The apartment can accommodate up to six people thanks to two large and bright bedrooms - directly overlooking the lake, and a large and modern living area with a double sofa bed. In addition, the large terrace is sunny all day.
The colors taupe, gray and cream are the leitmotif of these cozy and relaxing environments. The fully equipped kitchen is also perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious local dishes. There is a bathroom.

ACCESSIBILITY
There are some stairs outside, so the apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues. In addition, Moltrasio is located on a hill, and the roads are sometimes steep.

We booked this apartment at the very last minute when we decided to visit Lake Como, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The place is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views from the bedrooms. For our family of four, the apartment felt incredibly spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very well equipped, and the private parking right below the building was extremely convenient. The walk down to the lakeside takes about 10 minutes via "Scala Santa" (Holy Stairs). There you'll find a beach, a nice bar, the fantastic La Veranda restaurant, and a boat rental where we hired a boat for the day - one of the highlights of our trip. The location is perfect if you're traveling by car, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful setting. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very spacious (inside and out), clean, and comfortable bedding. AC worked great too which was much appreciated in the summer heat. Things to note, particularly for a longer stay: the apartment is right over a busy road so sitting outside is not pleasant due to loud and constant road noise. Also, there is mold in the shower. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful place in Como! The views were breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. The apartment was spacious, super comfortable, and truly felt like home. Everything was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained with no bad smells at all. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and garden, they were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The WiFi was strong, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was amazing, very close to Lugano center while still quiet and relaxing. We genuinely enjoyed every moment here and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!
