Our family of 6 loved exploring Lake Como, this stay was an Ideal Location! We really enjoyed this unique apartment for a couple of days. The lift access made it easy to get our luggage upstairs which was great. But, the 20min walk or 6min drive to pick up the key and then drop off on departure was a hassle. If you’re arriving by boat or other transportation be sure to keep this in mind. You can’t park close to the apartment & they don’t offer transfers at this point so travel light or Id recommend to pre organize a transfer if you have a bit of luggage. The beds are very comfortable, we felt the luxury right away. It’s all set up so beautifully. We would stay again and highly recommended this place.

The location is amazing, center of the old city, lots of restaurants bars and shops around. There is an elevator to the apartment. Parking is about 7-8 minute walk. The apartment is very comfortable, nice view from the top floor balcony, all needed amenities. Some things look a little worn and need maintenance

PLEASE NOTE! The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested. - Return keys
