Very good accommodation for the area, close to some lovely places and the boats. The only downside was the air conditioning, which made a lot of noise and was annoying at night, so I had to turn it off. There was also noise pollution from the nearby restaurants and from the hotel bins next door, which were collected and emptied very early in the morning. The host was responsive and did their best to make your stay a pleasant one.

The lake-view living room is an absolute highlight. The breathtaking lake views are so relaxing and uplifting. The room is decorated in a vintage style with elegant, well-chosen furniture and a very comfortable bed. There are two restaurants downstairs. Lake Como is huge, so to get to the scenic spots, we drove to piers in other towns and took a boat ride—it was such a fun experience. We absolutely loved this place.

The balcony was great! Nice to knows: kitchen was not super well equipped for cooking (e.g.: no cutting board, knives were dull and flimsy, no baking sheet), Tremezzo has few food and ferry options during the off season, bringing the bedroom lamps into the dining room offered a warmer color temp

Location, decor, space, furniture and impeccable utensils. A wonderful balcony overlooking Lake Como, perfect for a toast, we always had breakfast on the balcony. The decor is beautiful and very tasteful. It is close to the departure and arrival point of the vessels. There is a great choice of restaurants nearby. I even managed to get free parking nearby, and paid parking almost in front of the apartment. We will definitely return.

Wonderful stay with access to ferry 100 yards away. Parking convenient, restaurants within a block of apartment. Team was super responsive, answered questions, made the stay easy. Highly recommend and would stay here again when back in the area.

Location is great, right next to Tremezzo duck. View is fantastic. Overall great experience. It takes about 1hr bus ride to get there. Straight from train station to in front of the partment Ferry does not run as often. One thing was the flat is on 1st floor (or second floor), no elevator. So have to carry up luggages. Just keep in mind if you travel with heavy luggages or need accessibility access. We had issue with hot water when we arrived at around 6pm. We contacted the host, first they told us we already used up all hot water for the day but we just arrived. We were not sure if something was broken but they were not able to send anybody over until next day at 10am. Apparently, water heater was off. Took about 2hr to heat up the tank.

Loved this spot! The balcony is my favorite - the view was amazing! Everything was so neat and clean & I appreciated the extra universal chargers to use! Great location - right next to the hotel grand tremezzo! Was a little annoying to get to como (only bus + ferry option) but if you rent a car / drive it’s not too bad. We stayed mostly on the tremezzo side so was nice!

Very well located apartment. Opposite the ferry boat and downstairs there are several restaurants. Very close to Villa Carlotta. Many beautiful places around to walk on foot. The apartment offers a beautiful view of Lake Como. Very airy. Mayer Park is also just a few steps away. We loved staying in this apartment. It has classic decor and is very pleasant.

We had a delightful 4 night stay at this location. Our favorite was the view of the gorgeous Lake each morning and having our coffee outside. Staying in Tremezzo was a great choice as it’s very centralized access to other towns, and the ferries are literally across the street to cross the Lake. Home is spacious, quaint, and functional. AC works well. We loved hanging out in the very Italian living room with the beautiful view when we weren’t out and about. Hosts are very responsive. Great restaurants below- two second walk, and of course yummy gelato place nearby. Couple very small markets nearby for buying basics too. You are also very close to Villa Carlotta and the gorgeous Tremezzo Grand Hotel. Highly recommend overall.

We really enjoyed our trip to Tremezzo and this apartment. The location was perfect for our needs — there are plenty of restaurants right out the door, the ferry dock is a quick 2 minute walk away and there was even a pharmacy right outside which came in clutch when we needed to get some sunscreen. Glam’s Cafe nearby was great for a quick coffee and breakfast and there is even a small shop for wine and snacks and water right down the street. My only note is that we had 4 adults that stayed 4 nights and we had to go out and purchase toilet paper since we ran out and were informed those were the only rolls available. We were able to find some at a shop within walking distance so it was no big deal. But, wanted to note it here in case you’re planning a longer stay with a similar sized group. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this relaxing spot on Lake Como and I would certainly return and stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay if you appreciate all things vintage! Matches the description and pictures exactly. The view from the balcony is superb. Finding parking can be tricky but doable! We had to pay the first night but it wasn’t costly at all, and were able to find free parking nearby the second day. Bus and ferry stops are right by the bnb. HEADS UP: If you arrive late to verify your passport(s) at the agency, do not park behind the gate where the parking is listed in the info they send out. The gate closes at 8 and you will be trapped inside, unless a local comes to your rescue. Thankfully someone was leaving and opened the gate for us after we waited a bit. Just pull left to go straight to the door of the agency if arriving later in the evening.

Great place on Como. My husband and I love a firm mattress and this place had it. It was a bit noisy one of the nights due to a party at the restaurant below, but my 1 year old was able to sleep through it.

Similar to other reviews, it's unfortunate that My Home in Como does not offer any transportation options to aid in their office check-in process, making it quite a hassle to get to their office from the train station and then to the ferry station with luggage. The accommodations were comfortable enough, but being in Lake Como in the early spring months made it quite chilly at night and there were no extra blankets. The Wi-Fi signal could not reach either of the bedrooms (living room only), making calls/messaging and searching for nearby open restaurants difficult. Also due to running the heaters, the electricity shorted out several times. Finally, the shower is very petite - tall guests, beware! The location is unbeatable and the service is friendly, but would likely not pay the same to stay here again.

Impeccable accommodation and the view is breathtaking 👌🏻 Location well served and close to everything! Menaggio even a 5 min by car. Shuttle boat a short walk from the accommodation for Bellagio... We have pleasant moments there! Small inconvenience: the terms of access that require you to go to the agency in Come to identify the guests before reaching the accommodation that is located in another village; even if we had duly filled out the form sent beforehand by the team with all the necessary information... A great waste of time especially when you arrive late at night and for people who don't have a car!

Very nice home with a beautiful view, just like the photos showed! Everything was very clean and the furnishings were lovely. We did wish for a comfortable place to lounge, as all the furniture was antique and not very comfortable. But it definitely had charm! The view is fantastic, but it was overlooking a very busy street. Didn't expect that since it was the off-season; there was a pretty constant stream of cars going past. Parking was not fun as there are no private parking spots. To get to the free parking areas, we had to speak to a local traffic cop. If you find spaces outlined with white paint, those are the free ones. The ones right in front of the home are very expensive to park at. It was a 10 minute walk to the closest free parking we could find. If we came back, I do think we'd prefer to stay somewhere that had more shops and restaurants open (again, we were off-season) but it was a very quick walk to the ferry station which was great! We enjoyed our stay!

Breathtaking views of the lake, the apartment has a antique style and feel to it but very clean and spacious. Near the dock where we took boat to Bellagio (5-10 mins) and from there to Bellano and Managio. A few restaurants around we had breakfast at Bazzoni hotel, buffet breakfast for 15 Euros well worth it. Highly recommended place to stay!

The view itself from the balcony is worth the price. I also had the best pasta of this entire Italy trip from a shop right next door. This is also very close to a bus stop and the ferry terminal which makes it even more convinient. I'd highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay here! The view was absolutely breathtaking and the Italian style to the airbnb was perfect. I will say - parking was very very difficult, it would help if there was a parking spot reserved for guests as there is not much parking in Tremezzo. Other than the parking situation, all was amazing!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Tremezzo! Convenient to ferry and lots of good restaurants. We loved La Fagurida! Owner and management was very responsive. Make sure to complete the online check in form ahead of time to get the check-in information.

The location and view were perfect. There was unfortunately no shampoo, conditioner or body wash even though the listing mentioned there would be. The clothing washer is unusable because the plug does not fit with the outlet on the wall. When we messaged the host regarding these issues, we were left on read and never received a response. Lastly, we could not leave the AC units on during the night because they made a loud buzzing noise every 1-2 minutes which could be heard from the bedroom. We made it work and still had a great experience in Tremezzo though!
