Location excellent and very easy to find. Within walking distance to both Puerto Banus and the beach. Secure underground car park and life guard on duty all of the time. The pool and grounds were well maintained and clean. The hosting company were helpful and thorough with everything. The apartment itself is very much in need of an overhaul. The photos on Air B&B are definitely not recent. Doors don’t close properly and the wardrobe doors don’t slide properly. The whole apartment needs redecorating inside and out. The kitchen is old and needs replacing. Bulbs were missing and various things such as bedside tables were not present. There are also permanent stains within the toilet bowl etc etc. The apartment was clean but looks very tired. Also the wifi, air con and TV all worked perfectly. To summarise, the location is great but I wouldn’t stay in this apartment again. For the sum paid we should have been staying in a much nicer apartment.

Perfect accommodation. Stayed here for four nights. Great communication from the host, the place was spotless and exactly as described. Great location from the main town, right on the beach front. Couldn’t ask for much more. Only negative was that the pool was closed until June which we were not told about, but that’s okay as the beach was so close anyways.

Upon arrival, a person came to us and gave us the key as if he did not know of any other details. We went into the apartment and promised a smell and informed the host via Airbnb and did not respond. I also informed the host that there was no lighting that did not work in the pipes and was not answered and communicated by Airbnb as well as the parking lot that told us that we were found in cars and informed the host via airbnb and no action was taken. The location is amazing! Security! Great! The furniture is amazing !

Great location however the apartment needs to be updated for the price they are charging. Kitchen and bathrooms in particular. Mould around bath sheets in bedrooms poor quality.

Everything worked very smoothly. We were notified of who to contact when we landed. Pablo, a very nice guy met us at the property and was amazingly helpful. He explained everything we needed to know and showed us around the property. The apartment is perfectly located, close to the beach, the harbor, the grocery store and shopping. Easy with free parking on the street. Paddle nearby and easy to get out on the highway to different golf courses. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of room for us. We had a great stay and didn't miss anything.

The apartment is spacious, there is plenty of hot water for showers, clothes washing and the dish washer. The beds are a little too soft and the apartment could've been cleaner especially the floor, the bath and the utility room. The host could also update a few things like providing new clothes racks and a put up a washing line on the balcony. Be aware there isn't any sea view, only a view of one mountain and the property looks onto a road although said road is about 100 meters away, so it's fairly quiet, you just hear a constant hum of traffic noise, but it's disapointing if you arrive expecting sea views. The place comes fully equipped other than the things I mentioned above It's also perfectly placed within easy walking to the shops, restaurants and beach, and has a nice large balcony, large shared swimming pool, great air conditioning and TV. If this place was updated, I would definitely return here. We still had a lovely holiday.
