It is a beautiful location and comfortable beds! What I will say is that what they are charging, the place needs to be cleaner and fixed up. The shower was leaking all over the floors and that is causing damage to them. There are floor boards that are not attached to the ground. The sink drains are all broken. There is not a door front to the dishwasher. If you like to cook, not that there is not a lot of clean and updated equipment. The only frying pan is warped and does not allow for cooking properly. I hope they make these updates, if they did, it would be a 5 star!

We loved staying at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, just walking distance to the ferry and there was a delicious restaurant steps away. There was so much to see around Lake Como, so we wish we could have stayed longer to utilize the rooftop deck more.

Modern clean apartment with beautiful roof terrace giving great views over Lake Como. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting/dining areas. Very helpful hosts, proactive and responsive (especially when we wrongly thought we'd lost the keys!! - 🫣).... Location is good - walkable to local restaurants and easily accessible by bus or ferry to Mennagio or Bellagio amongst other places. Easily walkable to the lovely Villa Carlotta. We really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at this extremely well located Air B&B. Perfectly situated across from Bellagio and just a few minutes to the ferry that gets you there in ten minutes, I feel like this location is a Como hack. I also appreciated the parking spot and the uncomplicated check out procedures — huge plus when traveling with a toddler. Check in was fairly easy as well. We’d definitely stay here again.

The place has astonishing view of Bellagio across the lake as advertised. The roof top is a great place to relax and watch sunrise and sunset. The ferry dock and bus stops are right next to the apartment. There is mini mart for water and essentials next to bus stop. Griante is centrally located. We took uber from MXP and bus/train back to Milan central station. Bus usually is not on time so plan accordingly. Overall we are very pleased with this location.

The check-in process couldn’t have been easier. Location was perfect from our point of view, especially as the ferry was quite literally cross the road. We had one issue where the power went out however it was 11 pm. I messaged the team and they responded within two or three minutes with a very set of clear instructions and all sorted. Very hard to fault

Beautiful location and views. The unit was nicely appointed and check in was smooth as someone was able to come to the unit to meet us and show us where to park, etc. The information booklet provided in the unit was very out of date and not super helpful. The dishwasher also wasn’t working properly. But it’s very quiet and easy walk to the ferry.

The apartment is wonderful. Parking is perfect. We had absolutely everything we needed. Ferry is a short walk and there are nearby restaurants. The stay was extremely comfortable. Closet space was ample, the beds were comfortable and the hot water in the shower was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The flat’s location was perfect! You could walk to so many restaurants and the ferry was right there. We rented this flat because our daughter got married at the Villa Del Balbianello in Lenno. The dock for the private boat was right out front. There was ample space for hair and make up to come in and get her ready, parking for them, AC, and places for the photographer to take some pictures there on site. Always very responsive when we had a question. Most of the time we had the answers right in front of us and hadn’t scrolled down far enough to see them. It was about 87 in the place when we arrived and the power was out so that took some time to figure out and cool down. There were about 4 bulbs out and the cute lemon tree in the pictures was not taken care of. I was told by 1 team member if we got in early and no one had been staying there they’d go ahead and let us check in but they wouldn’t let us check in an hour early. Views were great and we’d definitely stay again!

A great location with a short drive to Menaggio and ferry access to Bellaggio and Varenna. The apartment has beautiful, unobstructed views of the lake and easy access for walks along the lake. It was clean, modern and had everything that we needed for our stay including a fully equiped kitchen and washing machine. The beds and linen were good quality. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to other guests.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We choose Griante for our six-night stay in Lake Como as it's centrally located with an easy walk to the ferry to visit Bellagio and Varenna. We had a car so the parking space in the garage was a plus. We drove toward Lake Lugano one day and to Menaggio another. The apartment is secure, spacious, bright, very comfortable and well-equipped. The rooftop area is easy to access up the private spiral staircase and lovely to sit and enjoy the end of the day. We cooked many of our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were all comfortable. There is a gorgeous view of the lake out the front windows. Easy walk to Villa Carlotta. Convenient mini-market one block away. Grocery stores in Menaggio. We were very happy with our choice – highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay while in lake como! Easy to walk to everything and the ferry. It was nice staying in a private residence versus a busy hotel with a lot of tourist. STUNNING VIEWS from the condo! Never had to leave the place to enjoy the lake!

Amazing balcony! This was a wonderful stay in Lake Como. The 2 levels if decks/balcony with a view of Bellagio we’re amazing. Best views in lake Como! The location was so convenient, there is a little market close by, the bus stop and ferry stop are right at the corner. Dinner at the Ristobar Company we’re delicious and great service (and great croissants in the morning). The host made us comfortable, was responsive and the unit was clean and beautiful. We’ll cared for condo. Would definitely come back again. Great parking in secure garage too. Bus to Mennagio to rent a boat is a must-do. Such a convenient location to explore the lake.

There was a city tax to be paid for a meager amount… I am not sure why it was not covered in the price and not make foreign visitors figure out paying taxes while on vacation! Also taking trash ourselves was not so cool! Yes we will put them in proper trash bags but walking to trash can (although close by) was unnecessary.

We have a wonderful stay here. The place is exactly as described and bigger than the pictures give credit for. The view from the place and on the upstairs balcony was beautiful. Central air is also hard to come by in some spots in Italy and we were very happy with the air conditioning here. It made our stay very comfortable. We did have a bit of a mixup with the keys to get into the complex. The keys for the apartment worked just fine, but we could not locate the key for the gate. What worked was the garage remote access, which we had no problem using during the duration of our stay. Overall, you will not regret this stay. My home in como was responsive even during our hiccup. The place was clean, well furnished, near a ferry port that goes to Bellagio, and in a safe & accessible location. We would book this place again in a heartbeat.

This place was absolutely perfect for exploring Lake Como - excellent location close to the passenger and car ferry terminal that runs to Bellagio and from there you can get to many of the surrounding towns. The place itself was so bright and spacious with clean and modern decor. Being able to air condition to cool it down quickly was also very nice as it gets quite warm inside. Very convenient having private and safe parking in the facility, and loved being able to walk to various bars, shops and restaurants. The view was so beautiful from the condo though that you almost didn't want to leave. All in all, perfect for a stay to explore Lake Como!
