The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by stairs, as there is no lift. Please note that the last flight of stairs is particularly narrow, and the staircase leading to the loft is quite steep.
The historical centre of Como is mainly a pedestrian area, and the apartment does not have a private parking space. The nearest street parking is in Viale Varese, around 500 metres away from the apartment. Parking is only allowed within the blue-striped parking spaces. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

The stay was very nice, the apartment is in the center and is ideal to dive into the city in the morning. It is important to know that it is on the fourth floor and you have to climb very narrow stairs with luggage, the sleeping area is also very steep in half an era in the room. Nevertheless, a very nice place to stay.

I’ve never written a negative review in my life so this is my first one. First impression. We had to pay extra 50€ for late check in (after 10:00pm) even though there was a self check in box. This information is left out in the description and I received a message after I made the reservation, so for me this is unfair since I didn’t know this in advance. (FYI it is 30€ after 7.00pm). On top of that the multiple discussions of the exact time of arrival made us feel stressed and worried on our way there. About the people maintaining the apartment. Every cm of the floor was sticky thanks to the cleaning agent used. The bathroom sink was almost fully clogged and there was mold in the shower cabin. About the apartment itself. Perfect location, cozy interior, fully equipped kitchen. Conclusion. We people can ruin everything.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 10 days and couldn’t recommend it more. The location was superb, we felt very safe in the home and the pictures perfectly matched reality. Nic was our host and he was very friendly and helpful. We had accidentally turned off our boiler and Nic came himself to fix it for us in less then 30 minutes. We had lovely time and hope others get to enjoy this space as well.

Everyone uses an accommodation differently, we used the beautiful accommodation in the week of 12/07-13 for the home office and for a subsequent vacation. Therefore, our use probably looked different than for most other couples. Pros: - Unique - Location - View of Brunate from the kitchen Neutral: - Due to regulations of the authorities/police (holy year) complex check-in - Steep stairs to the apartment, very challenging with large luggage - very steep, fixed ladder, with very narrow rungs (3 fingers wide) to the bed Cons: - We found it very cold, when we arrived it was 16 degrees according to the thermostat. It sank even more at night - changeable by switching off the automatic and permanently heating the 2 radiators and "switching on" the towel holder. - Unfortunately, the washing machine was also defective during our stay - Wi-Fi was down one morning The first few days, the cold of the apartment bothered us, and in the end, unfortunately, the defective washing machine. Maybe better in summer

- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
