We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. There are several steps to follow for booking and check-in, but the instructions are clear and the hosts are always very responsive to all our questions. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to public transport and amenities. We also booked the car park and recommend doing so, as parking in the neighbourhood is very strictly regulated.

Very friendly staff for the booking who responded quickly . You have to do a video call to verify who you are but that wasn’t difficult. It’s a good central location five minutes walk from the front and decent restaurants. Really clean and good facilities., not an issue for us, but if you are older, you should be aware you have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. The only other constructive suggestion I would make is that as you can’t alter the air-conditioning at night some blankets would be useful, but that’s just a minor point and we had a great stay .

What an absolutely fabulous stay on every level! For anyone attending an event at Villa Erba, this is the best spot in town :) Great amount of space, perfect for a group, clean, easy, and such kind and thoughtful hosts. Do prepare to do the stairs up and down to the unit, but that acted as a built in workout! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality, and hope to come back with another group soon!

a little bit of a frustrating experience. The check-in process is a frustrating series of steps in terms of getting the instructions, having to go to a different address on a one-way road to get the keys and to then return to the condo (and to then reverse to return the keys upon check-out). The A.C. was not adjustable in the unit. The kitchen is not fully stocked (no oven, zero essentials, lacking kitchen accessories for cooking and serving dinner), one shower head was broken and useable, the hall lights are automatic on/off (whether you want it on or not), Wifi was very poor (several of us gave up and reverted to using personal data on mobiles), and the beds were not so comfortable. The unit was very clean and the location is wonderful. Note; the units is two floors up without an elevator. The price speaks for itself.

It was a perfect place for a group of friends like ours, we loved the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The place had everything we needed and was situated close to the lake, stores and restaurants. The rental company was very forthcoming and helpful and always very quick in their response.

It was a pretty big and spacious stay. Maybe add a bed in the studio room would be a great idea for big family like ours. Overall we enjoyed it and I would recommend it and come back definitely!

we loved the house very tidy and neat. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. the house was super close, walking distance, to our venue villa erba and the promenade where we had celebration events which made our stay easier. highly recommend

Picking up the keys and dropping them off at the agency is not the easiest thing to do. It takes detours and we have to comply with the agency's schedules. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for this stay.

We had the most amazing stay at My Home in Como! We specifically chose this Airbnb because of how spacious it was—it perfectly accommodated three couples with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. The layout and decor made it feel both luxurious and homey. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It was just steps away from Villa Erba, which was incredibly convenient as we were in town for a wedding right nearby. Being able to walk to the venue made the experience even more special and stress-free. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and helpful from start to finish. We felt truly taken care of. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend My Home in Como to anyone traveling with a group or attending an event in the area. It was the perfect home base for such a memorable trip!

The space is beautiful, clean and tidy The kitchen has all the supplies Bedrooms have light-blocking curtains The host is quick to respond The notes were the absence of an elevator, which is shown in the advertisement, but the apartment is on the second floor, not the first There is also a parking lot dedicated to the apartment, but there are also fees to be paid upon receipt of the keys Pick up the keys somewhere other than the apartment Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly But the atmosphere was beautiful Overall, the accommodation is beautiful

We enjoyed our time here, the location couldn't get any better as it is a short walk from the ferry and many restaurants and a park. We were even able to see fireworks on the lake from the kitchen window one night. The rooms were spotless and the place was well decorated and new. Our biggest issue was having to go to a completely different location to check-in, present our passports, and receive the keys. The instructions provided were well written with pictures but we did struggle to climb multiple flights of stairs with our luggage and then had to open a series of doors to actually get in. The place did have parking for 2 cars but the fee was 80 euros.

We had an enjoyable stay. It is a good base for exploring Como and the other parts of the lake. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms spacious and clean and had shower gel provided. The kitchen was a good space for a group to have food (we didn’t manage to work out the oven situation only the microwave but the host probably would have helped if we had asked) and the cutlery drawer isn’t very obvious so took us a while to find. Bus stop is straight outside and the ferry port about 5-10 mins walk away. Plenty of restaurants/bars and a Lidl within walking distance. We were travelling for the weekend relying on buses and trains so it wasn’t hugely convenient for us to have to collect the keys from the office with our bags rather than meet at the property but the host was fairly insistent we needed to do this rather than meet us at the apartment. Dishwasher was good. Road was a little noisy but not a huge problem. Can recommend Onda bar for drinks and views of the lake. Thank you!

One floor apartment on the second floor - no elevator. The building was under renovation when wer stayed, which made it hard to locate the building and made going up the stairs harder. Location is amazing, and the apartment is new and has plenty of amenities

very good accommodation, with parking space large clean space with bathrooms for each room. the kitchen was big i would highly recommend hosts were very responsive only negative electricity that cuts off but responsive host to find a solution. and missing the umbrella bed as agreed. perfect location

The Team really enjoyed their stay in this property. A really nice modernisation of the property in a convenient location with parking close to the centre of Cernobbio. Everything inside was clean and modern and plenty of room throughout the rooms. I hope we are back to Lake Como and we will stay again. Thank you

We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The location is fantastic—very walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, and the lake, which made exploring the area super convenient. The beds were comfortable, and overall, we enjoyed our time here. The only downside was that the host was a bit impatient and not as friendly as we would have hoped. But all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Our family of 5 had a great stay! The apartment is newly renovated and has all new furniture, bedding and towels. The location is perfect for walking to Cernobbio’s shops, restaurants, ferry stop and Wednesday market. It’s also a good location to base yourself for exploring the various towns on Lake Como as well as nearby Lake Lugano (we love Morcote). A coffee bar on the first floor was perfect for morning cappuccino and croissants.
