Pool and Community Guidelines – Malambo Residential:**General Community Conduct:
- Keep all community access points closed at all times for everyone’s safety.
- Noise should be kept to a minimum after 11:00 PM, and especially between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, to maintain peace and quiet within the complex.
- Activities that are disturbing, dangerous, uncomfortable, or violate public order or good manners are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed in any of the community’s common areas.
**Swimming Pool Rules:
- The pool is open daily until 8:00 PM.
- Shower before entering the pool.
- Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times. The community is not responsible for accidents due to lack of supervision.
- Inappropriate use of the pool is prohibited, including loud noise, running, jumping, or shouting.
- No glass bottles or glass items are allowed anywhere in the pool area.
- Mats, inflatable boats, and large floaties are not allowed in the large pool. If used in the children's pool, they must be returned to the green storage box next to the pool. Any items left outside may be removed by the community.
- Sunbeds must be returned to their original position after use.
** Cleanliness & Respect for Shared Spaces
- Use bins and ashtrays provided.
- Do not throw cigarette butts or rubbish on the ground. Butts must be fully extinguished before being placed in bins.
- Community bathrooms should be used responsibly. Please report any issues to community staff.

Should be advertised as a retirement property only. There were quite a few rules in place - be quiet between 2-5pm and after 11. We were 2 couples in our 30s so we were fine with these rules. However we liked to play music between 5-7 when we were getting ready to go out. The residents have a chat and apparently someone complained about us being loud. It was outside of quiet hours and we weren’t being super loud, I think the baloney made us echo throughout the resort. 3 different people came up to us to tell us about this complaint, and one even threatened that the residents have the right to kick us out if they feel we are being too loud. We were in bed by 10pm every night and only played our music for 2 hours. It should be another rule if music isn’t allowed to be played. Even if you are a respectful quiet group like us they will complain about you - would avoid and book elsewhere which is really sad as everything else was perfect!

Amazing stay in Marbella! Apartment was perfect and a short walk To the front. Clean throughout and very spacious. Stayed here for 12 nights and had a great time. Pool area was lovely but the pool was freezing still in May. Few drainage issues but host very responsive. Great restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

we loved the appartement: location , style ,the community and the view are amazing , very quiet and confortable . Easy check-in process. welcomîng and friendly staff. Appartement very clean except stains on sofa and dinning chairs . i will definitely book it again on my next visit to Marbella.
