It was an amazing experience, very lovely place with a stunning view But please be mindful regarding the entrance for the apartment it is a very beautiful yet long flight of stairs Other than this all in all a great experience

The place was very nice and clean, we arrived before the expected check-in time but we were allowed to leave our luggage inside, the balcony is nice. But there is a long staircase consisting of 170 steps. We did not pay attention to this thing at the time of booking, but the location was very excellent and close to the center and there is a free car garage.

An absolutely stunning view from the balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment is in great range to numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries and the centre of Como. It was easy to find thanks to the wonderful help with revived from the hosts. Simply a must stay in Como if you are looking for a clean, stylish, modern apartment with an amazing view.

It was great the only negative was the steps. Maybe that should be put into the ad. As we didn’t find out about the steps until we got the check-in instructions, if you’re an older person or had a lot of luggage, it would’ve been an inconvenience

The place is as advertised, there’s a bit of a climb to get to the apartment but that was well communicated to us beforehand and even double checked with us before payment. The view is definitely worth the climb and relaxing moments on the balcony. Check in was a bit of a longer and tedious process than our other stays. The only major knock I’d give the place was the quite fowl odour that would seep into the apartment from the bathroom drains, we had to open all the windows and doors just to be able to breathe normally. All in all, it was a nice stay in como :)

Outstanding unbeatable view to lake Como , private place with beautiful touches. I love it The tame were always responsive and helpful and I hope them all the best. You need to be fit with fitness to get there ;) Enjoy and I highly recommend it.

Amazing place with an amazing view. Close to downtown area and cable car to take up in to the top of the mountain. Would highly recommend!

Stunning view and a really well-appointed space! Felt instantly at home here. Yes, there are a few steps, but the view is the reason you come to Como, and it's absolutely worth the short climb. Highly recommended.

Good location on Via Torno, with nice views of Lake Como and the center of town. The waterfront area is in walking distance and has a good selection of cafes and restaurants. Center of town is a 10-15 minute walk. The town is pedestrian friendly. As for the place itself, it is clean and relatively modern. It is a safe location as well. Be prepared to walk quite a few flights of stairs, but the view is worth it. Overall, was satisfied based on the price. I would recommend Lake Como as well as the location.

Lovely place with great views. Made all the steps worthwhile. Short walk to the centre. Well equipped. The team were patient and helpful when resolving an issue with the heating. The car parking is a little tight for larger vehicles but that's only a small issue. Would look for this property when next visiting Como

The apartment and the tires are very beautiful Ilemo Sweet Stairway Mavi Asasir is very tired of what it is fit for They took a small suitcase with you because it is a very tall staircase.

Positives: The view from the apartment is phenomenal. It is well equipped and comfortable. The host responded quickly to most messages. The main bedroom is large. Negatives: there was no description of the number of steps (external and internal) to get there. Information about the parking is inaccurate. There are no clear instructions on the temperature control. There was no help in getting luggage to the apartment. The host assistant was late in arriving at the apartment. The checkout process is not exact. The host referred to a drop box, but we did not receive the keys from the box. This lack of clarity was communicated to the host. The host provided information about trash disposal, but there were no multicolored bins that matched the information in the booklet. The host needs to provide more specific information about the parking, the number of steps, and the checkout process. There is insufficient lighting in the bedroom and too fuel electrical plugs there.

Paradise view says it all - Truly unbeatable panoramic view of the lake/city! BUT, accessing the apartment is a HUGE challenge, especially if you're carrying luggage. There are a number of stairs leading up to the apartment before having to go up 3 flights inside the building. We had to leave for the airport early in the morning and it was very dangerous to carry heavy baggage down the stairs where our taxi was waiting outside of the apartment in the unlit stairs (in the rain). If you have any mobility issues or have heavy luggage this is not a place that you'll enjoy staying. It would be good for the renter to state this more clearly in the description of the apartment. We would have not rented this place had we known how difficult access to get there/leave was. Other than the potentially dangerous access, we also had a non functioning dryer which the renter may have fixed - they were responsive but we didn't stay long enough to take advantage of any potential fixes.

The most stunning view and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the stairs were ‘a killer’ with luggage upon arrival our host assisted carrying luggage upstairs which was greatly appreciated otherwise the stairs were fine without luggage for the short walk to central part of Como

I have stayed at many airbnbs across the globe, and I can definitely say this was the worst. The communication, support and (lack of) help from the management team was evident. Upon arrival to the train station, we inquired about options to get to the airbnb. Our train was delayed by hours and we were arriving late at night in the dark. Typically I’ve had incredible hosts help and guide me in a new city, or provide recommendations. This one, replied on an app, then got me in contact with someone on what’s app, who was just as clueless. Once we arrived they said we owed €30 for being late. I don’t understand why that was necessary when the instructions to leave the airbnb are a self checkout system. Why not do the same for checkin. When we needed something answered, as simple as “do you have a wine opener” no one knew the answer. It’s as if a random owner hired a random management company, to run the show. No one knew anything and lastly upon check in, I HAD to follow up for instruction

Great place to stay, with spectacular views. There is a lot of steps to get to the property which was hard in the heat, but worth it. Hosts were very helpful although initial message informed there that would be 4 adults and a child, and that a cot was needed, and upon arrival we were asked to pay additional charge as they had written down sole occupant. Once I argued that they were aware when they invited me to book the property, I got a very rude and unprofessional response. That aside, the apartment was fantastic and I would highly recommend.

Overall it’s a great place. A few things that would make it even better. Check in was a bit clumsy, not sure why we had to wait for a host when keys were in a lockbox. Was informed of $30 late check in fee upon arrival but was not aware of this prior. We arrived at 730pm. Everyone should be aware that there are 159 steps to get into apt. Its view is amazing, but not everyone is capable of that. Also, we did not have any hot water for 3 days. Host asked us to turn on/off boiler which I did twice but that didn’t help. It was eventually fixed — but 3 days with cold showers was not enjoyable. Como is amazing and location is easy walk (after stairs) to town.

The flat is lovely and clean, be prepared for the 100 steps to climb before getting into the flat but the view is well worth waiting for, it is magnificent. I did have an issue with the hot water which requires some boiler work but I think they will attend to that now. All in a good place, with a short walk to the life and a Carrefore supermarket nearby for provisions. I rented an e-bike which was a fantastic way to see the lake and take a ferry over to Bellagio.

this view was just astounding. However! Know that it comes with a price. There are probably over 100 stairs just to get into the unit itself if you’re on a big trip or carrying big bags like me, you know that you’re definitely going to need the strength to get them up all of those stairs. You will likely arrive at the top, very sweaty and gross feeling, but it is worth it for the view. I just wish I had known a little bit more about the hike itself in advance! There were also some problems with the water heating here and there, but the team was very responsive and helping me to fix them so that I was able to have access to hot water once again. I will say, though, that view kind of makes you just forget everything. The best I’ve ever seen from a listing on Airbnb. Would do it all again!

This apartment is excellent. All what you need and more is there. All needed amenities is there and equpied with very good quilty of appliances. The apartment is clean. The view of the lake is woderful. The air condtion is in the living room and one bed room only. The second room witout air condition. You need a car for this location. Nothing nearby. Very quite and safe neighbourhood. The car parking is a plus. The only thing we didn't like is the stairs.. It's like mountain climbing until you reach the apartment. Overall we liked our stay!
