We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Estepona. It was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The management company was excellent throughout, always friendly, helpful, and very responsive to any questions. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great apartment in a really good location. Close to restaurants and cafes. Opposite a supermarket. Communication from the host was really good. They always responded very quickly to any queries or questions. However, there was an extra charge for a baby cot which was not disclosed in the original listing. When I challenged the charge, they just said that it was policy and there was nothing that they could do, which was disappointing.

Nice, clean flat; some of the kitchen equipment was worn out. A downside is the lack of information about the nearby school and the large car park construction site.

What a great position this apartment block is in - walking distance to old town where there are many fabulous restaurants. Also having a supermarket opposite was very handy. The apartment is very secure - quite a few keys etc to access the building/ room/pool but once we got it sussed that was fine. The lounge area was comfortable & had a good size TV. The bedrooms were very comfortable- great mattress and pillows & linen. And best blackout blinds we’ve ever had. Great having 2 bathrooms. We loved the Neff appliances in the kitchen & the space in the balcony for evening drinks. The balcony doesn’t get the sun which suited us. Very handy having a pool on the roof as we weren’t so keen on the local beaches. Would thoroughly recommend!

An impeccable and modern apartment with all the amenities. Very spacious. Next to the old town and the beach. The spectacular terrace and rooftop pool with hammocks are perfect for cooling off. It's been a great stay. Thanks to the agency for a magnificent and easy management. We'll repeat for sure

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The space had everything we needed and more – from a cozy bed to a well-equipped kitchen. I really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home.

Great stay , great location. The apartment has everything you would want for a holiday stay, Pool was good , some people may be deterred because it’s on the roof (hot) but there was a breeze most days when we went and sat up there. Security everywhere is very tight , so be prepared, keys are required for access everywhere. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment which is centrally located in Estepona town . Couldn’t fault the service received from Room Services either!

Pristine property, attentive host, easy check-in even when my flight was delayed I got in at 3am. The property is as described, super convenient location, you have a dedicated car space, and that’s essential especially being in the centre of Estepona. Spacious property, has all the amenities to make your stay as comfy as you wish. Beach is literally a couple minutes away, a little Carrefour across the road, and the main strip for restaurants is a stones throw away. Highly recommend this property, I’ll definitely be returning. Thanks guys!

Thank you for a great stay! Perfect location-close to market /restaurants/ beach. The gym & pool were great. Amazing restaurants close by & it had a wonderful view from the terrace. (There is a school dowinstairs, which could be a bit loud from the primary bedroom at times during the day) The host was very helpful-there was an initial issue with the garage opener upon checkin, and a representative delivered a new one in person promptly.

Exactly as shown on in the photos. Stunning and in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Only downfall was that I had booked this as part of a treat for my parents and their en-suite bath was out of service. We were advised to still use it, but it kept filling and not draining. Not a pleasant experience and I wish there were more compensating. Other than that, it was a great stay and I’d still highly recommend.

Very nice property and apartment in top condition. Fantastic rooftop pool. Unfortunately no sun on the private balcony. However, this is compensated by the roof pool, which has sun all day. Own private parking space in the garage with elevator is very good. Central location and close to the beach. Loud schoolyard as a neighbour.

Extremely comfortable and clean and well equipped. Would have been a lot less hassle to have had a second key, as we were three adults doing different things at times.

Fantastically modern flat, right on the edge of the historic and picturesque part of the city. Less than 5 minutes to the beach. There's a grocery shop directly across the street, and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Very friendly and accommodating landlord. I will definitely hire from them again.

Therese was extremely helpful with the check in and out process. She was always avail to help. The apt was absolutely stunning, extremely clean and beautiful views. Beaches and fantastic restaurants was very close to walk to. Roof top pool was beautiful as well. Overall the apt and room services far exceeded our expectations!! Can’t wait to come back to Estepona.

Apartamento very well located. The building is newly built, modern and very nice. With very usable common areas. The apartment is very well decorated and with everything you might need. Highly recommended.
