  The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property. No smoking. Pets not allowed. NOISES Don’t disturb the other residents. In particular: a) radios, televisions, etc., must be lowered at the environmental level. b) between 24:00 and 8:00 a.m., the utmost consideration must be taken with the other occupants of the apartments. SWIMMING POOL a) The opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Outside these hours, nothing should be left in the pool area. b) At the end of the day, the area of red tiles between block C and the edge of the pool (white platform) is designated as the zone to locate the sunbeds, to allow the night watering of the grass next to. c) Rubber boats, mattresses, balls and the like are prohibited. d) Do not access the area intended for bathers with street clothes or shoes. e) The use of the shower is mandatory before each swim f) Do not throw papers or residues on the ground or water. g) Use the bins. h) It is prohibited: 1. the passage of animals, with the exception of guide dogs used by people with visual dysfunctions. 2. Introduce glass containers or cutting material throughout the area. 3. To use or manipulate the life jackets installed in the pool except in cases of emergencies. 4. To be in the pool area for those who suffer from an infectious or contagious disease. 5. To eat or smoke in the glass of the pool or on the beach or platform. 6. Ball games, bicycles or any violent game that annoys the other neighbours i) To avoid unexpected accidents, small children must wear diapers. j) Radios and other devices are not allowed in the pool area unless head phones are used, so as not to disturb other residents PLAYGROUND The only place where it is allowed to play with balls, balls, rackets, etc., is the grass field located behind the community house. TERRACES The terraces should not be used in a way that could cause discomfort to the neighbours: barbecues, noises, etc, especially after midnight. DOGS : No dog will be able to walk through the common areas without being accompanied by its owner. It is mandatory that all dogs are kept on a leash. This will avoid any accidents and droppings not being seen and picked up. PARKING It is not allowed to park in the areas marked yellow, since it can prevent the passage of municipal services (garbage collection, etc.), emergency (firefighters, ambulances, etc.), make it difficult for residents to access their own car parks, etc. The vehicle that violates this rule is exposed to being withdrawn by the municipal authorities. Each apartment has its own parking lot. Don’t use another one. GARBAGE For hygiene reasons, bags should not be left on the doors of the houses or elsewhere in the urbanization, but in the garbage containers. The sun loungers are not allowed to stand on the grass during the night - must be on the tiles!

• Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
• For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
• If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
• If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
• Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
• Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
• A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
