“Blue Mood” is a spacious and well-equipped apartment in a quiet residential area in the beautiful town of Cernobbio. Furnished in shades of blue and gold and featuring pieces of modern art, it masterfully combines the contemporary with the antique and elegant.

The space

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. There are two double bedrooms, both with TVs, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, and stove. There is also a washing machine for our guests' convenience. The apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs that can be accessed from the bigger bedroom and the living room, as well as another balcony off the kitchen (used for storage).

The apartment is located on the third floor and can be accessed by either taking the stairs or using the elevator. Please note that some steps need to be taken before the elevator.
Free private parking is available for one car.

It is a wonderfully located place with a lot of space, mattress, pillows and sheets are really comfy fresh and are a blessing after a very long day of sightseeing and driving. Everything in the kitchen in equipment was as mentioned and quite adequate. Did use the heating as it got a bit cold as it showered for a couple of days consecutively. The view was really amazing specially in the rain as there is a wonderful waterfall from the rain that we enjoyed seeing from the balcony. Parking is a plus but only for an economic small car. We would definitely be coming again if we got the chance to.

The accommodation was exactly as described. Beautiful, spacious rooms and fully equipped. The air conditioning was modern, effective and fairly quiet. Parking on the secure property was also very convenient. The location is very good, as you can quickly walk to the centre of Cernobbio and to the ferry terminal for all other destinations on the lake. The support from the landlord team was very good, with consistently very quick responses and very friendly answers to all questions. Overall, highly recommended!

The Keys can be collected at Via Regina 79 - Cernobbio, 22012 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the pick up point by 10:00 am. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the pick-up point, a sum of €50 will be required.
