The house was excellent overall. The pool was fantastic and a really good size, actually much bigger than it looks in the photos. The house itself is very spacious and was more than big enough for our group of 10 people. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with pretty much everything you could possibly need and even more than we expected. Some of the furniture could perhaps use a little updating, but overall everything was perfectly fine and comfortable. The pool table was great, as was the table tennis table. There was also plenty of equipment and toys for the pool, which we really enjoyed. The only thing we felt was missing was an additional parasol or two, as there isn’t much natural shade around the pool until later in the afternoon.

We stayed at the property for 10 days. 2 families, 10 people. Everything was exactly as described in the offer. Madeleine was helpful and responsible and. Property is very private despite rather condensed neighbourhood. There are 3 proper bedrooms and 2 beds are in what used to be dining area and it is part of kitchen. We were there 2 families of 5 and we didn’t feel like there is not enough space. Pool offers very nice view and is rather deep! Kids and we loved it One thing that I would whinge about a little was rather old air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms offering limited functionality and it was blowing dirty air out. Probably requires servicing but this didn’t impact our stay. In the kitchen air conditioning units was portable with pipe going out through the kitchen door to the patio. It was rather loud when on and door to the patio had to be always open. That is why we moved the beds from there to other bedrooms and slept there. This place is value for money! 👍👍👍

The property was everything we were told it would be; and it was. We had a great time and have made enquires about re-visiting. Madeleine and her team couldn’t be more helpful.

We’ve just spent a lovely week at Los Olivos Villa. We were met by Tracey, who gave us a tour & checked us in. She was really friendly & gave us lots of useful info. The villa was a good size for 7 of us, the pool & games room were particular highlights. The villa is around a 40 min walk down to the beach & where the bars/restaurants are. We used uber/taxis to get back as it is all uphill on the way back, which ranged in price from €10-15 each time. Madeline responded quickly to any questions we had & on check out day we were met by both Tracey & Madeline to hand over the keys & refund our damages deposit.

Very good stay. Pool, billiards, ping pong and others available. Spacious accommodation, there were 10 of us and everyone found their place. There are 3 real bedrooms and 2 extra bedrooms, we agreed but it might not suit more demanding people. A washing machine is available, as well as a dishwasher, coffee maker and others. Close to Marbella and Malaga. Beautiful region

had a lovely stay at the villa Madeline was an excellent host and was very responsive if I asked questions. would deffinately recommend her villa to friends and family. thank you again Madeline will deffinately be booking again

A week with friends, perfect. The house can sleep 9 people without problems. Piscinita, games room… don't feel like going out. You don't like a lot of people who can get irritated a little, the guy who cleans the pool is nice but can be civar.
