The house is located in a suburban neighborhood with little activity.Garden furniture, a terrace, an iron, Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, a balcony, central heating, air conditioning, a shared swimming pool, a garage in the same building, one Tv with satellite service (in Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, and Norwegian), and other amenities are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, freezer, washer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
A mandatory online check-in is required under Spanish law. Parties are absolutely prohibited. Only families and couples. Please be informed that a security deposit may be required; this payment will be reimbursed no later than seven days following your departure.

We had a really great time; it was practically a perfect stay! The house is very beautiful and welcoming, and we immediately felt at ease. We had a wonderful few days and will definitely have a great memory of them. We would also like to apologise if, as a large group, we left things a little more messy than expected when we left. We have nevertheless tried to respect the house and everything that has been made available to us as much as possible. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for helping to make our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely come back! 😊

We were very satisfied with the apartment and had no complaints whatsoever. The landlords were extremely friendly, competent and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Just a small note, unfortunately you have to pick up the apartment keys at the agency and return them there on departure.
