Didn’t like the Check in procedure and asking for a video call showing my passeport before I can get inside isn’t ok. Regarding the place it’s clean and good. But the mattress was so soft it’s wasn’t pleasant at all and on top of that the heater was very very warm. More than 25 degrees according to the system. Impossible to reduce. Obliged to open the windows in winter. We didn’t sleep much. The location was good and the apartment was very clean.

We had a great stay in Como! The location of the property was perfect- walkable and close to many restaurants and attractions. The apartment matched the photos and description provided. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore Como!

Great space for a few days in Como. Had all amenities as described and very close to the bus stop, promenade, ferry, a small shop for essentials and of course the main Como sights, restaurants and the funicular to Brunate.

We had an awful time with train strikes and cancellations which made our travel to comp near impossible. The host was more than accommodating, over and above service. Apartment was in a great location close to everything. Very clean and had everything you’d need. Highly recommend.

The location was right on the front, opposite the main ferry location for Como, we were met at the Como Lago station right next to the apartment, the hosts even shared a virtual handbook on the apartment and local restaurants, attractions etc. brilliant stay.

The accommodation is okay overall. Unfortunately, there are a few inconveniences. The bed is very uncomfortable, made up of two old mattresses. In the bathroom, the water does not drain in the sink. What I have already read in comments from previous guests. It just shows how seriously they take the comments. They charged 88 CHF for accommodation cleaning, which is simply ridiculous! The office where you have to pick up the keys is a 25-minute walk away, which means additional stress after a long train journey. We also answered questions very slowly. I personally would not return. A positive point, the place is very central and within walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is great just a short 1-2 min walk from the bus station and 6 min walk to the ferries, which made it easy to explore nearby towns like Bellagio and Varenna. The host was kind, very responsive, and the apartment had everything I needed from fresh towels to helpful appliances. The bed was also comfortable thanks to the mattress topper. Overall a nice and convenient stay!

Thank you for the lovely accommodations. Everything was as described. Really enjoyed having a little market around the corner for some last-minute snacks. Also great location literally minutes from the train station, the bus line and minutes away from ferry services to go to other destinations.

Very centrally located stay in the heart of Como. Minutes walking to great restaurants and the boat docks as well as the cable car. Only rated four stars because upon arrival the bathroom sink did not drain down. Reached out to the host and was assured it would be addressed but it was not the entirety of our stay. Additionally the shower slightly leaked from the door seal and the dish washer was full of the previous occupants dishes not yet put away. Could be slightly better maintained by the host for the price.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed…. Seal in the shower broken, so half the bathroom was under water. Missing things in the kitchen that were in the description…. Few kitchen accessories that belong in an Airbnb. Unfortunately, the washing machine was very smelly Little charm, quite dusty….. Good system with windows, quiet...

The location of the apartment is perfect. Steps from the lake, ferries, bus stop, train station and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay. The apartment itself was perfect for us as we spent most of our days exploring all that Lake Como has to offer. Would stay here again!

The Airbnb was great and had all the necessary utensils. The location is great too. Close to the lake, the city and the train station. Only, the bed is not very comfortable and outdated. Above all, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable and far too high. Couldn't use it for sleeping and slept without pillows.

Good location, just a few minutes walk to the train station, and there are small supermarkets and restaurants etc downstairs.The room is fully equipped with amenities. You can cook your own meals.The safety anti-theft facilities are also perfect, as well as floor heating, ironing machines, washing machines, etc.The communication with the host was also pleasant and overall a great stay!The only small downside is that it is close to the station so there is a lot of noise, even at night it is a little noisy, but there is also a floor door outside the window of the room, if you close the door and the windows will be quiet a lot, but there is no way to ventilate it

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. The location was perfect, very to close to the train station. Literally a two minute walk to the lake and local amenities. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for self catering. The view from the balcony was lovely too. It was very quiet, we couldn’t hear any of the neighbours. Plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. Contacting the agents was really easy, they couldn’t do enough to assist with local recommendations. We’ve already recommended to our friends. We will happily book again to stay here.

The owners gave clear directions with pictures on how to get to the apartment. It is right next to the bus station, one block from the train station, a couple blocks from the water taxi station and the Funicular was a 5 min. walk. Everything is easily accessible and within walking distance. The apartment is private and we felt very safe in this area.

The host was available at all times and ready to help. The instruction is clear and with pictures. The apartment matches the photos, but it's not so bright. We were in the first days of October and it was quite cold in the apartment, I recommend taking indoor slippers or warm socks. In the apartment there is everything necessary for life. The host has prepared a folder with restaurant recommendations, etc. Very convenient remote check-in and check-out. Thank you for a good stay) p.s. A special pleasure is the bed, it is incredibly sweet to sleep on it)

My partner and I had a great stay at this Air BnB and in Lake Como. The check in information is easy to follow and the hosts are really responsive. The apartment is in a great location and very easy to walk to places. It’s also a 1 minute walk from a supermarket, train station and bus station.

Fantastic airbnb. The apartment is ao lovely & new, very clean, and the windows used provide very good soundproofing, you are not affected by outside noise & can also black out light with the shutters. Super comfy bed.nVery easily accessible public transport, farmacy, supermarket next door. 2-10 mins walk to restaurants & hosting team is super responsive and friendly. Can't recommend enough!

Amazing studio apartment in the best location. We were close to all public transport options and walking distance to loads of restaurants and the local supermarket. Bed was comfy! Washing machine a huge plus. Would definitely stay again :)

This was our first time visiting Lake Como. We arrived in the late evening and we were communicating with the host to find our way there and they were very helpful and responsive. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions were very clear for self check-in. The apartment was modern with a comfortable bed, open living space and a clean bathroom. As we have been travelling prior, we were very appreciative of the washing machine. The location was perfect for us as we were close to all the restaurants and the ferry’s ticket office.

It was a very comfy and good located place in Como! You had only short walking paths to the city centre, the harbor and also the funicular to Brunate. Even with the very hot weather it was cool enough in the inside thanks to the airing system and the provided ventilator. I can only recommend this accommodation!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was impeccably clean, well-equipped with great amenities, and situated in a lovely location. The host was helpful and answered all my questions. While their response to texts was a bit slow, calling them resolved any issues right away. We encountered a minor issue with the lock, but the host came over to assist. The only downside upon checkin was the second bed was smaller than pictured, though it ended up being comfortable for one guest. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

The unit does not have air conditioning. You cannot sleep with the windows open because of the noise from the street. The management team had no clue. When called to rectify the situation, they start by gaslighting and then could not figure out for 2 days that there is no air conditioning.

The apartment seemed new, lot of equipments even had their “new plastic” on them. A little warm, AC appeared to be remotely controlled during our stay. But during summer u can use it. Everything was clean and looked like we expected. Only thing we missed was separate blankets for the bed and that only because we are used to it. Really nice over all and we warmly recommend the place for anyone visiting Como.

This is such a cozy home base to explore Como from - excellent value. It is super close to the ferry terminal and the city centre. Comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Would recommend!
