Our family of 6 loved exploring Lake Como, this stay was an Ideal Location! We really enjoyed this unique apartment for a couple of days. The lift access made it easy to get our luggage upstairs which was great. But, the 20min walk or 6min drive to pick up the key and then drop off on departure was a hassle. If you’re arriving by boat or other transportation be sure to keep this in mind. You can’t park close to the apartment & they don’t offer transfers at this point so travel light or Id recommend to pre organize a transfer if you have a bit of luggage. The beds are very comfortable, we felt the luxury right away. It’s all set up so beautifully. We would stay again and highly recommended this place.

The location is amazing, center of the old city, lots of restaurants bars and shops around. There is an elevator to the apartment. Parking is about 7-8 minute walk. The apartment is very comfortable, nice view from the top floor balcony, all needed amenities. Some things look a little worn and need maintenance

A beautiful apartment with so much room. We visited in July and the air conditioning was very appreciated!. The location was fabulous and easy walk to the lake , several piazzas and restaurants. The only small thing was we had some trouble getting into the building as the doors didn’t always open easily (maybe because of the humidity). Would definitely stay here again

Nice apartment in the heart of Como. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us (parents with 2 teenagers), and we loved being in the center of everything: nice restaurants and shops, and the funicular to get up to Brunate was an easy walk from the apartment. The only con might be that there is no elevator, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor (for Americans). But the stairs are wide and spacious, and the staircase is cool, so just take your time. Once you're settled in, it'll all be good. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. From what I gathered the kitchen was well equipped, but we hardly used it, so not sure. The laundry machine was a nice feature to have, and it worked well. Enjoy!

Great accommodation................we were 6 adults and with 3 bedrooms this was perfect. Clean, good service, good location. Kitchen equipment could be better. But since we were only there for one weekend, this wasn't really relevant for us either. Patrick

We really enjoyed this property, great experience with our two daughters, we loved the location, so convenient to everything. It was nice sight see all day and come back to relax in the property and even though it was in the center of the city, it was still peaceful and quiet at night. The a/c in the bedrooms is excellent, and we were able to escape the heat of the day. The team was responsive to all of our questions. The only challenge was finding parking for our large rental car, We had to stroll the luggage for about 10 blocks. Suggest renting smaller car and pack lightly, you can buy anything else you need while you are there. Would definitely come back and rent again.

Highly recommend! What a beautiful location. The team was super responsive in any issues that arose. Location is wonderful. You're right in the heart of Como. If you are getting there from the train, I would recommend taking a taxi to the key pick up spot, and having him/her wait for you to pick it up, then drive you to the airbnb. The key pick up is a 5 min walk from the train station, and then it's another 10 min walk from the key pick up. W/ luggage it can be a bit tricky.

This apartment is as advertised. Literally a 2 minute walk from all the main areas, including shopping, cafes and restaurants. Apartment itself is well furnished and functional, would definitely stay here again.

The place was right in the city centre. You can hear some noise from the street through the windows, but we didn‘t mind at all. The staircase is really wide, which was amazing considering we were travelling with a bigger stroller. No elevator, but we easily managed to carry the stroller up the stairs. Great communication with the host. We got a late check out at request, which was wonderful.

This wonderful apartment is all you can want in the city of Como. A quick walk to the lakefront, the Church and shopping. Just 10 minutes walk from the train station. Lots of room to spread out, a huge eat in kitchen and nice size bedrooms and baths. The beds are comfy, medium hard, and there is a variety of pillows to choose from. The building is 16th century but has been completely renovated. Our guests used the word charming and it fits! The support from the managers is also great. You won’t regret staying here!!

Really nice flat in the center of Como. A lot of restaurants and bars near to the apartment, two bathrooms with a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Higly recommended!

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment right in the centre of Como. The location is absolutely perfect, the place itself was chic and classical and furnished to a high standard. Communication with the host was perfect and they were friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
