The House was beautiful and in a wonderful location. However we were not told that the main doors were broken and the main sliding door. The oven was also broken. The communication was not honest and upfront. Was a great holiday spoilt by behavior that is not upfront and forthcoming from the agents

the house is a good size and the check in and out was easy... BUT it is alot of money to arrive at a place that is dirty and badly maintained... toilet seats falling off, blinds hanging, light switches dont work properly, sand found in beds, animal pooh found under beds, mattresses sunken in and pillows smell and are thin and uncomfortable. towels smell dirty... showers flood and doors dont lock properly...the decking outside is all lifting and i had my child fall and a guest as well... I am very embarrassed that I brought overseas guests to experience Zebula and this is what we were met with... the price paid was not worth it!!!

Lovely house with everything you need. Unfortunately there was a power failure (though out the whole of Zebula), from 4pm on the Saturday evening and it was still out when we left on the Sunday morning. We were not aware that the house had a back up generator. That was the only downside as the evening was extremely hot and we were literally carried away by the mosquitos. There were also only 2 candles which we had to share between 7 of us. Although very secluded, the house is about a 15-20min drive from the golf club.

Amazing place, terrible client services. I had to constantly follow up for responses and information. I found them to be unhelpful and rude. It would take days to get responses. 6 out of the 8 remotes had no batteries. No explanation how to use the complicated oven. The gas braai is not self ignition is broken so you have to use a lighter - death trap. Please be aware that you need to pay a R7500 refundable (after weeks and inspection) or a NON-REFUNDABLE R800. Glad I went with the R800 because there were so many things that were damaged or not in good condition that I wondered would some sucker be paying for this next time. With such a stringent breakage policy you'd think the place would be maintained better.
