It was a very nice place to stay, also suitable for large groups. The heating was not quite up to it, it was too cold for some guests. A power failure due to too much heating and cooking was also one of the "problems". However, the host was always available and helped us solve the problem very quickly! All in all, it was a wonderful stay!

The property is beautiful with a big backyard and very well located. The whole house was as pictured, with well sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The My Home in Como team was also very friendly and responsive The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is that we came in the middle of winter and unfortunately the house was not very warm. The thermostat temperature could not be increased beyond 18 degrees celsius (64f) - I understand this is somewhat related to Italian regulations but I would expect there would be some flexibility for hotels/airbnbs. Having said this, I think this house would be really wonderful in the summer!

We had a perfect stay! The property was beautiful and spacious for our family of 9. It was just as described in the listing. It had all the amenities needed for a family stay which included the pool and various games. The hosts were also very responsive and provided recommendations in the area. I highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, 4 mins down to Lake and ferry. Pool and garden perfect for our grandchildren. Outdoor toys were a bonus! Plenty of space indoors.

Excellent stay. Peaceful yard away from the hustle/bustle. Como area is so crowded now that it is amazing to be in smaller community and with a house you can escape the crowds and heat. It was so nice to come home to air conditioning and a pool!! Will definitely stay here on our return!!

It was so much better than what I expected. It was almost perfect. We traveled all over Europe and this was by far my favorite place. I want to move to Lenno and find a Villa to buy like this one. The host was so welcoming and responsive, the house was beautiful, the yard was incredible, and the location was unbeatable - walkable to everything, so safe, and beautiful views of the lake. The views from the master when you wake up --- heaven. Also, the house has recently been redone inside and they did a fabulous job. Originally, I wanted a villa right on the lake, but after going there, this was perfect. It was more private and most people don't swim in the lake directly from the home regardless. Anyhow. It was perfect. We loved it so much.

This was in a great location. The team was helpful in coordinating transportation for our large group. Was disappointed with the AC not functioning on the bottom floor. Despite attempts to fix it from the team, we gave up. The dryer also did not work. Lenno is a beautiful area.

The stay was incredibly comfortable at My Home. We have a group of 9 with two small children and everyone could retreat to good private bedrooms and the house had a great private garden with a dining area right outside the kitchen that we used every day. This is a very nice place for larger groups or families. Highly recommended. (rental car recommended)

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa! It was extremely clean and had beautiful views. The location was perfect for our family in a nice quiet town with great restaurants. It was easy to get from town to town by ferry. We would definitely come back!

Was a perfect location for our families to celebrate the engagement of our kids! Amazing recommendation also for Chef Roberta who prepared an amazing dinner at the villa. I highly recommend this villa.

Absolutely lovely stay. The house must have been recently renovated because all of the finishes are updated and beautiful. The location was perfect for reaching the ferry and Lenno is the perfect base for mid-lake exploration. Our group of 11 spent 5 lovely days here. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. They also referred us to a private chef who made the most delicious homemade tagliatelle at the house. The house comes equipped with all amenities and lots of activities. The view of the lake is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Worth every penny!! The views from the patio and windows were absolutely stunning. Very peaceful and relaxing along with very accessible (right by the ferry drop off and bus stop).

A perfect stay in the heart of Lake Como! We really enjoyed this beautiful villa with its large quiet garden, its large and very pleasant terrace in this season with lake views and a beautiful pool. Two minutes walk from the lake, boat station and restaurants, we had an ideal stay. Thank you to the owners for their welcome and congratulations for this warm, elegant and well-equipped place. We will be back! I recommend this rental for families or for a stay with friends.

We really enjoyed our stay in this tastefully renovated house! The garden is very spacious and the pool superb. Everything has been designed to be comfortable and relaxing, and we really appreciated the peacefulness of the place! In terms of location, the house is very well situated, with the lake (including the pier) and bars/restaurants just a 5-minute walk away. We'll definitely come back to enjoy this magnificent Lake Como !
