupted throughout our stay. I did contact Airbnb about this issue where they promptly explained it was not there rental but will inform the owner of this complaint. The host was very responsive & helpful.

The apartment was clean and comfortable...however...check in process was confusing? call a number on arrival to get buzzed in...this took 10 minutes and we only got access because another resident let us enter the main door. There was not a buzzer entry system on the door??? There was supposed to be a conceirge however we did not see one in 3 days. 1 set of keys for 5 guests is not enough!!! We had book 5 guests but beds for 4 were set up?? 1 being a double...5 men? not ideal when the initial posting showed 1 double & 2 twins....the pull out bed blocked the door to leave the room!! I would definately book again if the check in was easier (especially when the number i called had no idea what i was talking about) and was going as a group of 3/4....unless 2 people are happy to share a very LARGE queen bed. Once we got in overall very happy just needed another set of keys given the distance from the main centre.

Clean apartment and good surroundings. Host and cohosts are really responsive. They will also help with the luggage if you come early. They provide clean bed sheets and towels. The only minus is that you can hear everything from other rooms and the elevator.

Was very pleasant...central and everything accessible in a short time. It has caffés & bakeries around the corners. A few restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, the apartment only has 1 key. They write 2, but a key is for the front door and the 2nd for the apartment door. The apartment has everything, just no tea towel or just a very small and no scissors. That would still be useful.

Ralph was a friendly host and the apartment was in a good location. It had comfy beds and a nice kitchen. It does need some maintenance though - the aircon is old and doesn’t really cool the apartment, one of the shower doors comes off its tracks very easily, and I saw two different types of insects living behind the small bathroom toilet.

Great say! We had a very nice time at the apartment when visiting Barcelona. It is very spacious, with 3 distinct bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All these made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is also in a nice area. We could reach easily reach all major attractions. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the hosts were extremely responsive!

We did a girls trip ages 52, 47, 18, and 12. The place had ample space for all of us to sleep, stretch out and relax. The location was great, cabs nearby to head into other parts of the city and after exploring all day there were good restaurants next the Airbnb. The elevator was key bc it is about 5 stories up, but you truly feel like you’re living in Barcelona. Only drawback was the showers, it was great having 2 bathrooms, but the showers needed updating. Noting we couldn’t deal with though. Highly recommended!!

Excellent area for dining, bars and supermarkets. Easy to use local transport links cheap and easily accessible. The apartment itself was clean, stylish and comfortable. Home from home with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron and hairdryer all available. Booked for 5 people, however photos of the setup of the bedrooms were deceiving. In total there was 3 bedrooms, 2 single rooms and 1 double bedroom. The fifth bed was located under a single bed in a single room, we had to look for this, find a suitable location for the bed to be erected and made up with the linen found in a wardrobe (be mindful of this when booking if you aren’t happy to share the double room with another one of your guests). In addition, the neighbours were noisy banging doors, talking loudly and playing music. As a result, we had the agent calling us up early hours of the morning waking us up once during our 3 day stay implying it was us making all the noise. Despite this we would book again.

All in all good accommodation with a great location, right across the street and also in the street are nice little cafes. Great for walking into town. However, the back single room towards the neighbors was very clairaudient and we unfortunately had party guests next door on the weekends. Fortunately, we didn't notice any of this in the front areas. We all still enjoyed the stay.

The accommodation is perfect and in a very quiet environment, this semi-pedestrian street is perfect. Just be careful to consider the written address and not the Google Map map proposed for check-in. It's not far but not the right street! The parking lot next door is not very expensive compared to other parking lots in Barcelona.

The flat is a bit older and not as described in the pictures. The doors are very noisy. We had no hot water on 3 out of 4 days. Communication was very poor, as I communicated with three different people on three different channels. The boiler was repaired on the third day. We wanted to come to an agreement with him regarding a refund, but he kept dodging the issue and not addressing it. Airbnb has been brought in. In addition, we had asked for fresh towels, which we were promised but which were never brought to us. The location of the apartment is good. Communication and customer service are poor. I wouldn't book the accommodation again.

Great location, lots of cafes and tapas bars nearby. The subway is easily accessible in a few minutes. The beds were very good. The decor wasn't quite as nice and new as the photos, but it was clean. The sink in the bathroom was clogged on the first evening, after information came to the agency a handyman and fixed it. For us as a family it was good that there were 2 toilets. There's a small elevator in the house, you don't have to carry the suitcases. The balcony is small, but you can sit on it for two.

The building has an elevator, an important item when we talk about buildings in the center of Barcelona ! The check-in service was very kind and in person, with clear instructions, gave us a map and great suggestions. I've stayed at Airbnb in China, New Zealand, Africa, USA, and several parts of Europe and I consider a 10-note stay by location, cleaning, bathrooms, amenities, kindness, quick response, decoration and quality of bedding and grocery. We want to go back!!!

As for his property, the house looked exactly like how the picture is. Very simple and beautiful place but very spacious for my family of 5. I highly recommend this place especially if you come in big groups. The neighbourhood is surrounded by many convenient stores which they call supermercat. Plenty of bars and coffee places too.

It's okay, don't expect so much. We were there for 3 nights. The pictures were taken fresh after the renovation. It is sufficient for sleeping. The bathrooms stink extremely, but that seems to be normal there. The landlord provided direct assistance. The location is great, the street is noisy at night, e.g. bulky waste is collected at 2nd at night. Otherwise, we had a nice holiday. Barcelona is worth a trip.

Great for a Short Stay. Missing Amenities for Longer Stays. The location is great. Tons of good food nearby and an easy walk to the main sites without having to deal with the craziness of the high traffic tourist areas. The apartment also has a great deal of space to move around and get out of each other's way. For longer stays, the host would need to update a number of areas for me to recommend: + The WiFi was spotty and worked best early in the morning + There were no trash bags, no spare sheets, no dish towels, etc. A lot of the necessities were missing + The main bed was uncomfortable. Couch is uncomfortable and TV is too small to watch + The tile floor became incredibly dirty very quickly. An updated vacuum would help + For families with children aged 1-3, everything is at eye level - light switches, counters, knives drawer - and no doors fully shut. Made it really hard to keep our son out of places we didn't want him

It was not a good experience, there was no response from the owner when we arrived in Barcelona and after more than one hour of waiting they rented to check in which it was not possible, as the key they had from the apartment did not work. Incidentally, after more than two hours of waiting without a solution, we had to leave for a hotel. I don't recommend it!

We were greeted 1 hour late due to a delay by the cleaning lady, so we had to wait. Margo managed very well and came to save us when we forgot the key inside the apartment , Tiny lift... (claustrophobes beware) A little advice: be careful with your belongings. And don't leave anything lying around in the apartment or forget anything because you'll never dream about it again. Thanks to the cleaning lady for the bad faith, we had a good laugh at her. The view leaves something to be desired with the neighbours. Very poor sound insulation so you can hear the neighbours as if they were with you, It had started well, it's a shame it ended like that. I do not recommend this apartment or this company that manages the rental.

The reason for a 4 star review instead of 5, was the neighbours who were keen to shout quite nasty words at us (already upon arrival) This was the first impression of Barcelona for some of my colleagues who I traveled with got, which is a shame as it is such a lovely city!

The airbnb itself was great! It was close- about 6-7 min walk- to either a metro bus stop or a bus stop. The home was nice and clean, with a great balcony experience. Radu also welcomed us and gave us great local tips where to eat and such. During our stay, our hosts were very quick to respond when we needed help or clarification. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would come back and stay when I come back.

Great apartment and location. However, from 10pm no noise can be made, including normal levels of talking as voices can be heard very clearly in neighbouring apartments. We were warned of this by the host but the building is not sound proof whatsoever so keep that in mind if you have a group.

Ralph's apartment was a great find! Me and 3 other friends arrived in Barcelona and had a problem with our previous accommodation, which forced us to look for a new place, leading us to Ralph's apartment, which, luckily for us, was available. Communication with the host was super quick and he was super requested, which saved us. The apartment is very well located and close to the metro, which makes it easy to get to know the city with peace. It's clean, well-organized and well-equipped. We went at the beginning of the cold period and the apartment is well heated (with heating in all rooms). Nothing is missing! We recommend it.

Four of us had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. The check in was seamless and the lady who met us at the apartment was lovely and helpful. We never heard any noise from the nursery at the back of the building. Elevator up to the apartment and very friendly lady who sat at the reception area during the day, which gave the building a very safe feel. We loved the local area away from the crowds/tourists and walked to some fabulous local restaurants a few nights - I recommend Bar Ramon for local feel and great tapas.

The apartment is very old and needs maintenance. Very bad bed sheets and sofa. In the description said that there was ar conditioning but there was only a small one in the living room. We arrived in summer and was impossible to sleep in such a hot place. It’s very small for six people.

Location Ralph’s place is in a really accessible bit of Barcelona, a really great location for getting around the city. The metro is 5 minutes walk away, and the airport bus drops you off next to the metro station, so getting to the apartment is really straight forwards. Apartment The apartment is nice, on the 3rd floor of the building, so away from the immediate road noise; however as it is in a relatively central part of the city, it does remain a little noisy throughout the night - even with all doors and windows shut, it’s mostly light traffic noise though. If you’re sleeping 6, it’s a bit tight in one of the bedrooms, and the lounge (middle of the apartment) has a sofa bed in it as the 6th bed. It has a small, but nice, balcony too. Communication It’s managed by an agency, who were quite helpful and flexible with our arrival and departure times, which was useful! We encountered a few issues with the apartment during our stay, however these are being resolved by the agency so hopefully shouldn’t be an issue for future guests.

Beautiful apartment with good connection to public transport and in walking distance to the university. The two bathrooms are highly appreciated when visiting with a larger group. We stayed here for 6 days. The location was excellent, and the decor was very comfortable. There was a small lift, two toilets and a bathroom.The balcony has large glass windows. I like this kind of apartment where the sunlight can flood in. It's fantastic!

Pros: nice location, close to Sagrada, restaurants, laundry and supermercato. Good size to fit 5 with a nice sun room. Cons: could be cleaner, bathrooms needed a glass door enclosure. Everytime you showered, the whole bathroom would get wet. Second bathroom unusable due to its size.

Excellent location. Good size and amenities. There is a bidet so no toilet paper was there when we arrived. Plenty of towels and blankets and pillows. Normal hallway traffic is clearly heard from the other residents in the building. Perfect for a family. Overall we loved the experience.

The apartment is ideally located for sightseeing, but it is too small for 6 adult guests. Blackout curtains missing in one bedroom. One bedroom too small for two adult guests. Noisy environment. Hot water not always available. The second bathroom is difficult to use because it is too small.

Ralph was a great host and the apartment is excellently located a few minutes walk from a metro station and with convenient cafes, shops and restaurants close by. The apartment is in a traditional old block so you can hear a bit of noise in the mornings but is comfortable and our group had a great stay.

We had a great stay. The apartment was huge and extremely clean. It had all the extra tools we could need. The towels were exceptionally large and better than we expected. The location was in a good area, very safe but it was not downtown in a more touristy location. I think it’s perfect for a family, but for a younger crowd who goes out often... it was a little out of our way. There is a store a couple blocks away and lots of food on every corner. The beds were not very comfortable but we were provided with lots of blankets and pillows. Overall, it was a great Airbnb and great hosts.

I don’t know where I should start at. The pictures are nothing as what it shows on the preview. The apartment was very old looking. There were stains everywhere on the apartment. The building was very old and bad looking. The respond was very slow. We had to contact AIRBNB cause we couldn’t stay an hour at the place. We didn’t stay in. It would take the host a day to respond. Checking in was very hard as the address was different as what it was described. We waited 3 hours to check in.

The stay was perfect. There was a radiator that wasn't working, and they fixed it straight away. I'd like to highlight the cleanliness; the flat was very, very clean. The sofa needs improving, as it's very uncomfortable, but hey, you're not at home much anyway. Communication with Ralph was perfect before and during our stay. I recommend him 100%.

The only issue we had was about the frequency of the cleaning up (eventually, the cleaning lady didn’t do the round up through the apartment initially promised by Ralph at midstay). This issue made our stay less comfortable as we were a six member family for a fourteen-day-stay.

Our stay in Ralph's apartment in Barcelona was really good and we would recommend the apartment without hesitation! As we booked very shortly before actually traveling to Barcelona, we we're very thankful for the quick responses we received from Ralph and the good communication. When we arrived in Barcelona we we're immediately contacted Myrthe to check if we had landed safely and stayed in contact with her all the time until we got to the apartment where she was already awaiting us. We were greeted very warmly and then shown to the apartment. Myrthe not only answered all of our questions but also gave us some really good tips on where to go and how to get around the city. She even offered to be available at all times in case an emergency concerning the flat should come up. The flat was very clean and well equipped (lots of makeup mirrors which is awesome for a group of five girls and there is a dishwasher and a washing machine). The checkout worked as well as the checkin. Thank you Ralph and Myrthe for a very nice and well organised stay on such short notice and for making us feel so welcome in Barcelona!

The apartment is great and is just as the pictures. Great location, friendly check in and great facilities. Beautiful apartment, good location and clean. Air conditioning and fans in each room is a real plus in summer. However, the walls are very thin, bring Kies balls. Check in and check out at the top, note that after 9 p.m. you will have to pay €30 for "late check in".

Ralph’s place is really nice. There are some nice details—e.g aroma sticks—which suggest great care, though not everyone might like the smell. There were, however, some basic things missing, like paper bins in the toilets and handsoap in every sink. Yet, Ralph’s team were extremely attentive and provided within hours what we requested. That is really ace service. It would have been nice to know in advance that tourist taxes were not included in the price. I don’t recall this being mentioned in the description of the place. One toilet and bathroom is really spacey and nice, the other is extremely small. Whoever gets to use the latter will be very uncomfortable or everyone will end up using the big one, which is what happened with us, but then it can feel a bit crowded. I recommend the place and the host.

Great apartment! There were five of us and we had so much room to get ready and have our own space. Kitchen had loads of amenities and there was enough towels, free toiletries and toilet paper in the house so we didn’t need to go out and buy anything. Had an amazing time, super clean and spacious. Only downfall would be the nursery! Really loud in the morning! Otherwise we would most likely stay here again. Metro line is close to the apartment - so all the sites are easy to get to. La Rambla is about a 20 minute walk too! Beach is around a 30 minute walk. Otherwise closer via metro! Thank you!

Wonderful apartment in the city, good for a youth company. Wonderful living room with sofa and table, loggia, large room with double bed. The other two rooms are small with windows overlooking the inside of the house, it can be stuffy and noisy there, as you can hear the elevator. But I guess that's typical of Spanish architecture. The entrance to the house is made in the modern style, with very beautiful large doors. There are many cafes near my home, there is a supermarket nearby, subway station is a 5-minute walk away. There is wifi in the apartment, but for some reason it did not work for some reason. There is a kitchen, refrigerator, all necessary necessary utensils.

Ralph's flat was perfect for our trip. Nicely decorated, it is very clean, and equiped with all the amenities (towels, soap, nespresso machine, etc.) Location is very practical, minutes away from some great restaurants / bars, and a 20 minutes walk to Barcelona's city center. Urgell metro station is <5 minutes walking. Ralph was very reactive, and even proactive, making sure that everything was going well at regular intervals. I would definitely recommend this flat, and consider it should I visit Barcelona again

Wonderful spot from which to explore Barcelona! Beautiful space, great neighborhood and Ralph was an excellent host. Highly recommended! Only thing to note is that on weekday mornings there is a bit of noise from the daycare in the building, so be prepared to keep the windows closed if you don’t want to be woken by the children. Otherwise perfect!

Had a comfortable stay at a great house located at a 10min walk from most places. Ralph is very responsive and a great host. The house is slightly small for 6 people / 3 couples, and the single beds (joint together) and sofa bed can be tricky, but when you are in Barcelona, all you need a bed is to crash ;)

Spacious bright apartment suitable for 4 5 people The landlord answered all the questions we wanted. The location is excellent in a cozy and quiet neighborhood 20 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya. The windows face the stairwell so there is noise from the stairwell and it is problematic to open a window. Apartment that is not suitable for summer as there are no air conditioners in the rooms. It is important to stock up on shampoo and body soap because the amount given is enough per person per day. We didn't leave us any scotch dish soap and matches and brought a day to the next. There is no salt and pepper sugar in the apartment. The apartment is very aesthetic, smells good. The dining chairs are high bar stools not suitable for older people and small children.

Guys, I have rented several location, but this was a disaster. Starting from host miss communication to dirtiness. As this was a working holiday, we did not much stay there and truly not much to do in the flat. We had a brown stain in the bed sheets, so they had not been changed. The shower gel did not work. We had no hot water, and as we had to wake up early at 7 am , we had called the host as we had no hot water and we where message afterwards as that is not right to do. Sofa in the picture is nice, but in reality , rusted buttons hanging. Also not much innovatory in the kitchen to do any food. Pros. Landlord Ralph is actually a nice person, great communication but does not see the issue that he has, maybe that normal to him. Tried to email him many message back and forward on how awfull this is , but said that it is only a cleaning issue thing... I was about the injury of seeing this. Thankfully the owner return £70 for cleaning fee but not justify the experience i had. I had requested for 50%. of payment. Location is great, close to center, but not to shopping malls. like mercadona.

Really good sized apartment in a decent location. Unlike other reviews, we found the neighbourhood quiet and we enjoyed our morning coffees on the balcony. We booked the apartment for 6 adults which was a little tight (and Ralph was very clear about this when we booked it!) but perfect for us as we just wanted a base for our weekend away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Great location for exploring the city; everything is available and looks neat and well-maintained. The supermarket is just around the corner, and you can enjoy a nice breakfast across the street. The “nursery” from the description is a daycare centre, but that doesn't bother you at all (especially not at the weekend!)

Ralph was great host. There was no problem with check in and check out. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. It's location is very good, close to public transport and walkable to most of turist attracions. The only issue we had was wifi - it was very slow, probably because it's shared with other apartments. Anyway we enjoyed our stay in Ralph's apartment and wolud surely recommend it.

Property owner was very prompt and communicative. Property is as pictured. Realize that this is in a fairly old building, and the walls are thin. Master bedroom is quiet, but other bedrooms have windows leading to open hallways and stairs and can be noisy. We also recommended that the property owner consider replacing the couch. Otherwise, the apartment is nice and stylish.

The location is away from all the crowds, but still 5-10 minutes walk to metro and buses. Nice local restaurants nearby. Wifi is shared with a few more apartments, it is located in another apartment and doesn’t have much coverage in the living room. Make sure to bring or buy basics like salt, and laundry detergent. Bathroom doesn't lock.

Great value and hospitality for our family of 5. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms are up to modern standards! Ralph made sure we were taken care of with both an early check in and check out. My family got to experience true city life in this apartment. Building can be a bit noisy at times but if you have had a full day of sightseeing you will sleep well. We would definitely stay here again.

It's brilliantly located and quite spacious. Beds comfortable (and the master one is enormous!) and very quiet so we got good sleep. It does overlook a children's playground so could be noisy in the mornings on weekdays. Ten minutes maximum to nearest Metro AND the airport bus which is a huge plus. Walking distance to Gracia where my grand-children wanted to shop, shop, shop! We didn't use the kitchen but it looked well equipped.

As we explained to you, there were many shortcomings. The cot had no mattress, no sheets, and no duvet. We did what we could to get the baby to sleep. In the small room with a nest bed, just as the bed was placed, if you took the bed downstairs the door could not be opened, we had to change the layout (closet and beds). A duvet was also missing for the bed in the living room (although David brought it straight away).

Very good location, the floor is good, what we lacked a lot are things like soap, toilet paper, sponge to wash dishes, a knife that cuts well, oil and salt in the kitchen. We have been 6 days and for 6 days one is not supposed to buy a pack of toilet paper and a bottle of olive oil. We have been in other airbnb apartments before and they had more cozy air and felt like Home. This place is more like a soulless hotel. But the flat itself isn't bad, I repeat.

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Ralph was a great host and made the entire process easy. The apartment was incredibly comfortable with plenty of space. The location is ideal with easy access to shops, great restaurants, supermarkets, 2 metro lines and less than a 20 minute walk to Plaça d’Espanya and Plaça d’Catalunya. The only caveat is the apartment is on top of a daycare. There can be some noise around 9 am with parents dropping off and when the kids are playing outside. Nothing too bad and was easily drowned out with some music.

Ralph was very responsive, as was Sol, whom we checked in with. Everyone was friendly and accessible, great communication. The apartment is beautiful and centrally located, has heat and ac in the main room as well as space heaters in each room, comfortable beds, large kitchen, plenty of outlets, accurate representation in the pictures. We loved Barcelona, and the apartment was perfect for our stay! Great bakeries and vermouth bar within a couple min walk, several small markets, 10 min walk to metro. Shower pressure was good (I have a lot of thick hair, this is important to me), but water didn't get very hot- not a big deal at all, just noting. I definitely recommend Ralph's place, thank you!

The flat was lovely in a great central location, close to many points of interest as well as the metro and the aerobús stop which is direct to airport, quick and efficient. It was spacious for a group of girls with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen which was nice if you would like to prepare meals. It's in a quiet neighborhood , where you feel like a local with good restaurants just downstairs. We were allowed to leave our bags before check-in as we arrived early. Sol gave us great recommendations for the area and was very attentive. We loved our stay in Barcelona and look forward to returning. Thank you!!

We had a lovely stay during our autumn holidays with our children in Barcelona. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything. The metro is a 7-minute walk away and there's a supermarket around the corner. Communication with Ralph was very good, he responded immediately to questions or requests such as arranging tickets for FCBarcelona. Also the reception went very well. Equal contact and very convenient: we were able to bring our luggage earlier and leave it on the last day. I can really recommend the apartment and will definitely be back in a few years. We had a great time in the apartment! Very spacious place, more than enough for us (four people). Location was central, near the bus stop for the airport and metro station. It was near everywhere we wanted to go. Check in process was smooth, someone met us at the apartment and was communicating with us on the way. Our questions were answered well! The area was nice with a few restaurants ahead. Easy access to the supermarket and convenience stores too. The elevator was very convenient for our luggage too. There was a daycare at the floor below but it wasn't noisy. Neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet. We had a great stay and would love to go back again!

This apartment is a stellar value! It was beautifully decorated and spacious with it's three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plentiful kitchen and two living spaces. It's location was very central and walkable to the tourist attractions while still being in a "locals" part of town. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling with a group of family and friends. Only kind words may also be said for the host, Ralph. While we did not get to meet, he was very patient, attentive and caring throughout the entire process of our stay.

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, with a good offer of restaurants and outside the touristic circuit. The apartment is in an old building, and although it has been renovated, it lacks attention to guests (old towels, there was no bottle opener, etc.). In the end, the cost was high for what was offered.

Communication with Ralph was prompt and informative. We were a family of four(14 and 10 year old kids). The apartment was very clean and ideally located. Ralph's place is in a good location in L'Eixample that is within walking distance to good restaurants, grocery stores and the Metro. The flat is not large but the bathrooms are renovated with good water pressure; the kitchen is well-appointed; and the furnishings and beds are great. Our only observation is that the air conditioning is pretty week and only in the living room (bedrooms have fans) and it was very hot in Barcelona during our stay. But the check in folks (Sol and Marloe) were very friendly and great!

This apartment was good for 6 people. 4 adults and 2 children. There is Only one double bed. The location is quiet, the hosts were helpful at checkin. There is a good supermarket nearby and you are about 10 to 15 mins walk from attractions such as Gaudi's Cassa batllo and the top of La rumblas.

We had a great few days staying here. Although we weren't in the apartment much as were busy exploring the city it was a nice relaxing place to come back to and close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants The gallery got the morning sun and the bedrooms well spaced out so we didn't feel on top of each other. The noise from outdoors and other apartments in the building did travel a bit but I suppose this is typical of all apartments of this kind. Ralph and his team was very flexible with check in/out and available for help throughout our stay.

The place was good, not as great as the pictures but it worked perfectly for us, a family of 6. The beds were pretty uncomfortable so if you're staying for a longer time, please bear this in mind. Also the apartment had very thin walls and had inefficent soundproofing. You could basically hear whenever someone used the elevator or walked heavily on the floor above. Also there's a daycare on the inner courtyard and the kids were pretty active during the mornings. Other than that, the apartment was amazing. Close to many good restaurants and to the metro station. Also the check in with Sol worked perfectly, and communication with Ralph was great before, and during the stay.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment with two bathrooms, which was a bonus for 5 people! The apartment is about 15-20 minutes walk from la rambla and the centre of the city - good if you want to be in a quieter area of Barcelona but note that it is a more residential/family neighbourhood and the walls are very thin! Therefore, the apartment is probably less appropriate for groups as the noise travels easily, even if you're not being loud. All in all, we had a great time in Barcelona and will definitely be back for more exploring!

Ralph was incredibly accommodating and always available to communicate at any time of day. Sol, who greeted us, was super helpful giving us great recommendations and directions. Many grocery stores nearby and close to metro stop. Perfect sleeping situation for 5 people, although we ended up only using one shower because the other was too small. Depending on wifi you chose, it only worked it certain rooms. Other than that, I would definitely suggest to stay here!

Nice place to stay in Barcelona. It's pretty large and separated into a bunch of different rooms. The wifi was slow and unreliable. If it is your sole means of communication it can be a problem. Good location within walking distance of everything. On weekdays there is a good amount of noise from the daycare located below. You won't be able to sleep too late here.

Good value flat, the pictures make it look a little more new than what it really is but for the rest it is perfect. One shower wasn't working but we managed with the other one. They even had a few things to drink and eat for us. Neighbourhood with great restaurants and 20 walking distance to the center area. Communication was really good and they even helped us to book a taxi to go back to the airport. A really good place to stay !

When we travel with our family we always look for a good location, large spaces and a stylish interior. The apartment in Barcelona has ticked all the boxes and we had a great stay. We liked the mixture of traditional architecture and the modern interior. Some furniture need a little bit of care, but generally we enjoyed to relax at the apartment after a whole day walking. Guests should know that there is a nursery downstairs and that you can hear through the wall. For us it wasn't an issue as we were out most of the day and in the evening the neighbours were as cautious as we were in terms of noise. The check-in with Sol, Ralph's representative, was absolutely effortless and she gave us some really good tips, we have all tried out. We can clearly recommend the apartment and would book it again.

Ralph is a wonderful host, probably the best we have ever had in any of our stays. He was very attentive and helpful. He checked on us every day and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The apartment is greatly located, spacious enough for six ppl and beds are comfortable. A few little things definitely did not spoil our experience but worth mentioning. The second bathroom is very small and uncomfortable, non of us could really use it. All six people used the big one, which was comfortable but did not have enough towel hangers. The apartment is dark and there are not enough mirrors. Our biggest issue was with noisy neighbors. At the morning we heard kids from the daycare screaming and kicking our door. And at night we heard next door neighbors having a party two nights in a row. We complained to our host and it stopped. Considering how many times we were promised a quiet time in this apartment, these distractions came as a complete surprise. I am giving this apartment a five stars mostly because of the host.

This appartment is charming and well situated close to nice restaurants and tapas bars. It's located in an old building so you have to take some noice disturbance of the neighbors into account during your stay. There is a little park close to the appartment, really a pleasant place to spend time with kids. We enjoyed the hearty and personal greeting as well as the fruit, drinks and a lot of tourist information. Ralph was very helpful and did everything to make us happy!

Ralph's appartement was ideally located in a great area close to some nice local bars and restaurants - right in the hub of the craft beer bar scene too. Accès to metro was good ti get around the city. The apartment was very well appointed. The communication, booking and check in / check out was easy, efficient and always friendly. Perfect for a family (we were 4 adults and 1 child). Secure parking was right next door and it was the best value in the area for overnight parking. The lift was great to get luggage to and from the apartment. We highly recommended this apartment in Barcelona.

Really nice and modern flat with a nice Catalonian feel in a lovely building. Safe area close to many shop and food facilites and walking distance to major areas and public transports options too. Sol, the key lady was lovely dealing with us on check in and check out. Ralph was super responsive when we needed extra blankets and kept assuring that our stay was good. Really nice and personal service. The flat is accessible via a lift which is great with suitcases. Lovely stay in Barcelone as a family of 4. I will ever be staying at this place again. The sheets were dirty. When we complained about it they sent someone to clean the place but didn't change the sheets. And they didn't give us ample amount of clean towels. There was no access to a washing machine to be able to wash the towels. The bathrooms still had hair in the showers. The pictures do not fully depict the place.

Ralph's place is exactly how it is pictured! It is very modern, clean and comfortable. I stayed there with a group of 6 girls for the weekend and it was perfect. It is about a 10-15 minute cab ride from the beach and is walkable to central Barcelona. I would highly recommend this apartment!

We really liked staying st Ralphs flat. It was big and spacious. It is in a very central area, and you can walk to everything. Sol was the one who met us and gave us the key. She is very friendly and helpful. We never met Ralph, but he checked in through messages and mase sure that everything was Ok. One tip from us is that when you live in Barcelona at this time, bring your slippers. The floor can be a bit cold when walking on tiles at this time of year!

The building is old and lacks soundproofing so that noisy neighbors and the nearby kindergarten might challenge your rest. As the place is handled by an agency we expected a more accurate cleaning. It was great to find water / chips / juice etc. Globally a very positive stay.

This apartment is located in a relatively central location in Barcelona, close to metro line 1, which makes it easy to walk to several points of interest in the city.Surrounded by many supermarkets and convenience stores and some good restaurants.The house is suitable for 4-5 people, and the room is relatively spacious.It has all the amenities.The disadvantage is that the water of the water in the small bathroom is small and unusable.So we all use big bathrooms and need to wait.Overall, good reviews!

This is a fantastic apartment, spacious and well equipped. Arrival and departure were very smooth. There are shops and coffee houses right outside. There are 2 larger bedrooms and one smaller single room. As it's an old building the walls are rather thin, so you need to be considerate of your neighbours, but it's no problem.

The flat is great. Conveniently located. Bright and very spacious. It is one of the nicest flats that our family has stayed in. The pictures don't reflect how nice and spacious it really is. Ralph is very kind and responsive. We asked for a baby bed and he arranged one and a baby chair as well! The interior is nicely decorated and the flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The amenities are new and in good condition. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a spacious, modern and comfortable apartment suitable for a family or a group of friends. The location is great, with many cafes and restaurants nearby, we especially enjoyed the hole-in-the-wall vermouth bar just around the corner. Its a quiet neighborhood but not a long walk at all to the city center. The apartment looks just like in the pictures. It's practical, has a nice little balcony and the beds are very comfortable. We were very happy for the two showers and dishwasher as we were a group of friends.

Although we did not meet Ralph due to time conflicts, he was very attentive and would reply promptly. The apartment is spacious and designed for comfort. The only issue we had was the wifi. It doesn't connect to the entire apartment.

The apartment is clean and newly renovated. There are 5 real beds, but without topper mattresses. But it's quite common in Spain. The location feels safe with a 5-minute walk to the metro. The kitchen works well. We never met Ralph, but he responded via email when needed and was helpful. There is a nursery on the ground floor, and the lift in the building is very disruptive in that bedroom with a window facing the stairwell. It is used continuously between 7.30 am and 11 pm. At night, it was quiet. The large bathroom is really nice and spacious with 2 shower options, while the small bathroom is good to have but the shower is very cramped. There were 4 of us adults staying, and it worked well.

The apartment is newly renovated and is a great place to stay. It is centrally located and within walking distance from ramblas, but far enough to be away from the tourist traps. There are many restaurants and bakeries close to the apartment. The two bathrooms is a great feature. The water pressure in the showers is a little low, but nothing out of the ordinary for Europe.

We are satisfied with our stay in the apartment. It's in a good area, close to the city centre. Our host, Ralph, was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The apartment was suitable for us, a group of 6, with 3 separate bedrooms, a larger master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms where the beds fit. The toilets/showers and the kitchen were clean. It was good to have air conditioning, as it was hot when we were there. I can recommend this.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. It’s an old catalonian building but the flat has modern facilites and everything is clean. One important thing: the place has air conditioning, which is really appreciable with the spanish heat. The location is very central, close to many shops and at a walking distance from metro and buses (there is also an Aerobus stop). Although Ralph didn’t meet us, his assistant did and she was friendly and helpful, with a lot of advice. The check in and check out were flexible and easy. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend Ralph and his apartment.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. Modern facilities, but with a true Catalonian feel, you can live like a local rather than a tourist. The apartment was clean and exactly like the photographs, but better. What a great first Airbnb stay! Although Ralph did not meet us, another keyholder did, and she was so so friendly and helpful. She gave us advice, directions, a tour of the apartment etc etc. Could not have asked for better service. She even messaged me soon after, and mid week to make sure we were okay and enjoying our stay. We also asked her for directions to Sitges beach, and she got straight back to me within minutes. Ralph also contacted me mid week, to also check if there was anything he could do to make our stay more perfect which was a lovely touch. To note: despite the building being beautiful old...fhere is a lift to the apartment, to make your suitcases and supermarket shop easier - life saver!!! (There are supermarkets everywhere close by which is also great!) MyTaxi is a great app to download! It's like the English Uber, and very safe. Honestly, I can't thank you enough for such an amazing stay for myself and 4 friends. I had the best birthday in Barcelona and look forward to returning! Definitely a trip I won't forget xx

Ideally located apartment. We did almost everything on foot. Our host was very friendly and gave us good addresses in the area (which we tested). The apartment was comfortable but smaller than in the photos. Small drawbacks: a smell of chlorine when we arrived, the towels smelled bad and small problems with the wifi... Otherwise, it was great!

The apartment is in a very nice neighborhood, well served by public transport; there are many supermarkets in the vicinities. The flat is spacious and comfortable -it has beautiful floor tiles! It's on the third floor and has a lift. The two rooms overfacing the road are beautiful and full of light, while the living room, the kitchen, the two bathrooms and the third small room face the air shaft, so they don't get very much light. The house has air conditioning in the living room only, the other rooms are fitted with fans. The kitchen is well equipped, with a big fridge and dishwasher.

The house is just as it appears in the photos, even the small room is spacious enough for 1 or 2 people. the apartment is very bright (maybe too much in the main room, which is a problem if you don't want to get up early). We stayed 6 adults at this appartment for a week, and we had a really nice time! Everything was brand new, and the place was very clean. The place had a great aircondition system! The location of the appartment was perfect, close to supermarkeds and small local shops. A walk to the metro took less than five minuts, but the Rambla, shopping streets and the beach was also in a walking distance, so we didn't use the metro much. It was also really easy to get to the appartment from the airport. Before, during and after, Ralph was really helpfull with recommendations, and everything else we needed to know about our stay. Lovely apartment just a few minutes walk from Placa Catalunya with a metro station (Urgell) just around the corner. Aerobus from the airport drops you about 100m away. Very easy to access all parts of the city from here. One thing I would say though is the third bedroom is very small and doesn't fit two beds in with room to walk around. Also it only has air-conditioning in the living room so the bedrooms can get a but stuffy in the morning. Overall, a nice apartment that suited our needs for a ten-day-break in the city.

The apartment was consistent with the description, close to the metro and in a neighborhood with some typical tapas bars far from those of the tourist areas (We highly recommend the Bar Tarambana at 148 of the street of the apartment and in particular the carrot cake!!!)

Ralph and his colleague Sol were the perfect hosts. They made our stay very welcoming and accomodating in every request we put in until we departed. The unit is in fairly good conditions, spacious and clean. The neighbour is a quiet residential area with many local restaurants and small cafe which is good for dining without too costly as to compare to la ramble and placa catalyunya area. metro is convenient which is two blocks and about 5 to 6 blocks away from the university. Overall a 20 minutes good walk to the city centre. If you like the bustling nightlife with pubs then this is not recommended

First of all it was a great experience dealing with Ralph, from the very beginning he made sure our trip to Barcelona went smooth – a truly great host. The apartment itself is just as you can see it – specious, clean, very well equipped. Two bathrooms with two showers is like a blessing when you have people who like to take their time there, The location is also great, a lot of bars and shops nearby, as well as great communication and mostly walking distance to all the major tourist places. This apartment was a perfect fit for our trip. We went to Barcelona for the annual Mobile World Congress (MWC) and had a great stay with friendly and accommodative hosts. Sol met up in the apartment and gave some good tips about restaurants, supermarkets and things to do in Barcelona. The place is centrally located, close to Placa Espana. Metro Stations and bus lines are close by, and if you need a cab our hosts even helped booking this for us in advance. The interior was clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms and a large common area which is great for a group travelling together. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends going to Barcelona.

Beautiful apartment in a lively area of Barcelona: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries, banks, etc... on foot. Urgell metro station is 10 minutes away. The apartment is large enough for a family with 3 children, even if one of them has to share the parents' room. Basic equipment, beautiful typical Castilian building from the beginning of the 20th century. Two bedrooms overlook the street and are quite noisy because they don't have double glazing. Overall, the insulation is up to the standard of the time. The reception is impeccable: contact by SMS, punctuality and attention. The car park is a few metres away for 20 euros per day.

A unique experience. Ralph's apartment is run by the company Enjoy-apartments. My check-in was done by Sol at 11:30 pm without any problems. Very polite and helpful, and very professional. The apartment is close to the subway (500m), bakeries and supermarket. The apartment is well located. But I don't recommend it for anyone who is going sightseeing and likes something more hectic and busy. It's the way a residential area has to be, quiet.

I stayed in Ralph's apartment with a group of three friends, and we couldn't have hoped for anything better. Communication pre-arrival was all very smooth and our hosts were so accommodating when arranging check-in and departure times. There was plenty of space given the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and we were provided with everything we needed. The living area was comfortable for the 4 of us and would easily fit more. We met Ralph and Sol during our stay - both were very friendly and welcoming. There was one minor issue with hot water on our second morning, but we were all incredibly impressed how quickly our hosts arranged for this to be fixed so we hardly noticed any inconvenience. The location of the apartment was great, only a 5-10 minute walk from the stop for the airport bus at Urgell and the metro. It made it really easy to get around and felt like we were in a safe, central location for exploring. We'd love to come back soon!

Ralph's apartment is 100% of the description. It is perfectly located to reach any area of Barcelona or several metro entrances and bus stops on foot. As per English guest, we agree this is not a typical air BNB, even if owners not living there. This company manages 180 properties, and had we known that , probably wouldn't have rented. We prefer private owners. Don't like when you advertise "person" Ralph and it's owned by large group. Good points - easy check in and allowed us to enter early, which was helpful; great towels (extra thick and appreciated); beds were Ok, but each night got less comfortable. Location is nice as close to the metro, but we prefer to walk. Takes 20-30 minutes to get to La Ramba so you need to know that if you're not a walker. Things to improve - limited no of glasses (drinking and wine) and not enough for even the 5 of us; no coffee samples to know what to buy for machine and would have appreciated a few there; no soap in bathrooms to wash hands so needed to buy your own; refrigerator opens on wrong side towards wall and against you; nice clock on wall but doesn't work; walls were very bare especially in large bedroom and felt "cold" though I liked the Buddha and little monkeys, but please add some pics --- wouldn't take much for it to feel more "homey" and less "corporate" planned. My family of four rented this apt from August 8-11. Ralph sent his colleague Sol to greet us and drop off the keys. The apt was a good size for our family and was about a 15-min walk to the metro. The neighbourhood was great and close enough to all amenities. There is a small wading machine but no dryer. Instead, there was a drying rack you could use in the solarium/dining area with windows that let a nice breeze in for drying the clothes. There are two bathrooms with showers so that helped keep traffic to a minimum when getting ready. I would recommend getting bottles of water/drinks as well as coffee pods as these weren't provided. There is a dishwasher and some cooking stuff so breakfast/lunch was easy to prepare and clean up. There are small convenience stores down the street as well as a larger market within a 10-min walk from the apt. Cabs are accessible on the main streets. My daughter loved the apt and didn't want to leave. Glad we stayed there.

Location: Excellent, central location in the Eixample district. 20-25 minutes taxi from airport (€25-30) 15-20 minutes taxi to beach/clubs (€10) 5 minute walk from nearest Metro station 15-20 minute walk from Placa de Catalunya Plenty of bars and restaurants to go to as well! Facilities: Wi-Fi is free High spec kitchen and bathrooms 3 bed (1 large double, 1 small double, 1 single) Service: Ralph and team are extremely helpful. They provide excellent local knowledge and are happy to help in any way. They made our stay relaxing and enjoyable - Thank you so much! We were met at the apartment by an associate of Ralph's who was very friendly and helpful. She showed us around the apartment and offered helpful tips about places to eat. The apartment itself was lovely and just as the photos describe. We particularly liked the patterned floor and blue glass in the sun room! The beds were comfy, kitchen well resourced and the living room spacious. The only down side with the apartment was that the rooms were very warm due to air-con only being in the living room. We slept with doors open to let the air circulate. The apartment is in a good location - very close to a tube stop and within walking distance of some tourist attractions. On the first night there was a lot of noise from neighbors which went on past 11 o'clock. We thought this strange as we were told not to make noise after 10 o'clock. However, it was quiet the following nights. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Barcelona. It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful city. Thank you!

Ralph was a fantastic host. He was extremely attentive throughout the booking process. As one of the party was disabled he made sure that his apartment would be suitable. It was just has he described and we encountered no problems at all with the layout of the apartment. The transfer and food package service provided by the company was really useful. The apartment was lovely and spacious enough for 4 people. All the facilities in the apartment were great. The only slight negative was the street noise. One of the bedrooms was particularly noisy. However, this did not stop us from having an amazing stay and we understand that it is an apartment in a busy city so there will always be some noise. The location was good. Very accessible to all tourist attractions. Ralph also arranged for the TV to be fixed while we were there. The check in and check out was super efficient. Our group want to thank Ralph and his colleagues for making it a really memorable and enjoyable holiday in Barcelona!!!

A Great stay, very professional - an easy host to deal with, helpful and flexible. A nice, big apartment with a large central lounge/kitchen area, great for groups of friends. Urgel and Hospital/clinic metro are nearby. The aero-bus runs from (almost) the end of the road. Situated in a pleasant, more residential area with local bars and restaurants, in easy reach of the tourist centre . very pleasant! 2 of the bedrooms are on the road side, but noise was not an issue. Right in the middle of Gaixample too!

Even though we weren't able to meet Ralph, he was very friendly and responded our needs really quickly. During our stay everything was fine. The house is exactly as it seems on the pictures. The neighborhood is fine and safe. And it is also close to tube stations. We had fine time on our stay. Thanks to Ralph.

Nice apartment, great location in Barcelona, in a quiet area and close to metro line 2. The apartment matches the photos, very clean, and makes it easy to accommodate 6 people, it has 2 bathrooms and toilets, which is appreciated. Beyond 6 people, you must use the sofa bed in the living room. We did not meet Ralph, but everything was organized our check-in and check-out. Good place, which I would recommend.

Listing was very accurate and I thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. Actually, love the neighborhood, would love to stay there next time as well - fun with cool bars and dinner places. Off, but close to the center to walk. We were six plus a baby and we all fit.

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. It provided everything we needed for a wonderful trip to Barcelona. Highly recommend for anyone who wishes to stay in an authentic Barcelona-style building with a beautiful balcony and nice high ceilings! We were able to leave our luggage with Ralph on the last day before our evening flight which was very convenient. Thank you very much!

We contacted Ralph very last minute about getting the apartment for the next day. Ralph was very welcoming and helped quickly. We arrived at the flat and it was just as the pictures showed: gorgeous and light. The flat was amazing and just what we needed! The neighborhood was very close to everything and quiet. Overall it was an excellent experience.

We've got what we've expected :) The apartment was clean and big enough for 4 adults + our son. We really liked the location as it is only two blocks away from Urgell metro station. I met with Ralph at the apartment and he was really helpful and provided some tipps about restaurant and supermarkets nearby. I would definetly recommend Ralph's appartment for your next visit :P

The apartment is great. We found it clean and tidy, and also the organization was perfect. It is well furnished in the kitchen. Well located, near to the Metro station and also not far, on foot, from the main spots in Barcelona. We really had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Not very satisfied. The room was OK—clean and simple. However, the landlord didn't stay on the last day. I reminded the landlord very early on, but they didn't offer a solution and kept avoiding the issue. I'm very disappointed.

Although we did not get to know Ralph personally, the treatment with his people was always very good and he took care of putting us a baby crib when we asked. The apartment was clean and in condition, and that's what we booked on the same day. The location, perfect for being close to downtown but definitely far away as to be quiet. Aspectos Negativos: - The atmosphere of the dining room is practically unusable because the window does not close well and the cold slipped, adding how narrow it is we decided to isolate it and not use it. - A light table was missing with its lamp in one of the rooms. - The second bathroom, although it has a shower, is so tiny that it cannot be used. The boiler also doesn't hold two open faucets at the same time so the second shower doesn't make sense.

Extremely nice place to stay, cozy, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed, friendly service. Most importantly, when we left some of our things behind, Ralph went above and beyond to make sure that we got them back. My family and I had a wonderful Christmas in that apartment. The location was also perfect.

As listed! No surprises the flat it's super clean and nice. Modern, renovated 3 bedroom flat, very very close to the center of Barcelona few minute walk to the metro station. The host ( Ralph) was super friendly and nice he cared about our needs and made sure to bring all the equipment we wanted, I wanted to extend my stay but sadly it was booked by another guest. If you are looking for a nice clean and in the center of barcelona book this flat !!

Many thanks to Ralph and his great apartment. The apartment was definately big enough for 6 persons. We've enjoyed our stay very much. Ralph is friendly, helpful and always swiftly responds to messages. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Barcelona, kitchen appliances included. The location is also nice, with supermarket and metro station within 5 minutes walk. Also the Placa de Catalunya is well within walking distance. The description spot-on matches the apartment. We rate this 10/10.

Convenient location - 15 minutes to Plaza de España and a 20 minute walk to Plaza Catalunya. This is stylish apartments with well-equipped kitchen, where there is everything you need. Ralph provided even such trifles as an adapter for the plug. We were not able to deal with a gas boiler and wrote to Ralph. He came in half an hour and fixed the issue! Highly recommend for big companies.

Thanks Ralph for ensuring we had an excellent stay. Ralph and his team were very professional from check-in till check out. Water heater had a minor glitch but Ralph was quick to respond and fix it. He also provided some of our requests like extra bathroom tissues as initial supply was not enough for our 3-day stay... The washing machine doesn't seem to work though so if you need to do some laundry during your stay, you might want to check with Ralph how it works. Overall very pleasant stay... thanks Ralph and team.

We only had business with two employees from Ralph, to check in and out in 5 minutes. No actual reception as such. The TV and the washing machine weren't working. We reported it, but there was no response and no solution. The flat is in a good location, but it's a bit dark and noisy; overall, though, it's OK. However, the value for money is a bit overrated; when you add the cleaning fees, the Airbnb service fee and the parking costs, it almost comes to the price of a hotel, but without the equivalent services.

Amazing apartment. Loads of room. Had everything we needed. Ralph was quick to reply to all our correspondence. He was very helpful with any questions we had. I couldnt recommend this place any more. It was in a great location. Had loads of small bars and restuarants as well as supermarkets and pretty much everything else.

The apartment responds to photographs. We were there two couples with two small children and it was a very good experience. Very clean, the beds are very comfortable and completely new, as are the linens and towels. It is located in an old estate but has been remodeled. Keep doors, windows, and antique floors, except for the renovated doors, and doors. Everything else is new. All outbuildings have windows, two bedrooms face the street, and the rest to inner courtyards. The kitchen is very complete. They even provided us with a blender to feed the little girl. It has a very small elevator but with enough size for a person to come in and a sun lounge chair unfolded. It is very central and quiet, close to a metro station with a lift to go with the sillets and surrounded by shops and services. We found ourselves very comfortable. In fact, my oldest daughter ( 4 years old) said she wanted to stay there forever. The amphitum conditioned the rooms for our needs. Very close to the airbus tour. A very good option to visit Barcelona. Thank you Ralph.

Fantastic apartment in the center of Barça! Ralph is a great host and was very spontanious for check-in and all arrangements we needed! The Apartment is very charmant with great gas kitchen, TV with DvD and airconditioned. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for 4 people. Thanks again for all accommodations!
