Place looks amazing but I have never had such an awful experience or horrible service!! It was impossible to reach this company and we were never able to check in. We even went to their office and nobody was there. We asked them to call us after we told them the address was wrong. They responded that they didn’t understand and never called us. At their office we saw several lockboxes outside but were never given instructions on where our keys were. They send a guidebook with conflicting instructions and if you ask a question because you’re confused they respond by asking if you read their guidebook. Spent the next several hours trying to contact them for check in instructions with zero luck. Had to involve Airbnb and they were also unable to reach them. Eventually my reservation was cancelled. I’m sure the apology for horrible service is in the mail. As a fellow host, this is completely unacceptable service and I recommend finding a place to stay with responsible hosts.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
