Villa Regina is a sustainable A+ house. Leaning against the mountain rocks which are visible from inside the house through the big windows and facing south, you can enjoy sunshine in the summer and benefit from the freshness of the mountain air. Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity. Proper insulation and window blinds save energy and keep the house fresh. The energy-efficient floor cooling system and VMC keep the ideal indoor climate. As an extra, there is an AC unit in every room.

THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning.

- Cancel within this time period and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees and a full refund of hospitality fees. Service fees are non-refundable.
- Cancel within this time period and the reservation is non-refundable, with the exception of hospitality fees.
- Cancel during your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
