A very nice location, and the accommodation was good too. The apartment was as described, and all amenities were provided. The Wi-Fi coverage worked well, and the neighbours were also very friendly. The highlight was the garden with the adjoining private jetty for jumping straight into the lake.

Great Airbnb. Located directly on the lake with its own jetty and a very well-maintained sunbathing lawn. Very friendly neighbours. There is also a bus stop right in front of the B&B, with regular buses. Parking is also provided, although it is a bit further away, but it is absolutely feasible – a 3-minute walk. There are also restaurants within a short walking distance. If you want something a bit more chic, you can get everything you need in 10 minutes by car. All in all, a very great location. Check-in worked well, and it was a very great holiday!

NEGATIVE: There are signs of wear that have not been repaired for a long time (e.g. dented sockets and stains on the sofa). In the pictures, everything was still new, but unfortunately that doesn't quite correspond to what you then expect. Another important thing: it says that the parking space is on the premises. I have to say quite clearly that this information is simply wrong. The car park is nearby and NOT on the property. The driveway is so narrow and steep that it was almost impossible for me to park my vehicle there. You book accommodation in the belief that you will have a parking space on the premises, but that is not the case. Many of the appliances (e.g. hairdryer) do not fit into the sockets provided. You have to blow-dry your hair downstairs in the kitchen. Normally, I don't allow comments like that. However, in my opinion, it is necessary here. POSITIVE: The garden with the view of the lake is amazing and makes up for many of the negative points.

Positive: The accommodation is as pictured, the view is fantastic, and the children enjoyed jumping into the water from the jetty. Very spacious and great for four people. Negative: I specifically booked accommodation with a parking space, but there is no parking space on the property. It's very awkward to go down the stony path with purchases or luggage. A parking space on Lake Como is absolutely recommended, so it was okay. But I think this should be made clear in the description!

The service was very good and friendly, but the apartment itself had some shortcomings and defects: broken sockets on the kitchen worktop, so we couldn't use them for kitchen appliances. The door of the freezer compartment in the fridge was also completely broken... The biggest shortcoming, in my view, was the specified parking space: it is located 300 m uphill within walking distance. Since we were travelling with a child and a lot of luggage, we had explicitly looked for accommodation with parking, so it would have been nice if the parking had also been right by the accommodation. So we had to find a temporary place to park the car on the very busy and narrow street, and first carry all the luggage down the hill and then up the two floors. That was very annoying and could have been better described.

Absolutely beautiful view and location. The home is situated right next to the water of Lake como with access to a private pier. It’s amazing to wake up in the morning and eat breakfast next to the water with a view of isola di comacina. Beds are fairly comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with amenities such as a dual washer and dryer. Host is extremely responsive and kind. Also the place is right next to the greenway del lago and close to the lido and boat ride to the island. Cons: The kitchen sink did not drain properly The hot water did not last long for 3 people. We turned up the temperature on the water heater and that helped. Parking was very confusing. We tried to park in the parking lot for the osteria restaurant but instead the parking space is in a grassy area right next to the restaurant that you have to unlock the chain for. Flooring is dusty and emits a smell due to the material Overall a lovely stay with some issues that the host helped with but could improve on

Fantastic location with a rare beautiful view! You have a view of the lake and you can dive into the water via the jetty. The only downside I could mention is the slow WiFi.

10/10 location. Worth every penny. Our experience was great except for two things - non-working wifi and dust. Our wifi speed was lower than 1 Mbps, and with low service at the lake, it was impossible to get around. Nothing would load, send, or update. In addition to that, the apartment could get a good cleaning - there was mold in the bathroom and dust, and a spider web everywhere in the ceiling. However, the apartment is absolutely beautiful. Large windows open to a breathtaking view. Private boat paddock and outside stone table for late-night dinners and wine. If the two points above get more attention, I will recommend this place to everyone.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Lake Como. The location is stunning, the small balcony doors open right up to the most beautiful view of the lake/mountains. Even when it was raining and clouded over it was still most amazing view, I could have sat there looking out at the view for hours. The size of the apartment was perfect for myself, my husband and our daughter. Plenty of dishes, utensils and pots/pans for cooking. My daughter really enjoyed being able to jump straight in the lake off the dock each day. The location is perfect for accessing all areas of Lake Como, a short drive to villa's and restaurants without issue. We found the hosts to be very responsive and helpful when needed. If we ever return to the area we will definitely try to stay here again, highly recommend.

Very nice apartment with a lake view and possibility to swim directly at the foot of the apartment. The car park associated with the rental is necessary because parking spaces are rare, but access to the car park is through a small narrow passage. Ossucio is a very nice village, charming restaurants are within walking distance, the place is quiet and close to the places to visit so we will gladly return to this apartment.

In general, the accommodation was good: the apartment is clean, cozy, with a great view. But there were difficulties at check-in — we arrived at the place, but could not immediately find the entrance. There were no instructions in advance, we had to wait and contact the hosts. We were asked to make a video call and show our passports. It was my first experience with this approach on Airbnb, I had never encountered it before. We waited about 15 minutes, then everything was resolved, and we were checked in. Otherwise, everything is fine!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment on Lake Como. The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking, and the place itself is very comfortable and well-equipped — everything you might need is there. The location is perfect: peaceful, quiet, and very convenient. We especially enjoyed taking the small boat to the island right across from the apartment — the dock is just a 10-minute walk to the right (towards Como), and it was one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was truly perfect. The only small challenge for us was during check-in and check-out, as the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, and the street leading to the house is paved with traditional stone — so you have to carry your suitcase. But honestly, the view and location are so incredible, it’s absolutely worth it.

Pros: Very very responsive hosts to my many questions; clean and comfortable beds; quick to provide new towels when asked; pretty accurate to photos; beautiful view/access to lake Cons: A few stains/crumbs on center table cloth/furniture but mostly clean; discrepancy in photos of beds: photos show full/double for both rooms but property had two singles in one room (noted in description though); very very inconvenient location (hosts were honest about this but very stressful to travel by bus so had to try taxis/Ubers which were also very difficult to reach; hosts could have been a little more proactive/helpful with navigating this in handbook) Despite some of these cons, this Airbnb did make my first time in Italy BETTER because I had a nice, comfortable place to return home. I would especially recommend for those with a car or have time to wait for buses.

We had a really nice stay in Olea Garden. The apartment is great and the location right on the water is fantastic - especially the private jetty and garden are super nice. The neighborhood was also very friendly and we felt welcome right away. Communication with the hosts was reliable and straightforward. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped and the two single beds were unfortunately not very comfortable. Nevertheless, the positive aspects clearly outweigh the negative. We would definitely visit again! 😊

We loved our stay, having the lake in the garden to swim from each day was the real highlight! The place is really well located, a short walk from the local Lido as well as not too far from places like Lenno too. We would really recommend walking the Greenway too, which the apartment is just off, great to see the local area. Overall the apartment was great, very well equipped, very neat and tidy and incredible views. Many thanks for having us!

We have just had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The location is spectacular. Having visited Bellagio we were so grateful to return to the peace and privacy of the apartment. To be able to swim from the private jetty was so lucky and the flat is well appointed and very clean. The cleaning charge is steep but I have to say it was exceptionally clean! We parked in the allocated parking spot which took a bit of finding- maybe the instructions could have been clearer- but such a boon to have a safe spot and not to worry about charges! We would love to return as the place is a gem- it felt like a risk with so few reviews but what an amazing place- you will not regret booking here! One word of advice the lady in the flat below is VERY noise sensitive!! I think she is not keen on Air BnB guests! We are hardly ravers (late middle aged couple-ha ha!) but she said we were noisy! The floor is tiled so I guess a little movement amplifies through hard surfaces. Nevertheless we will def be back…

Incredibly lovely apartment and we will definitely come again. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was right by several restaurants and bus stop as well as close to a large supermarket in walking distance. Great with its own bath/boat bridge and nice neighbors.

If you are looking for a quiet apartment right by the lake and want to feel like a local, this is the place for you. ☀️ The flat is superbly equipped and ideal for 2–3 people. Through the garden, you can get directly into the lake via a (very rickety) jetty. There is also a small but beautiful swimming pool a 5-minute walk away. Despite all the positive points, the apartment has 2–3 negative aspects in my opinion: I think the 200cleaning fee for 2 nights is not justified and is almost extortionate. In addition, unfortunately, we had no hot water in the shower, and the flat is not very well insulated. You can hear the street and the neighbours very well, and people who are light sleepers would be better off looking for something else. 🥱 Apart from that, however, everything was good, and the host was very friendly and quick to respond. The check-in also went smoothly and was contactless thanks to a key code.

The owner is very nice and gave us a lot of help.The house has a small yard that leads directly to the lake.The house owner also has a small boat to take us to the lake to introduce us to places of interest
