Room service were very responsive and helpful from the start. The apartment was as described and in a great location, right on the beachfront and minutes away from the Marina. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Only negative was the 2nd bathroom was a bit small and there was a slight drainage problem with the sink, but I’d definitely book here again.

For check-in , check-out, we only had to do with a guidebook no personal Support, only one bath towel and one towel per guest for entire stay, air conditioning does not cool, sheets and beds uncomfortable.

Bedrooms are way smaller that they look in photos, beds were like roll away cots, bathroom showers did not drain flooding the bathrooms multiple times, no basic stuff like paper towels , charge extra for bath towels. Building had a lot of shady residents. Not recommended for family’s. No safe for valuables and there is so much maintenance needed that their staff wants to come and go while you’re not there . But nowhere to store your valuables . Amazing location and the responses were quick and they tried to help but the building is just too old . We left the apartment early and stayed in a hotel .

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated in an amazing location in Puerto Banus right by the beach and within strolling distance to all the cafes and restaurants. The community is very relaxing environment and extremely well looked after. Would highly recommend.

Overall very happy with the apartment. Great location, nice with garage. There were just small things that could have been better like the pressure in the shower that was very bad, some bassakers were missing in the kitchen like cutting board etc. But the apartment fresh and the location good and quick and good service with Room service.

We had a lovely time at this stylish apartment. It's very well equipped, conveniently located in a lively neighbourhood, a huge shopping mall with supermarket is few steps away. Pool and beach are lovely and also within few steps, and the apartment is in a very secure compound. We enjoyed walking to puerto Banus in the evenining. So yes, we highly recommend it.

It is a very large apartment, with a very good location, exit to the beach and a beautiful pool. Regarding the cleaning, it leaves much to be desired and the linens are a disaster they only give one towel per person, there was no hand towel. And on the other hand, something extremely important is that they do not respond to messages. I had to go around the whole block looking for the apartment and see if it was registered and as if this wasn't enough I had to go to the office because they never answered me giving me the exact address!!! I wouldn't rent this apartment again!!!

The house was very very very nice! It was clean the beds where awesome and communication was good. You have to watch your mail for the number of Simon, because he's the manager of this area. After 1 hour this was solved just nicely^^ Thank you Frederik and Simon, and maybe see you next year!

This was a lovely stay. The apartment is well looked after and is placed very central. Simon (from Roomservice) that met us by the flat was very helpful and all necessary information was provided throw mail, SMS, binder in flat and face2face. Recommended!

The apartment was in a fantastic location it was modern, clean and comfortable. We were met on arrival shown around and given keys by Simon. Fredrik communtcated well a few days before our stay and everything was clear. The pool and gardens are lovely this needs to be added to the photos. The only slight problem was hot water ran out after 2 showers and there were 4 of us we have mentioned this so hopefully the problem will get resolved. I would recommend this apartment one hundred % it's excellent.

a day before we arrived (4 girls) i got a message from simon (never met frederik, but i think they are friends). simon was super friendly and always answered my calls. we arrived at the airport (malaga) and i called him, he gave us tips how we come to marbella. later we met at the apartment, he was super friendly, showed us everything and also said, we can call him whenever we want - even for clubbing. we did and he always helped us and gave us information where people are right now and whats going on in marbella. the apartment is really good located, we hardly took a taxi, we just walked. it was also really clean and really quiet (the apartment). the view is really nice from the balcony and the kitchen has everything you need to cook - you can walk to a grocery store. there were only a few things that should be mentioned: the wifi is really slow (like really slow.), although we had two bathrooms and toilets, we could only use one, cause the other one didnt work (called simon because of the other toilet, he was really helpful and immediately tried to repair it!) and we only had warm water the first day, the other days were more luck if we had warm water - simon also helped us at this point, it was better after a while. all in all, i would definitely recommend this apartment, simon is super ambitious and we were really grateful to call him whenever we needed something.
