This apartment can accommodate up to four people. It consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with shower, a living room with comfortable sofa and large smart TV, a comfortable fully equipped kitchen - fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, etc. -, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room where you will find a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
Guest access
From the main road you will need to walk approximately two hundred metres along a private path to reach the property. Once you pass through the pedestrian gate, you will have to go down three flights of stone stairs - a total of 30 steps.The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park your car for free nearby along the main road - only within the white-marked spaces, as parking delimited by yellow lines is reserved for residents only.

In this property, pets are not allowed.Baby beds are available at an extra cost.

What a beautiful place to wake up to, hidden in the hills amongst the trees. such a peaceful getaway from the hussle of Como city but am easy distance to reach from ferry. A beautiful villa that has been renovated into apartments, couldn't recommend this place more.

The accommodation is freshly renovated. Missing hair dryer, kitchen scissors and a second key was delivered immediately thanks to our very helpful contact Nic. Unfortunately, we had good 6 days of rain on site from 7 days. Chilling in the space would be easier with two more armchairs and a coffee table in the living room.

Great apartment with beautiful lake view! Beautiful dishes, clean, quite cozy ! Very nice host! We were in these places for the first time, so we were not ready with problems with parking cars ( because all places are mostly occupied by locals, and the apartment is high on the mountain, it was very difficult to walk with suitcases)

Beautiful place, however getting here with a bunch of luggage was not ideal. If you have a lot, I would not recommend this place unless you have a taxi taking you directly to the door. The address listed on the Airbnb app was incorrect, which forced us to backtrack a lot - terrible with a lot of luggage. There was also no hairdryer as listed and when I asked, I was told to look harder.

Additional rules
In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
