Didn’t like the Check in procedure and asking for a video call showing my passeport before I can get inside isn’t ok. Regarding the place it’s clean and good. But the mattress was so soft it’s wasn’t pleasant at all and on top of that the heater was very very warm. More than 25 degrees according to the system. Impossible to reduce. Obliged to open the windows in winter. We didn’t sleep much. The location was good and the apartment was very clean.

We had an awful time with train strikes and cancellations which made our travel to comp near impossible. The host was more than accommodating, over and above service. Apartment was in a great location close to everything. Very clean and had everything you’d need. Highly recommend.

• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - Turn things off

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
