We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Como! The location was perfect—just a 15-minute walk to the city center, train station, and all the main attractions. It was incredibly convenient and made exploring the area so easy. The apartment itself was spotless and very well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Como!

The location is 10 minutes from the center of Como. Everything is new in the apartment, it looked like I was almost the first one who lived here. I had everything to live in. I was provided even capsules in the washing machine. The linen was clean and of good quality. I can recommend this place 100%.

Additional rules
- To access the property, it will be necessary to complete the online check-in form (which will require photos of the passports of ALL guests staying) and additionally, to sign the short-term rental agreement. Until this process is completed, access to the property will not be possible. - For check-ins after 7:00 PM and check-outs after 10:00 AM (if not authorized), an additional fee will be required, which will be communicated upon arrival

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
