Beautiful spacious apartment with incredible views and large terrace. I even regretted that we arrived when it was raining and couldn't use it to the fullest. The apartment is very warm by the standards of Italy. The owners waited for us, although we were late for check-in, but everything went friendly and we were met on the street to show everything. The only thing was that they could not turn on the vacuum cleaner, so they asked friends to bring them - delicious Italian bread, but it is very crumbling, and we were with two children. The only thing is that in one bedroom (closest to the toilets) - the wifi coverage does not reach, but this is even a plus - we rested) There is also a bathtub in the apartment, which is very rare for Italian apartments. We are super pleased and would love to go back in warm time!

A beautiful apartment with the best view of the lake. A huge outdoor space with an open view of the mountains and the lake. The apartment was cosy and very spacious. The best place for my family visit. Each room has an amazing view and very well decorated. I would love to come back again!

This place was amazing!! The host was very nice and responsive when I had questions. The only downside is the meet up time for the keys, it was very time consuming and I had to plan my day around it. Other then that everything was great and I can’t wait to come back.

The house is absolutely wonderful. The view and amenities in the house were very nice and clean. There were toys for the kids, bed barriers, highchairs, everything including a seat. It would be nice to have a self check-in system just for easier entry. The rooms and items were very comfortable and new.

Great place! We knew we were going to have rainy days ahead and this was the perfect place to hang out. Very comfortable. We also loved sitting in the gazebo room where we could here the rain but still have views of the lake. Highly recommend staying here! Also has a great little market and cafe next door.

For a quiet winter stay,it was super cool . Private parking space,beautiful comfortable apartment,very well heated with beautiful lake views. Breakfast and dinner in the heated bow window facing the lake: a wonder . It really takes a car to get there,the descent to the bus boat is very easy. Really a very nice stay, very responsive host in case of problems. Don't hesitate for the winter ,that's fine . And even if Georges' spirit floats on the lake: It was just missing a bialetti for coffee....

Great appartement, all you need to enjoy your stay in Lake Como. Beautiful place with a huge terrace, cool kitchen, big bedrooms and an amazing view on the Lake. Not much to do in Blevio but you are really close to Como and on the road to Bellagio. Just one thing we didn’t enjoy was the road in front of the terrace pretty noisy but it gets better after 8/9pm.

This was a wonderful place! Our family had a great time, only thing that would be helpful is to have more toilet paper and paper towels and hand towels supplied for the guests. We ran out and had to buy more and we had one kitchen towel the entire trip.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the water. The views are stunning and the interior was equally beautiful. The location can be a bit difficult if you don’t have a car otherwise It’s still very convenient by bus. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Three large bedrooms, two baths, and spacious with great views of the lake. Clean apartment & responsive host. Recommend renting a car as it is 10-15 minutes drive to the main town.

This is an incredible apartment - the parts we loved most were the view, the size (comfortable for 6 adults and a toddler), and the proximity to Como proper. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy Lake Como with family.

Great views! It was fun to cook at the house and enjoy a family dinner overlooking lake como. It was also a plus to have a washer to clean clothes since we had been traveling many days. Loved the second refrigerator to stock up snacks and beverages. We stayed in July it was very hot hard for the a/c to keep up with the temperature during the day. Make sure you open windows front and back of house to have proper breeze flow in the main home areas as the bedrooms are the spaces equipped with a/c. Would stay at this great home again!!!

Great place to stay, the terrace view is just amazing! The flat is clean and just as described. The My Home In Como team is super responsive and helpful. Location is great just a quick drive to the restaurants and grocery stores. We rented a car so it was easier for us to move around. I would absolutely stay again and recommend this property!

Amazing apartment, so classy and unique, wonderful view and location, the hospitality and instructions was great, really enjoyed it and will come back for it. Just note that there is no elevator and the apartment is in the second floor, however the team from apartment helped us to carry all the bags up, they where so supportive.

The apartment has a lot of charm and a very beautiful view. The terrace is amazing. All 3 rooms are beautifully furnished and all have a great view. The living room is very beautiful and spacious. Shower gel and hair shampoo are great and the towels are fluffy. The kitchen and both bathrooms are very old and could use an upgrade. The bathtub is leaking and the water pressure in the shower is very bad. It would be nice to have the kitchen better equipped. We had one tea towel (for 5 days) and 3 Water glasses. The laundry room only has a washing machine (not washer and dryer as listed).

An absolutely stunning apartment with an even better host. The flat is spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and feels just like home. Although Blevio is a bit of a ways away from the main towns of Varenna & Bellagio, we still had the most amazing stay in Lake Como. Marie was unbelievably helpful. She was attentive and answered our every question. Would highly recommend this beautiful place :)

This place has it all - patio with breathtaking views, spacious rooms, parking, and even a crib and toys for our kids. Bonus - it’s walking distance to a great store with meats, cheeses and wine and a romantic restaurant on the water called Momi. Will definitely be staying here again!!

This flat is wonderful, very large, big rooms, large kitchen, living room and dining room. The terrace is fantastic, we enjoyed dinner out there a couple of times on our week stay, and the view is incredible. The sun room is really a lovely space to spend time reading. The addition of the covered private parking is a real treat in the area. Everything is very secure and safe. Just downstairs is a wonderful little market, they were very helpful and had almost everything we needed. Were we to come back to the area again we would not hesitate to stay here again.

You must go to the restaurant just down the hill, Momi (recommended by the host who made us reservations). It was the best meal we have had on our trip and the setting was magical. We rented this space for our first time in Lake Como and overall, it was great. The apartment is clean, spacious, and most importantly, has a great view on the balcony. Each room also has a gorgeous view that makes you want to pinch yourself when you wake up. Each room has an A/C unit which worked great - one of us had to turn it off because it was too cold! There’s no AC in the central living area & kitchen but there’s enough of a cross breeze that it shouldn’t be too much of an issue. While Blevio doesn’t have much going on, it’s very cute and very easy to get to from Como. Just don’t try walking anywhere as there are no sidewalks and the road is already cramped with cars. There is a parking space inside the gates but it’s a bit cramped so something to be aware of if you’re bringing a larger car! The bus stops right in front of the building so it’s very convenient but be warned, there’s only 2-3 every hour so you’ll be waiting for a long time. There is a small grocery store literally right next door which is if you forget anything but it’s extremely expensive (as with everything in Como). Rating this 4 stars because given the price, I expected the kitchen to be stocked with all your basic needs for a long stay - coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, etc. We even ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some which is annoying - I’m not sure why they’re being stingy with toilet paper! In fact, we left the space stocked with more items than when we got there. I think the hosts rely on the nice view & terrace but don’t really pay too much attention to guest care & comfort. There were a few items when I would message them on Airbnb and they just wouldn’t respond. I had to follow up to make sure they read my message. If you have it. I would message them on WhatsApp as they respond quicker there.

Very nice apartment, bright, large, clean, with great views over the lake. Thanks to the air conditioning you can sleep well even with the windows closed, open you have the sounds of the street. Buns and much more are available daily downstairs in the Allimentari and in the bar next to it the first cappuccino and can look forward to the driving skills of the locals passing through the narrow corner. We were always helped very quickly and kindly by the team at "my home in Como", thank you!

This is the best Airbnb we ever booked! The view and appartement are just splendid! Marie was a perfect host. We had car troubles and she even managed a tow truck for us and got us to the garage the next day. Nothing bad to say about it! The tv even had Netflix and Primevideo.

Superb apartment. Even larger than what we expected from the pictures. Renovated, with nice design and good luminosity. Terrace is large and very pleasant. Ideally located at 10min from the historical center of Como and lake ferries. Very helpful host that has fixed our minor issues immediately. We recommend 100% for a family gate away in Como!

Erika, who coordinates the renting out, is very responsive and takes care of the guests. The flat is very well maintained and renovated, clean and quite large. What we liked most is the brightness of the flat and the view onto lake Como from basically every window, terrace and the cosy winter garden. Also, the flat comes with a garage and a small supermarket is just around the corner. Personally, we would welcome a bit more kitchen equipment, which we believe will be added by the host. We will certainly consider renting the flat again when future travel plans will bring us back to the Como area.
