garden, and access to the two pools on the property is through the gate
across the street.
This is a great location for families with children, as it is in a safe
and friendly area.
Playa Las Chapas sand beach: The property is only a 3-minute walk from
this beach, located on a quiet street—ideal for guests who want to
spend time by the water.
Beachfront restaurants La Plage Casanis and Chiringuito Lido Beach:
Both are just 300 meters away, perfect for guests looking to dine out
or enjoy a drink. La Scala, a fantastic Italian restaurant, is also
right around the corner.
Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are only 1 kilometer away, offering
convenience for guests who need to stock up on groceries and supplies.
Marbella and Puerto Banús: Both are within driving distance, allowing
guests to explore and experience the local culture. Aeropuerto Málaga
is less than 30 minutes away by car. A car can be parked right outside
free of charge. This apartment has a lot to offer in terms of location,
amenities, and space. It is an excellent choice for a family of up to 7
people who want to enjoy the beach and explore the surrounding area.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and the property is not suitable
for youth groups. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

The pools are open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. A lifeguard is on duty at the large/deep pool during July and August.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property and would book it again at any time. The flat is located in a quiet, pleasant area right by the beautiful Golden Beach. Several beach clubs are within walking distance, so you can both relax on the beach and go out for a meal. Getting groceries is also straightforward: both a Lidl and a supermercado are about a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient for everyday life. The flat itself has a very generous layout – there were four of us (2 adults, 2 children) and we had significantly more space than we needed. Particularly noteworthy is the modern, recently refurbished kitchen, which significantly enhances the flat as a whole. We also liked the terrace very much – plenty of space, a barbecue and a generally pleasant atmosphere. What's more, it's really quiet: you hardly hear anything from the neighbours, so you can relax properly. The apartment was clean and well appointed.

Dear Airbnb Team, we arrived yesterday and wanted to move into the accommodation at 3 p.m. as agreed. Unfortunately, there was no key available, so we had to wait over an hour outside in the heat with our three small children (3, 6 and 8 years) until finally we were granted access. The pool was also not accessible during this time, so we had no opportunity to cool off or unwind. Since entering the property, we have faced numerous serious deficiencies that continue to this day: • No water works in the bathroom en suite – neither sink nor shower are usable. • The apartment is extremely dirty – after just a few minutes we have black soles. • The terrace is unusable due to heavy dirt. • One of the two pool facilities is completely locked and not accessible to guests – contrary to the description in the display. • The toilet flush in the second bathroom is faulty. Uvm.

Everything was impeccable! The apartment clean, well kept, just like in the pictures – even more beautiful in reality. We had a great time and most importantly the host was extremely kind and helped us in an urgent situation, when we needed a quick place to stay after a bad experience elsewhere. I highly recommend! If we get to the area again, here we will definitely come back. Thank you!

Perfect stay thanks to the exceptional service offered. I highly recommend renting the villa, which for me is great in value for money! Great price for a rental about 15min from the center of marbella by car, and less than 20 minutes from puerto banus! Space for 7 people, equipped kitchen, laundry room, barbecue and swimming pool in the residence. No complaints, it was great!
