Great place to use to explore Como from. The apartment was in perfect state. Lots of attention to cleanliness. Spectacular! Kitchen is very well set up with appliances and utensils. There is a 15min walk from the key storage to the apartment so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage.

great apartment in a great location! super easy to walk around the city, and everything was exactly as described. the place is well-equipped with full amenities, making it perfect for both short and long stays. the host was very responsive and helpful, which made our stay even better. we had a blast here! 😊

The apartement was very pretty, clean and easy to find. We also appreciated, that we were able to store our luggage in the office of My Home before checking in and after checking out.

Everything was fine, the only inconvenience was the key collection, as it was kept in a locker at another location (~10min walk) and had to be picked up by 00:00 at the latest (very tight with our flight delay). At check-out, we were allowed to leave the key in the accommodation on request to save us the trip to the office (25 min walk), which was very nice. We had a great time in Como, the location is great because you live right in the city centre, but you have to remember that there is no air conditioning and we slept with the windows open, but we heard the noise from outside very strongly, because there is a social club on the same street and people were partying late into the night. The bed is a pull-out couch with springs, for a short weekend it is comfortable enough but for a longer stay a real bed would be recommended. The whirlpool is a bathtub with jets.

The location and set up of the bnb is fantastic. Lot of shops, restaurants & bars to choose from. Gelato right below. Pillows are a bit rough and no a/c, but the bnb offers a lot of space and appliances to make you feel at home. Main thing to note is that they ask you to pick up the key from their office and not the bnb the day prior (25 min. walk apart). When we explained that we were walking with luggage they did meet us at the train station with the key. They did not allow for us to keep our bags there an extra hour for us to grab a late breakfast before our travels, but recommended us to drop them at their office instead. You can tell it’s a company running the bnb and not a personal host. They also sent a message asking for a 5 star review in return for leaving me one which I felt was odd. In summary location great, sleep decent, communication/procedures a bit wonky

This airbnb was a great deal and an ideal location just walking distance from everything. I would recommend. However, they did not provide extra towels and we had to walk over a mile with bags to pick up the key. If they were able to let us in at the airbnb location, instead of making us walk there and back, that would make it 5/5 stars.

Very clean and beautiful apartment with everything you need. Great location for a short trip to everywhere. I highly recommend the host and apartment in Como. :)

Centrally located, convenient to get around Como and close to a multi-story parking lot open 24 hours a day. The studio apartment is spacious and bright,not very quiet because the walls are thin. Tip:do not try the jacuzzi,maybe it was stopped for a long time and therefore the jets are not very clean; the pillows on the sofa bed, to be thrown away because they were destroyed,full of lumps inside.

Beautiful apartment and beautiful bathtub. Unfortunately, the latter is more suitable for one person, but it remains valid. The location is great because it's downtown.

I had a very great stay in Como. The place was in a great location, in the middle of the city, which made it possible for short distances overall. The train station is also nearby.

The apartment was clean and with many equipment (equipped kitchen, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing table, dressing room ...etc.) Location in the heart of the city no need to take the car to get around the center of Como However, it is very hot in the apartment because no air conditioning and the windows overlook a noisy street without fresh air. Only a small fan but not really blowing... Bedding is to be reviewed, hard pillow and thin mattress so uncomfortable. The apartment is good for a short trip without looking for comfort. However, I recommend it given the many positive points (location, safety, cleanliness)

The location of the place is perfect. Close to the harbor, lots of good restaurants, shops. Clear and clear instructions. No check-in issues.
