We had a great stay with 6 people. Kitchen could be better equipped, ie frying pans compatible with the stove top! The ones there are Not. Missed a whisk (which I bought and left there) and sharp knives! Also basics like salt/pepper and cooking oil would be great! The olive oil gift, however was a lovely touch and also enjoyed it. Will stay there again!

Check in involved a lot of steps however the location was perfect! It was clean and walkable to town center and the train station.

After a difficult Airbnb in Milan, this place was a refuge. It was as described, clean, organized and we'll appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic. Just behind 2 wonderful restaurants and a 15 minute walk (with slow toddlers) to the city center. A 5 minute walk to a grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for us as we were traveling with a large car so the parking was a must! The design is minimalist but very clean. The hosts were good. I would recommend staying here for anyone with an interest!

We loved our stay at this apartment and would definitely come back the next time we are in Como. We were a family of four and a little baby and there was plenty of space and peaceful environment perfect for our little one. The stand out features for us were - - Apartment was fantastically clean, I would say that it’s cleaner than some hotels I have stayed in. - private outside car park, very secure and safe. - spacious, peaceful and even more modern then I expected. Local supermarket - 5 minute walk away. - Host was easily contactable and always helpful. - location was perfect for us, 15 minute walk into the main centre of Como. - Two restaurants 2 minute walk away if you have a day of rain. One great pizzeria and the other a steak and burger restaurant. We went to both and enjoyed both.

The stay went very well in this apartment ideally located close to the historic center of Como, at the foot of several restaurants. The instructions for access were very complete which made it easy for us to arrive. The apartment is contemporary, comfortable and clean. It is located in a modern and quiet residence; the best part is the reserved parking space which is a real asset in this area. Our family had a great time and we would definitely recommend this listing.

Excellent modern property in Como. 3 beds and large kitchen / lounge with terrace. Private parking as well which made life very easy. 5 min walk to the supermarket and 10 min walk to the centre of Como. Highly recommended.

- Floor was not clean - Toilet paper not enough - Sofa was dirty. - Beds were not cozy - unpleasant smell outside + 10 min with car to town + private parking + large apartment + Fully equipped kitchen + Bathroom was clean + 2 hair dryer+straighteners available

It's a very modern, nicely renovated and tastefully decorated apartment unit. Though the immediate neighborhood and the view were not great, it was safe and very walkable to the center of town. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable - we especially enjoyed the radiant floor heating. I wish the unit had ventilation in the kitchen as we cooked a few meals at home and it was difficult to get rid of the cooking smell. We found the bed and pillows to be too firm but that's a personal preference. Lastly, it would be great if the kitchen came with salt & pepper. Overall, we would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Lovely Apartment, great location, easy access into town. Great specification internally with excellent kitchen, smart tvs in all rooms. Unfortunately at the time we stayed at the apartment there was construction work opposite the balcony which we were not informed about, hopefully this will be completed soon. Would still be happy to recommend.

Thank you for a wonderful week-long stay in Como! Fantastic apartment, new, hi-tech, very clean and roomy, and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Quiet and private with secure parking. We especially loved the furnished balcony. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to all our questions by email and phone. Definitely recommend!!

Solid 5-star! Very Spacious and clean, new building, AC in every room, has all the possible facilities you need, between 10 mins WALKING from the lake (5m historical center) we were traveling with 2 kids and the apartment was perfect for that (times to the lake and historical center changed to 15 and 10 mins respectively), we had our privacy as parents and kids had lot of space to play at (during our short breaks at the apartment or before bedtime). supermarkets: Lidl within 3m walking and MD right NEXT TO THE building, very convenient! highly recommended, would definitely stay again!

Location was quite good and convenient to the town centre and supermarket. But it would be good if the accommodation provides basic house amenities like cooking oil, salt, toliet rolls etc then we wouldn’t need to buy.
