After a very terrible start to our holiday ! This apartment needs a very deep clean and fumigating. It was so dirty After one nights stay we couldn’t stay here anymore , the smell , the dirty bedding and cockroaches running out at night was just horrendous . We even tried to clean it up ourselves and bought all new cleaning products and mop bucket etc but it needs a deep clean And pest control needs calling . After complaining , we had an awful encounter and rude call with the hosts who said they didn’t believe us even after lots of photo evidence. Wasn’t sure why we wanted to leave but with two children I wasn’t prepared to stay some where so filthy I would stay away from this apartment !!

making the problem very clear: The house in Marbella was really very good. The place was beautiful and comfortable, the pool was great and, overall, the conditions would have been 100% perfect. Unfortunately, we had a very serious problem that ended up completely ruining our stay: we found lots of cockroaches inside the house, and they were huge cockroaches. During the night, the situation worsened considerably, as several appeared, to the point where I felt unable to remain calmly in the accommodation. I contacted the owner to explain the situation, but I was told that it was not an emergency, despite the number of cockroaches we were finding. We were later told that they could come to the house to carry out a quick pest control, but no one showed up. The situation reached the point where we had to ask our neighbours for help to kill the cockroaches that appeared inside the accommodation. It's really a shame, because the house had everything to offer

Super apartment, with all the comforts. Beautiful kitchen with perfect tools (Zwilling knives!), wonderful beds, a great balcony, a lovely swimming pool and a superb gym. Perfect communication with the host. Recommended!

My wife and I landed at 8 a.m. So we politely asked to pay an extra fee to be able to arrive at noon instead of 3 pm. The agency confirmed that it was impossible to have the apartment cleaned. Up to that point, everything was fine. However, once there, we found that the apartment was still not ready and we were only able to access it at 4 pm. Even then, it was in a deplorable state, with a wet floor. The apartment was infested with cockroaches, literally in every corner. Every day, morning, noon and night. There is no underground parking; good luck finding a space outside in the full sun!

The accommodation is beautiful and the services are top-notch. The area is very quiet, but a car is essential for shopping or getting around. The concierge service is very responsive, but we still had to wait 20 minutes on our arrival even though we had given advance notice of our arrival time. Otherwise, everything else is perfect :)

The place was amazing! The only concern we had was ants indoors, but not much and was solved with ant repellent!

We had a great stay. Beautiful apartment,good location,will definitely go back. Too bad the dishwasher didn't work,had said this to the host and was allowed to leave it for the cleaning.

We stayed for 8 nights in "Artola Homes" and appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the complex, similar to a resort. The apartments are modern and well equipped, with TV and various amenities, but there are some imperfections. The chandeliers are beautiful but too low, and there are no accessories in the bathrooms such as the toilet paper holder and shelves in the shower. Parking is also narrow and uncomfortable. Check-in, despite being flexible, forced us to pay a late check-in fee, and we waited outside to get in. Despite these issues, the property is new and could improve with the experience. We recommend the apartment for a relaxing holiday in Marbella, ideal for terrace dinners and moments in the pool. It is recommended to rent a car to get to the center, about 12 km away.

The apartment and pool/gym were superb. Completely new, spotlessly clean, comfortable and fully-equipped. For us, the location was perfect too. If we return to Costa del Sol, would would hope to stay here again.

perfect complex with lovely swimming pool. Apartment is completely new. Still a bit bare inside, but that has not been a problem for us!
