Super apartment, spacious, very well located in the center, ideal for 2 couples because the rooms are opposite each other. Tastefully renovated, the bedding is comfortable. There is a lift which is very convenient. There is a cocktail bar, Carrefour market, bakery, wine cellar just at the foot of the apartment, very convenient. On the other hand, just for your information, if you come by car, there are a lot of traffic jams and parking spaces are very popular. We'll be back!

Excellent Stay for Our Family Nic was a fantastic host with great communication from start to finish. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable for our family of two adults and three children (ages 9, 7, and 4). The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Duomo, the funicular, supermarkets, the train/bus station, and plenty of dining options nearby. We would happily stay here again. Great apartment in Como! The historical city is just across the street with parking spaces in front of the building. The apartment is spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The communication with the hosts was smooth. They solved very quickly an issue we had with the door. I certainly would come back. Highly recommended.

The hosts are great and the accommodation is beyond imagination. It is clean and in a great location. The living room is very beautiful. If I visit Como again, I will not hesitate to choose it. It was a very wonderful stay without any exaggeration

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Como apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The space was spotless, cozy, and had such thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the lake and amazing restaurants. Waking up to the stunning view of the Duomo was truly unforgettable. Our host was so kind and helpful, always quick to respond and full of great local tips. we had a lovely stay for the two days we were in Como. Everything is very walkable and the ferry port is under 15 mins away. there is a bus stop close by if you want to venture a bit further. the property was very clean and spacious

Very clean and beautiful apartment. Everything you need was in the kitchen. Feeling at home, washing machine, dishwasher, Smeg appliances. Very responsive guys, we were looking for a convenient place to leave our luggage after check-out, so the guys not only suggested but also took us and showed us everything. Respect for the care, very well done. Greetings to our Angel from Como)))) I recommend this apartment to everyone. And the main advantage is that it is very close to the station.

The apartment was very spacious with super comfortable beds and linens. Easy access to the walkable district for fabulous restaurants and the tours. Across the street from the train. Did not bother us but you do hear the trains go by. Part of city life. Very attentive hosts and communicators.

The house is very convenient, fully equipped with kitchen utensils/tableware, and cooking is fine.The entire check in instructions were also pretty clear, there was paid parking right in front of the house, the location was a bit nervous, there would be a parking lot building next to it, which charges a little higher.The host also gave us recommendations for delicious pizza restaurants nearby.Because it is a business trip, the last night to discover the nearby shopping streets, basically all the more famous brands in Italy, you don't have to run to the center of Milan at all.Regret to find it too late.Will come again next time.

The place was very modern and clean ! It is in walking distance to the center and the lake. The host were very proactive and went the extra mile to ensure we arrived safely. When I come back to Como, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Really a top spot! At the outskirts of downtown, within 5-10 minutes in the heart of Como. Modern apartment, super clean. Large parking garage is just around the corner. Ideal to do Como for a few days. Highly recommended.

Amazing apartment in Como! Much bigger than what the photos show, it's well located and equipped with everything we needed. The location is really good, near the center of Como and 10 mins from the lake. We really enjoyed our stay!

The flat was in a great location next to the main city center and a 10minute walk from the Como Lago train station . The flat has recently been renovation nicely and appreciated the washer/dryer in unit. The host was mostly communicative, especially prior to arrival. Unfortunately they did not address/respond to an issue we had during our stay which was disappointing. Also, be sure to check out the cocktail bar fresco right next-door. We only found it the last night, unfortunately.

Beautifully designed, modern, and very spacious home for our stay in Como. Newly renovated so it’s extremely clean and comfortable. It is perfect for families with young children as they have a (paid) crib and highchair, and my 1 year old has plenty of space to play safely in the huge living room. The location doesn’t get better- across the street from the best shopping/restaurant street in town. Everything was walkable. Carrefour was close by when we needed anything. We also had a car since taxi/uber aren’t readily available in Como, and we always found paid street parking. Host was very friendly and communicative throughout the booking and check in process. HIGHLY recommend this home!

What an amazing place to stay this was! We were one of the first people to stay here after it was listed, and it exceeded our expectations. Gabriele came to greet us at check in, and even gifted us a bottle of wine. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located to where walking into town / to the marina is easy. Nothing but good things to say and would gladly stay here again.
