The apartment is perfect if you make Cernobbio your base to enjoy the area. Walking distance from Villa d’Este, the ferry station, the lake shore promenade and great restaurants. It matches the description exactly, the host provides constant support from 9:30am to 11pm support and is always responsive and kind. We are a family of 4 with a toddler and a baby and they even suggested a baby crib that we had forgotten in advance. Great place to stay!

The apartment has an excellent location, just steps away from restaurants, shops, the ferry, and everything you need. It is located on a busy street, so there is some noise during the day, but once you close the windows, it becomes very quiet. Check-in was easy as long as you follow the instructions provided. It was also great to have a garage. Although it is about a 5–10 minute walk from the apartment and is quite small, having secure parking in such a busy city is definitely a big advantage. We stayed in the apartment for a few weeks and appreciated the ample storage space for clothes. The apartment is well equipped for a longer stay and has most of what you need. The only issue we experienced was that the internet was very slow. The kitchen is also missing a few basic essentials such as salt, sugar, and coffee, and it is not the most comfortable kitchen for cooking. Sandy is a very nice host. She was always accommodating and responded very quickly. It's a very nice flat. A small disadvantage is the very noisy street. On the other hand, you can reach the marina in a few minutes, which is very nice, especially in the evening with the bars and restaurants. Thank you very much.

Large accommodation for 4. Very clean. Easy to use after receiving the instructions (yes, you do need to read them). The essentials are there to cook. It was very convenient to have a car park nearby (admittedly, it's a bit difficult to get into – you have to take your time and be prepared to manoeuvre), and the public car park opposite is handy for unloading the car. Lake view. The street is not as busy as it was described, and this does not disturb sleep at night. Recommendations: The apartment is very pleasant, as are the welcome bottles of water and the olive oil.

Ideally located accommodation in the heart of Cernobbio with walking distance to the lake in less than 5 minutes and many restaurants in the area. Small downside: Beware of noise, the apartment is in a very busy street.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Cernobbio, very close to all restaurants, lakefront and main sights. The car parking is a big plus in this location. I would recommend for a stay at the Como Lake.

A perfect stay in a beautiful location We had such a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The apartment is in a stunning location with everything close by. Inside, it’s clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. The space feels airy and cool, making it really comfortable to relax in, especially after a day out exploring. Everything is tastefully decorated, with a calm, welcoming vibe. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay — highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment with high ceilings, including a view of the lake from the living room window. It's within walking distance to the lake and the Cernobbio ferry stop. A great restaurant is right across the street. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. The underground parking spot that comes with the apartment is somewhat difficult to park in because it's so narrow, and is a bit of a walk from the apartment. So if you have a lot of luggage, it's easier if you find a temporary spot right next to the apartment to load and unload. That can be difficult because the streets are very narrow (a one-lane street with a signal). We had a bit of a miscommunication regarding the check in at the office, and it wasn't clear which address we needed to go to and where the office entrance was. But it all worked out in the end. Overall, we had a great time and heartily recommend it!

Apartment location is fantastic, close to everything. Apartment itself is clean and contains the basics, but if you are looking for a space to hang out with family and friends it’s not great. Only one small couch in the living area- it would be much improved with a larger couch and a couple of cool chairs. Finding the parking garage - which is wonderful to have free parking- is difficult- we struggled with the instructions. Check in would have been far better had the host met us at the apartment and showed us around- instead you have to go the management office first, which is an extra stop, only to get the instructions and “meet” us in person - this could be accomplished by meeting the guest at the apartment - would have been a warmer welcome. (Don’t expect bottle of Prosecco on the table)

We had a wonderful stay at the extremely clean and well equipped apartment. We came to Como to work a lot on the computer and reach everything within walking distance. The location of the apartment is optimal! Shops, restaurants and the lake are a few minutes away on foot. The wifi also worked flawlessly and the beds were very comfortable. Some very good friends of mine planned their wedding weekend on Lago di Como. When looking for a place to stay in Cernobbio, this caught my eye. It was the perfect spot. Secure, clean, spacious and right within easy walking distance of everywhere. Great hosts and would stay again, highly recommended!

The property is clean and in excellent location in Cernobbio. The instruction to get to the house were not clear and we struggled finding the house from the parking lot which is 5 minutes walk from the property.

Mixed Experience at an Otherwise Great Property The unit is in a fantastic location with high-quality finishes and great amenities. However, our stay was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, the housekeeping was still in progress, leaving garbage, dirty dishes, and scattered tissues around. The housekeeper used the same cloth to clean both the kitchen and bathroom, raising hygiene concerns. The bathroom was not properly prepared, with no towels hung up. Additionally, the dryer was filled with wet towels that we had to dry ourselves. We also encountered electrical issues; using the oven and stove simultaneously caused the power to shut off every 10 minutes. The shower cabin leaks onto the bathroom floor, which has no drainage, posing a risk of long-term damage. These issues made our stay less enjoyable, and we believe they need to be addressed for future guests.
