We were a little early and were told that we could stay in the apartment if we paid 45 euros, very pathetic. Everything you grabbed was sticky, everything had to be washed before you could use it and it was a complete mess. Rickety furniture, broken patio chairs, loose toilet seats, 6 different knives, 6 different spoons and 6 different forks. It seemed as if they had put everything they could take for free from the thrift store in the apartment. The worst thing was that there was no hot water. A day after arrival we were told that the boiler was broken and that they would try to install a new one on Friday or Saturday. After the intervention of AirBNB, they installed a new boiler on Friday but connected it incorrectly so that we also spent the whole Saturday without hot water.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment in Nueva Andalucia. It is perfectly located, with an awesome view from the terrace. Short distance to the hot spots, but also quietly located. Roomservice is a very good host. There are some minor details in their automatic system that is not 100% fine tuned. So I gave them some feedback about it when I did check out, how to lift their service from very good to excellent. They were also very receptive to the feedback, and really wanted to improve on those last small details. So I expect next time, it will be even better. Overall, I am very happy.

The apartment is generally worn. Pools good. The area of Puerto Banús is generally good - quiet and about a 10-15 minute walk from e.g. harbor. Service from the landlord was super good.

Highly recommended. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. Located in a quiet area of Estepona but within walking distance (+/- 6 minutes) of the harbour, restaurants and the supermarket.

When arriving the apartment was nothing like the photos. The apartment was literally falling apart. Things broken everywhere in which I took videos to let them know. We didn’t ask for a refund or to swap rooms cause we were happy to be on holiday & really didn’t care that much cause we wasn’t in the apartment much of the day. Wen we left they left us strict instructions to clean up (put in mind we paid a cleaning fee) & we were told to put all towels in shower etc, take bins down, do dishes, put everything back to where it was used from. Which we did. We checked out and left our bags in the office. When picking up our bags a lady asked to speak to me privately. She then accused us of breaking things that were already broken on arrival & said that we had broken into the wardrobe. We did not break into anything we used the wardrobe to hang clothes of ours like we would anywhere that’s what a wardrobe is for. Thank god I had video proof of breakage cause they were trying to charge us.

Very good host, the apartment was clean, tidy, good space and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The compound was easily located, in a good area and close to everything from supermarkets to puerto banus, and the pool in the compound was also very clean and a good chillout area. Klas was a really good host, fast to respond and very serviceminded
