Welcome to our beautiful town house for vacation rental in the center of Vilassar de Mar, just 5 minutes from the sea! This place, in the Maresme, has everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation.
This authentic town house recently renovated and is now provided with all the comforts. With a decoration that mixes the modern with original elements of the house.
With capacity for up to 7 people.
Imagine starting the day with a quiet walk along the coast or enjoying a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters whenever you please. Are you looking for something more active? Go on an excursion to Castell de Burriac in the middle of the mountains.
The accommodation is built on 2 floors and has about 120 m2 plus a spectacular 40m2 terrace-garden, prepare to be surprised by the spaciousness it offers.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a large sofa area and access to the terrace-garden. It is the perfect place to sunbathe, enjoy the tranquility or enjoy a meal outdoors with your family and friends. Just have a morning coffee or enjoy a barbecue under the starry sky.
On the ground floor you'll also find a single bedroom designed for additional guests or children and a complete bathroom with shower.
From the ground floor there is also access to the large-capacity garage so you can park your car and your bicycles, surfboards and any type of material you need to enjoy your vacation.
On the upper floor you'll find three charming bedrooms, all of them doubles with very spacious closets. One bedroom with a 160x190cm bed and views of garden of the house and the other two doubles with 90x200 beds, one of them with a balcony. All very bright and comfortable. Next to the bedrooms there is a bathroom with a bathtub where you can rest and recharge after a day of fun and exploration.
The accommodation has taken care of all the details. It has air conditioning, everything you need to cook and a barbecue in the garden.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 1.10€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

We really appreciated our stay. Everything was as described and as it looked in the pictures. The neighborhood is so charming and it is just a few blocks to the beach. The host was very responsive and everything went smoothly. We are so glad to have been able to discover this location and to have stayed in a great place!

We went as two couples with children to visit our sister. On arrival we found that the living room carpet was stained and full of sand, the vacuum cleaner was out of order, the air conditioning only in 1 bedroom out of 4 and in the living room, the sofa hides a mouldy wall, the bin in the garage contained worms, the terrace light bulb did not work so it was not possible to enjoy the outside, no bulb in the bedside lamps, a broken bedroom door handle and to top it all off stained dishes, pots without handles and pans from another time. For the sum of 385 euros per night, the only thing the host replied to us was that he could send someone to do the maintenance of the accommodation. We filed a claim and Airbnb was able to compensate us.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
