THE APARTMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR LEISURE, TOURISM AND HOLIDAYS PURPOSES ONLY. Not for students or work purposes.

Newly refurbished monthly rental apartment, close to public transport. All freshly decorated in a Nordic style. There are 4 bedrooms. 3 of them, include a closet, single bed, and night table.
The last bedroom, could it be a double bedroom with double closet and 2-night tables. The apartment is very bright and comfortable.

Please note that usage of my internet is included (heavy downloads / video streaming not possible, for normal usage only).

Other things to note

The apartment doesn't include linens or towels. Monthly rental only.

PLEASE NOTE: late check-in carries the following EXTRA charges:
- EUR 30 after 21:00
- EUR 50 after 00:00

The utility bills up to €130 are included.
