Total incompetence at check-in. They gave me the wrong lock box number, and the person who answered me (after a lot of effort) kept asking if I knew how to use the lock box. After almost an hour, they gave me the correct number. When I asked if they would compensate me with a late check-out, they told me to speak to the manager on Monday. (My check-out would be the day before). The attendant was totally unprepared!

what a piece of heaven this is! a perfect place entirely. the bathroom was a big and shower was powerful, bed is huge and comfortable, the location is the one who express the true essence of Estepona. tip: coming by car don't add this place location otherwise you won't be able to park, rather point your GPS to Parking Antonia Guerrero and you'll be 30m away from the doorsteps.

Very neat and stylishly furnished apartments. Equipped with every convenience. Right in the centre of Estepona. Perfect for a multi-day stay. A public parking garage is a very short walk from the apartment, where you can park for 3 euros a day for the first 48 hours.

The apartment was very clean, spacious & well presented. There wasn't any free parking alongside the apartment. There is an underground carpark very close by , which cost us just €3 for overnight parking. We were given an access code for the entrance to the building and one for the apartment door. There are 8 apartments inside, however, we did not know which number was ours. We tried 5 doors before number 6 opened. The emergency contact details did not answer the phone or text message. We received a call 2 hours later but the lady did not know where the free parking was located either. She had no idea of our door number either but luckily we had already accessed our apartment by then

Very good location, central, quiet, close to the beach, cheap parking very close by. The only issue we had on arrival was that the street had no sign and we had a hard time getting there.

The location and the room were great, I have no complaints about that! The bed was wonderful, and the air conditioning ensured that I slept well. On-street parking is always full, but you can easily find a space in the garage, and it's cheap too.

Beautiful accommodation! Very nicely decorated, everything you need is there, even beach towels. We slept well every night thanks to the excellent air conditioning and the wonderful bed! There were two separate mattresses and duvets, but this didn't bother us. It was very clean. Any questions we had were answered within a few minutes via chat. Located in a prime location, next to a cosy square and close to all the restaurants and the beach!

Absolutely beautiful room. Exactly how described. In a beautiful location by lots of restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach. Was so clean. Only had a slight problem with hob not working for three days which was slightly annoying as we could not cook. The company did not acknowledge this and did not want to give any compensation so we had to go through air BnB. Apart from that our stay was fantastic and we really enjoyed.
