making the problem very clear: The house in Marbella was really very good. The place was beautiful and comfortable, the pool was great and, overall, the conditions would have been 100% perfect. Unfortunately, we had a very serious problem that ended up completely ruining our stay: we found lots of cockroaches inside the house, and they were huge cockroaches. During the night, the situation worsened considerably, as several appeared, to the point where I felt unable to remain calmly in the accommodation. I contacted the owner to explain the situation, but I was told that it was not an emergency, despite the number of cockroaches we were finding. We were later told that they could come to the house to carry out a quick pest control, but no one showed up. The situation reached the point where we had to ask our neighbours for help to kill the cockroaches that appeared inside the accommodation. It's really a shame, because the house had everything to offer

My wife and I landed at 8 a.m. So we politely asked to pay an extra fee to be able to arrive at noon instead of 3 pm. The agency confirmed that it was impossible to have the apartment cleaned. Up to that point, everything was fine. However, once there, we found that the apartment was still not ready and we were only able to access it at 4 pm. Even then, it was in a deplorable state, with a wet floor. The apartment was infested with cockroaches, literally in every corner. Every day, morning, noon and night. There is no underground parking; good luck finding a space outside in the full sun!

Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties/events are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00 Please Be Kind to Our Towels! Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning. Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests. Thank you for helping us look after the apartment for everyone.
